I showed up at 1:30 for my scheduled 2:00 oil change. An hour and a half later at 3:00, they had not even started on my oil change yet. Asked for my keys and left. What's the point of taking an appointment if they can't come close to honoring it? Trying a different location tomorrow. The folks here do not value your time and apparently don't need your money.

Showed up at 7:30 just to find the garage doors closed. The department is supposed to open at 7. I called an got an answer was told there s only one person, he don t know what he s doing. That was the resolution to my problem. I waited a little longer than went to the door and seen an employee. He stated he couldn t open the door because no one came and disabled the alarm. Next a manager came out. I told her I needed my battery tested. She told me someone can test my battery but I can t get service until 9:30. I asked why do the website say they open at 7:00 then. Her response they don t control who shows up for work. Employee came out to check my battery. He had mustard in his beard. Acourse he didn t want to check the battery he just wanted to tell me it s bad. I asked him to do his job. My battery needs to be replaced. He then close my hood with no power or effort what so ever, so I then had to get out and close it myself. Now I m on my way to Autozone because I bet you I want be paying for this type of service

01/12/2024 the guys did my oil change and made sure I wouldn t be late to work! I am so happy and come here every year because if the team!Randall, Chester, Jose, Alton and many other team members helped me with my warranty because the tires I had were deleted from the system. Two of my tires were in the green for tread so they would be free. The ones that aren t in the green get prorated. Instead of getting brand new tires that weren t prorated they contacted Alton to get me a similar deal. They also told me every 6,000 miles you want to get your tires rotated so they will last longer. This is my third set of tires in 12 months because I didn t know that before . They said I could get them rotated every oil change since I have the life time balance (tire rotation), it wouldn t be an extra charge. I m so happy with everyone who worked to help me! Thank you so much , I hope you guys receive a lot of peace , happiness, and blessings this week!!

These guys are amazing. I had arrived near closing time, and they still took me in for an oil change. After the service, the shop manager came through Walmart to find me to inform me of a different issue that could've been COSTLY. Recommended all the way

I wish I could give Zero stars. Ordered Tires and scheduled an appointment for installation. My appointment was cancelled because my order was delayed. Was unable to reschedule appointment. Called and someone answered after the 20th call, sat the phone down for 10 minutes, then hung up on me. No one answers, service is the worst, and Save yourself the trouble, go to Discount Tire or Any other tire shop. Will not be back!!!

Got my tires replaced. Not only did they refuse to rotate them claiming company policy won't allow it cause I needed all for tires replaced.... okay whatever.My issue was I had 4 different tires pressures when we left. That's not cool andand it would have taken 10 minutes to fix.The other 2 will have tread. I think it was just plain laziness.

I had an easy time ordering tires and scheduling an appointment online. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that installations were no longer being held. I then presented my appointment to the gentleman, and he told me the tire guy was on break and it would be a couple of hours and that I should come back the next day because they would be closed. I then rescheduled my appointment for the weekend when I was free again. When I arrived, I was told there was 3+ cars ahead of me. Again, I have an appointment. I left to return the next day, the manager was helpful and got me in and I unfortunately ran into another issue that was not Walmart's fault. This resulted in me having to leave with my new tires in my vehicle. I then called back after solving my issue to set an appointment to avoid wait times and the previous problems. I explained my situation and was pointed to do so online. While on the phone I noticed that online you have no way to set an appointment without buying tires first. I had already bought my tires.In short Walmart is a good place to get cheap tires but go to discount for better service and installation at just $4 more per tire. Faster service and better people.

Desperately needing a new car battery, I called in advance to make sure they'd be open for 7pm. I pull up to the auto center at 6:39pm, and they're already closed. -Calling after I see the garages are closed, and nobody answers. Please fix this issue. I'm now put into a situation. I understand this isn't the only auto care center on the block, but with my budget, this was the most convenient. *Sigh*

Lazy. I called to ask if they could work on a tire at 5:30 only to show up fifteen minutes later and be told they re not working on tires. First he said they can t repair it and when I asked if they had the tire to replace it of course it wasn t available. Hope you get the karma you deserve.

Service would definitely have been a 5 if only I wasn't left sitting for an additional 30+ minutes. I purchased all new tires. Made an appointment, drove up, got my instructions on the process. And I guess I was forgotten. If I hadn't looked out and seen my car under a tree no longer being serviced. I would have spent my whole day waiting.

Poor customer service , they will drive you to go to other Walmart because they have no time for customers. They are busy with something else. I bought my tires with lifetime balance and rotation with them. They told me to go to other Walmart because they don t do under warranty tires. Poor Service. They just ignore you .

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Every single time I ve attempted to contact these bozos, no one can ever seem to answer the phone. Claims to open at 7:30 yet you call at 7:50 and multiple times and no one can be bothered to answer. Just because it s Walmart doesn t mean you don t have to give your best. Judging by the reviews I d say if the manager was worth a dang they would definitely be cleaning house! Zero stars and a million thumbs down, thanks for NOTHING.

Just go to Sam's Club O'Reilly's or AutoZone this particular Auto Care center was not friendly and the manager who we waited on for 10 minutes to assist us with our battery issue, she was argumentative I would say rude but she tried to comeback and change the attitude... Instead of agreeing that the battery was probably bad or old or defective she explained their batteries sell every day and they don't stay stocked on the shelves then proceeded to acted as if we didn't buy the battery (purchase) there. I love Walmart but that particular staff member and or manager needs to go back and receive some customer service training.

I had the pleasure of working with an amazing gentleman named Alton! He provided customer service and care that I had never expected and went above and beyond to help me with my car battery issue. When I say this employee went out of his way to help me, I do truly mean that. He remained patient and helpful throughout the entire ordeal when he could have easily not put in the extra effort and/or work to try to help me. I really appreciate the amazing customer service he provided me and I would highly recommend asking for him and having him take care of your car needs when you are in their store!! Great customer service and going absolutely above and beyond!

I needed a battery but they did not have anymore for my car. Employee was quick to help. I didn't want to turn car off since I had just got a jump. Employee reassured me everything was going to be ok. If it doesn't start he would give a jump. Fortunately I did not require one. He suggested I go to another auto place down the road that might have the battery for my car. I felt he enjoyed his job, always smiling and he made me feel he knew what he was talking about.

Called this location to receive a quote from the auto service department. Associate hung up on me then I called back 4 more times and they hung up the phone each time. Baked deli and pharmacy to be reconnected they did my have the ability to connect me to automotive shop. Horrible motor center service. I recommend you all look for another place to get your car medical.

Arrived an hour after their open time and was told to return later for a tire repair. Arrived hours later for them to still be closed. Called hours after and was told to come by just to be told sorry no tire repairs today after arriving.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

The price is low. The service is trash. Long wait times. I'm pretty sure one of the mechanics was just wasting time and pretending. Went in for an oil change. Took about 2+hrs from the time I entered the que. I noticed a drip from beneath when I came to pickup the car. I get home and put it on platforms to see what was going on and it is leaking from the oil from the filter. The shop is now closed so I return the next morning. Same mechanics. So this guy Darren or Darrel checks it out after dinking around with cars for about an hour and then gets to my car and check it out for about ten minutes. Pulls it out and says I'm good to go. I ask what was the problem. He says "nothing" from across the shop. He then proceeds to another car as I walk over to where he is to speak with him. I ask for him again and he ignores me. Keeps walking and seemed to be hiding behind the cars. Cowardly disrespectful trash. I was speaking with him calmly the whole time.The other mechanic at least has the decency to explain that the guy probably tightened some stuff and attempted to look at the oil filter. Customer service there is almost non existent. The woman at the counter also seemed to ignore me when I went to pick up my keys. I had to get right up on her.

I bought a pair of tires last month online to be installed at this location.Unfortunately the tire service was very bad. They said it will take 2 hours and took more than 4. The technician were walking around wasting time instead of taking care of cars. The manager didn't care if customers were ok.Very bad service.And I'm sure they dont take serious about customer feedback.

the worst service. they charged me for 8 quater and my vehicle only uses 6 quater. The worst was that they did not change the oil filter they just leave the old one on ,They left oil residue everywhere. in the hood. doors handle and steering wheel. And finally I realized that the plastic cover that goes under the engine was loose, they forgot to screw it worst service. All this take around 3 hrs to do the worst oil change . I do not recommend this place

The gentleman on the phone gave me a price quote for new battery and install "if we had the battery in stock" and then very promptly hung up. Didn't give me a chance to ask if they actually had the battery in stock or see if I needed anything else. Not even a "good bye". Just dial tone. I'm disappointed in customer relations. I'm not taking my car in.

Bad customer service in the tire area! The actual mechanics did a great job and I enjoyed them. Lady inside talks so quietly I couldn't understand her, and the other gentleman, Anthony? Maybe. He half ignored my question and dragged his ass about it as well.

This place has a less than great reputation but I've always received excellent, on time service for my vehicles. I've nothing to complain about, and plan on continuing to have my cars serviced here.

Unexperienced mechanics. Well that is if you can call them mechanics. I was told that they couldn't finish my oil change because it was leaking. But could not tell me where it was leaking from that I needed to figure that out.

They need to organize their game better, need to find the inner strength in their staff, I'm sure they know and like what they are doing, they just have to show it.You go to their front counter for help like you would do in any other place, and they send you out there to talk to their techs and they are too busy to notice you (they look annoyed by being called).

Went by on Sunday to get a flat fixed. I was told that their tire guy was not here today. At 1 on Sunday, really? So I left and tried to call the store and express my frustrations with the store manager but no one would answer the main store line, TLE, sporting goods, or in store pickup.
