Needed same day help and they made it happen! Extremely patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Even sent pictures when I couldn't be on site. Very grateful they offer MOBILE services! My new go-to for anything RV related!

Excellent customer service, very professional and knowledgeable. I called for a leak coming under my camper, Mr. Griff found the problem and fixed it but proceeded to inspect toilet, shower & hoses, under sink cabinets, checked my seals around camper and got on roof to inspect roof. He made notice of future repairs needed I scheduled same day with him, he works with his customers on scheduling and payment. 10/10 all around. will only go through him moving forward for all my RV needs.

Griff does outstanding work. Goes above and beyond to make sure everything works correctly. He is very helpful in providing routine maintenance tips to keep my rig in good shape.He has worked on my air conditioner, replaced my hot water heater, maintenance on the furnace, and fixed the electronics on my refrigerator. He will be doing maintenance on my Cummins generator next.(30 ft Class C)He's a 10 on a five star scale!

Excellent, fast service. Exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. We needed our water heater fixed.He had to order the part. The day after it came in he was at our spot installing it. I d call him again. We were really happy with the service! He has earned all the 5-star ratings he has received!

Had a minor bathroom sink issue and Nick was already in the middle of a job but when he got home he took the time to call me back. Over the phone he explained what I needed and even sent me link so I order the parts I needed off Amazon. There is no question who I will call whenever there are more serious repairs that need to tended to. Bottom line, He cares !

Awesome customer service, care and communication! Explained everything that was going on with the main AC unit, in terms you could understand, and had pictures of everything that was checked to support his findings. Said AC needed to be replaced, got the New AC and came back out to install it a few days later. Would recommend using Space City Repair.Service: Air conditioning

Best phone call we ever made! Our son found his name/number by chance after I destroyed our trailer s AC unit by driving under a drive thru overhang. Griff communicated clearly with us, knew exactly which ac unit we needed and where I could buy it. Then he and his son met us at our trailer storage place ON HIS DAY OFF, replaced the unit, AND helped us better align our awning, which wasn t even something we had discussed prior. We will definitely be calling him in the future for any work we need done on our trailer. Griff saved our vacation and marriage!

Excellent experience the day before the Fourth of July and on his day off!! He came out within an hour and repaired what could have been a catastrophic electric fail on my 2022 Travel trailer. The RV plug and receptacle was swollen from overheating and it had burned out both and they needed to be replaced. I have girlfriends staying in it and it s been desert hot the last few weeks. It would ve been terrible to force them to stay somewhere else and have to transport the RV to the service center which is over an hour away. The service center wasn t able to help diagnose the problem over the phone and I had to wait for a scheduling person to call me back with an appointment time sometime next week. Anyways, great guy and very knowledgeable. Not only did he repair and replace the damage, he was able to help troubleshoot so we could avoid this issue in the future. We are new RVers and it appears to be a learn as you go adventure. I couldn t be more appreciative! Definitely recommend!

Griff was awesome! I was having a/c issues on Friday afternoon going into 4th of July weekend. Not only did he answer my call when other service providers wouldn t, he is knowledgeable enough that he was able to walk through some troubleshooting steps over the phone to diagnose the issue. Amazing service, I would highly recommend.

Griff has fixed our fifth wheel a couple times now and each time he does amazing work! He s very knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy. He s a man that stands behind his work and makes sure everything is set right. I will only go through space city rv repair for any of my further needs!

Vacation saved! Our RV had some power issues. We texted - and he called after hours to help troubleshoot the issues. He gave step by step instructions, was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. Who ya gonna call? GRIF!I am grateful for someone referring him to me. I am doing the same here. He got my 2 of 3 air conditioners back up and running following a power surge or something to yet to be determined. He was here for 4 hours. Two capacitors were burned up. He also found some wiring issues from previous repairs. I was without AC for a week. He will return once the capacitors and new fan motor come in. I am having him do some more work when he returns as well.Very professional. Very patient. Very informative. He took pics and videos. I am a happy camper (pun intended).Thanks GRIF and his son. Very well mannered.See you guys soon.

We had driven from California to Houston Texas. Generator issues and Rv Dometic refrigerator issues along the way. Had La Mesa RV Tucson Az work on generator. Replaced Onan carb. One day later issues came back. Got to Houston PPL Motorhomes and thru recommended Space City RV REPAIR. due to loaded calendar.Call Nick and he finished a job and drove to us.Found issues on both units and had us going. I truly appreciate his communication and efforts. THANK YOU!

We are newbies when it comes to expensive toys (i.e., RV). Our would not start.The Space City RV Repair mobile dual team (SCRV) was able to respond to my text inquiries. Very honest, recommended other businesses and cost saving options.Promptly reply to text and update status when they will be at the storage site, what are the next steps, and cost saving option.Most of all, we were very impressed with the honest and hardworking ethics the senior mechanic representative teaches his trainee. I will save their number as I will definitely use and recommend the SCRV team for any RV related from now on.

Hands down best R.V Repair Technician I've ever met.. The moment I messaged with my issue... the response was immediate with thorough questions that left no doubt that I was speaking to a knowledgeable and experienced professional. This particular man right here is beyond anything you could imagine. He has absolutely mastered every aspect of any and all rv`s. I actually own my own RV repair service and this fine gentleman is my go to anytime I have an issue with something beyond my expertise. Just through a phone call or video seccion he is able to diagnose any and all problems without even looking at it and has yet to be wrong with what he says is the issue. I recommend space city RV above and beyond all RV repair services including my own which is Trinity RV SVC in big sandy tx.

We live about 45 minutes away from their location. They initially tried a mobile repair at our home, but were unsuccessful because they needed a part that needed to be ordered after diagnosing what was wrong. They did not charge us to come out because the problem wasn t fixed. We ended up bringing the RV to them and they fixed it and everything went very smoothly!

Called with leveling jack problem and was called right. Repair person scheduled a time and arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem and execute the repairs needed. Price was compared to the going rateI will call on them again.
