Do not bring your cars here. I brought my car here and my hood began to crack less than a year later. They messed up my front camera and refused to fix saying they never touched it. I ve been calling trying to speak with someone. They never return my calls unless I go up there.

They have had my car for over a month and fail to repair it. They could care less that they have inconvenienced my family for over a month. I mean they had no problem with coming up with an estimate and charging me, but now they have every problem in the book for replacing a brake line. They seem to not care! Very poor customer service . I Will report this to the Better Business Bureau. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE HOUR VEHICLE HERE! GEICO please stop recommending this company and a trusted partner shop. Just sad.

Brought my car here because I got side swiped in the parking lot and they didn t leave a note. The estimate was reasonable and they kept in touch with me every step of the way. There were a couple delays with parts but that s to be expected right now. Repair looks great!

Recently, I was rear-ended by a Liberty Mutual insured driver. From the moment of the insurer's referral to Crash Champions, to final delivery of my FLAWLESSLY repaired vehicle, I couldn't have wished for a more seamless experience: Initial Estimator appt was punctual and efficient. Jason (a Prince!) provided timely repair progress updates, as well as clearly understood pick-up instructions. Literally, every facet of a potential debacle was made much more pleasant than one might hope... ESPECIALLY in light of the trend toward impersonal and shoddy service.* BTW, there is even an equally efficient on-site Enterprise Rental office. In short, HIGHLY RECOMMEND . *Yeah, I know, "Okay, Boomer!"

Regarding the Enterprise Car Rental, they informed me the vehicle was "too dirty" and subject to a $75 cleaning fee. I had to take the vehicle back and vacuum/wipe down prior to returning. No other car rental makes you clean the car prior to returning. This is a blatant money grab.

Pearland/Enterprise LocationGreat place. From the front desk to your cars handler information flowed and timely return of auto. I had one problem and when I returned they quickly took me in and addressed my concerns.

Great Customer Service and updates while fixing your vehicle. Their repairs are guaranteed for life. When I had a minor issue with a repair, I was able to get right in, and their technician got me back on the road in no time! Update*** Had an issue with one of their outside vendors not fixing something correctly, but Still their office staff gives optimum customer service and works with your schedule and I am finally back on the road fully repaired. I still give them 5 stars!!

From start to finish, the front desk ladies and Chris were very helpful in communicating the schedule and description. I was notified of what was going on every step of the way. I never once had to call to check what was going on because I was consistently updated. Cynthia was super sweet during checkout & Chris's professionalism and care were very much noticed. I would definitely come back here and recommend this center to others.

Man, a basketball hoop fell on my brand new car unexpectedly and I drove by on a whim and David was able to buff it all out and make it new again, it was way after business hours and he still made the time to help me and was super kind! Thank you!Service: PaintingService: Painting

I took my car there a couple weeks ago and got a repair done to the rear. Daniel was my service advisor and couldn't be more pleased with the repair. It looks brand new and they used all genuine Mitsubishi Parts unlike some places that use 3rd party to save money and pocket it.Thanks again! 2nd time I have been to this Service King, best in the business.

I had originally given then 5 stars and went back to get my wife's car repaired and I saw a sign where they are paying for reviews. Not cool.I have been here several times. I would give the employees 5 stars but the business 4. The advisors go out of their way to be helpful, but the repair on my jeep had to be redone. They will be my primary body shop.

Very easy checkin....reception staff were friendly and professional.. so far so good.Update: repairs overall were done well but...an electrical problem was created during the repairs and despite my knowledge and electrical experience (I know where the problem lay) they disregarded my input. The biggest issue I had was the unauthorized replacement of a near new battery with another. I am out another 500because of this.

We hit a deer in my Acadia AT4. Service King was recommended by my insurance company. It was a great recommendation. Nationwide shortages of parts caused my car to be there much longer than expected. My insurance company would not return my calls regarding the rental car and how long I was covered. Zach went out of his way, contacted someone from the insurance company and they called me within 30 minutes. Then they put my car back together and got me back on the road even though we are still waiting on a couple of parts. The service techs did a great job with my car, and Daniel was very helpful and informative as well.

My car was damaged in a fender bender and i sropped by to get a quote. I had a quote within 2 hours and set the appointment for repairs 2 days later. I was told my car would probably take a week or so and they had it done in 4 days. Amazing crew and very customer friendly. They called everyday to give me and update. Great experience at this location. Had body work performed and the job was done on time, at the cost of the estimate (self paid) and the truck came back clean-an added feature I wasn't expecting. I came into the shop on Friday May 26th in the morning. I spoke to a rep that came out and looked at damage on my car. He took pictures and told me that their system was down but that he would try and get me an estimate later that day. I gave him my email and phone number. I didn t receive anything for a few days so I called on Tuesday the 30th and spoke to a lady that couldn t find any record for me. She was able to find the gentleman I spoke to and said that it was on his list of things to do and he was get me something later that day. Again nothing for several days. I called again on Saturday June 3rd and spoke to a lady (may have been the same person idk) and gave her my information and again she couldn t find any information for me. She said she would let the gentleman know I called when he was in on Monday. She said that I could also request an estimate online through their website. Needless to say I won t be using the service king in Pearland for any repairs now or in the future.

I took my car to this location after a MVC. They were very professional, fast, kept me updated on the repairs and delays. It s a one stop location. I was able to get a Rental car while my car was being repaired. The work was completed within the timeframe given. My headlight went out right before I turned in my car. Which had nothing to do with the car accident and they fixed the issue with no extra charge. I highly recommend Service King Pearland.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were very courteous and professional and the staff was great. They honored their warranty after 9 years. After 9 years you could see an area which they had repaired. Work was done when they said it would be. Would have no problem with taking my vehicle there again. Also did some extra work for me at no charge. Highly recommended. I was involved in a car accident with damages to the rear of my SUV. I took my vehicle to Service King and they were able to get it fixed in a matter of 2 wks. Now it looks brand new like it never happened. Service King just made repairs to our car after someone hit us. They were very informative, helpful, and timely! They kept us informed about every step, and accomplished the repair by the promised day. We got the rental car from their site, which helped. This is a stressful process, but they took all the burden off us. We recommend them! Amy Schultz was our advisor, and has been wonderful to us! We had a RED Ford Escape, and so far, so good. She kept in touch frequently! Thanks, Amy!

The job and customer service deserves zero stars. My experience turned out to be a NIGHTMARE and I REGRET dealing with this place in the end and I will NEVER return nor recommend anyone to use this place for collision repairs. They lied three times telling me that my vehicle was ready and each time I went to pick it up there was obvious work that had not been completed. Also the way we were treated should never be tolerated. We were forced to take our incomplete vehicle and escorted off the premises by the police. This is after we called the police for them telling us the vehicle was complete but wasn't and they took our rental car keys and wouldn't give them back... then ordered us to take our incomplete vehicle by a service king rep who was so rude to the point of the situation almost escalating to a physical altercation. The whole arrangement was so full of deceit and trickery... like a bait and switch move only to get your business but deliver poor workmanship and customer service. I have NEVER felt so mislead, disrespected and unappreciated in my life to such a degree!!! As of today my vehicle is still incomplete / missing the inside panel door that they told us was installed three times, then at the final attempt to pick up our vehicle they tell us it's on back order. Not to mention all the other mistakes prior... like a bad paint job, dust left all inside the vehicle from the work of them taking out shelves to repair the dent in the vehicle and then they didn't put the shelves back, there were scratches / scuff marks / dings that we had to bring to there attention after the fact of them telling us the vehicle was complete and ready for pick-up. We were out of our service vehicle for over a month + and going back and forth with them the entire time for mistakes that they should have caught before telling us time after time to pick-up our vehicle. It was too much for one to endure! They took so much personal time away from us that we missed work, doctor appointments, family time etc. The continuous running back and forth and making countless phone calls to them, insurance and rental car company that I felt like I worked more for them then I did my oneself. Talk about a NIGHTMARE I wouldn't wish on anyone!!!

I recommend Service King for their great customer service and the work they did on my car my car looks like it came off the showroom floor, couldn'ttell that it was wrecked. Great customer service and a timely estimate on a small dent. However, I wasn't impressed when someone from the shop told me they didn't have the tool to secure a hood ornament. They referred me to the dealership. Go figure! I drove to Caliber Collision on hwy 6, and as a courtesy, they installed my hood ornament... no charge. Caliber Collison has my business.

Customer service is horrible. They forgot to turn in my estimate to my insurance. Not only that no communication with me or my insurance. Been riding around in a rental thinking my vehicle was getting repaired and nothing. Have to turn in my rental in 5 days because of No communication with Service King and my insurance. Again Service King is HORRIBLE. I will be sure to tell everyone not to go to Service King in Pearland Tx.

I recently had my truck repaired at the Service King in Pearland. Fernando Luna, my service adviser, was a great customer service provider. He made sure I was well informed and did the very best to get me all the support I needed from my insurance company. Communications and updates were great. The whole staff were extremely nice and friendly. As for my truck, it was repaired a whole day ahead of projections. The work on my truck looked great. Fernando was just as excited if not more excited than I was to see the repairs on my truck. It was a first class customer service experience. I would highly recommend them for auto body repair work. Great Customer Service!!!

Don't even consider this place for your car repair. I won't go here NEVER EVER! The most horrible place to fix your car I have ever been. When you read the reviews bellow, more focus on the bad comments. They are really angry. This is my first review ever in my life for some service.They told me they could fix my car in 5 days but never updated the car status after 3 texts at the beginning until I checked the status by phone. They delayed the repairing time three times without detailed explanation. Even the manager didn't give me the return call even though I left a message. The service adviser is very rude, hung up the phone while I was still talking , and never kept his promise. They needed 16 days to fix my car. My car damage was very simple to fix. I don't think they have experienced people for cay body work and painting. Even it took 16 days, my car still have scratches. I just don't trust their work.They are irresponsible and unprofessional. They don't know how to service their customers. I can't believe how ALL STATE recommended me this place. It should be zero start if there was zero option.
