Caroline at Quality 1st RV was excellent to deal with. They replaced the front bumper, headlights, filler panels and matched the paint perfectly on our 2008 Dodge Sprinter. I had also requested that they repair the cherry wood panels inside the coach but my timeline for needing the work completed was too tight for the cabinet work to be completed. When my wife and I picked up our Motorhome, too our amazement somehow Caroline was able to complete the cabinet work as well, unbelievable! Definitely Quality work and quite the surprise to-boot.Thanks again! R & G

Had a new fresh water tank installed and some trim and panel serviced, and new levelers installed. They also cleaned our camper up, looked amazing. We are happy campers! Had our headlights and fog lights installed here. They went above and beyond, the lights we got from Amazon wasn't an exact fit (though Amazon said it fit). Instead of them making it work and patching it in, they called to inform us to give us the option if we wanted a thrown together type look with zip ties. We opted to run to AutoZone to grab the correct fit. Had it been any other company I'm sure they would've just used the zip ties. Will be returning to have the other car lights installed

I originally took my motorhome to a big motorhome repair shop, (big mistake) but after 1 month of nothing being done, I brought it to George at Quality 1st. I could tell from the beginning that George takes extreme pride in his work and his reputation. He and Carolina were exceptional at the way they communicated with me throughout the process. I could not have asked for a better experience. George said he would have my motorhome back to its original condition. He fully delivered in everything he said from the first day I brought it to him. I can not find a flaw or anything that reminds me of the accident I was in. My expectations were not only met but exceeded! I am very thankful for the honesty and integrity that I experienced working with Carolina & George at Quality 1st. I found them through a google search and it was the good reviews they had that drew me to them. I ll recommend them to anyone I know looking for professional RV body work and repairs. 25 years of experience doesn t happen by mistake. It happens when you intentionally treat people right each day and make Quality First a priority. Thanks again George & Carolina for an amazing job and getting our family back to RVing again!

We were looking for a repair on the outer wall of our travel trailer and found Quality 1st RV online. The reviews were strong so we reached out. Carolina was so responsive and we the work they did was flawless. On a subsequent trip we had a piece of weather stripping come off. When we returned we immediately contacted Quality 1st. They fixed the issue, noted the other side was deteriorating, and replaced both for a reasonable price. We feel so thankful to find a trust worthy and reputable company where you can actually talk with the owners.Service: Body & Trim

During a pre-spring trip, we experienced a problem with our gas water heater. After checking with several RV repair shops, we were grateful booked an appointment with this family owned shop. We arrived the next morning, immediately our unit was taken into the bay, repairs were made in about 2 hours and we saved our vacation plans. Very nice and accommodating folks. Quality First did an excellent job on my Jayco class C motorhome. They gave me a price quote before starting and kept me informed as the work progressed. Extra parts were required and they did not charge me extra for a fuel pump on the generator. In addition they did extra work at no charge. This included full washing of exerior and calking of all exterior seems. Carolina was extremely friendly and easy to work with.After being ripped off by OTHER RV Shops, we are very happy to find Quality RV and consider them honest and fair. We recommend their services fully.

Gr8 service! HONEST! Knowlegeable! Carolina and Jorje were very respectful and cared about my Motorhome issues. They fixed my electrical problems and did it in a timely manner. I will always use Quality 1st for my Motorhome repairs. They are AWESOME!

First class experience from the beginning to end. After searching for a collision center in my area who would work with my insurance carrier, I had to go outside my area. A simple google search lead me to Quality 1st. After our initial conversation, I know I had found the right group. They handled my repairs with professionalism the entire process. After the repairs were completed, I was offered additional services to help water tight my unit and extend the life of my camper. That came out my pocket, but well worth the investment. Had it not been brought to my attention, I would have never known. Feel like part of the family now.

Quality 1st just finished repairing our 5th wheel body damage. They had to replace part of the interior aluminum wall and reattach the wall. The repairs are amazing and beyond expectations. We had a mishap with our 43 Entegra Aspire that went all the way down the passenger side and around the back! I found Quality 1st after searching Google for the best place to have it repaired. They live up to their name. They were very pleasant to deal with, kept me updated, and had the RV repaired on time! I was amazed how good it looked. I would like to thank Carolina first, for the great job of scheduling to get our coach in the shop to do repairs when they said they would. Service was promptly done and looked fantastic. George is a wizard with the paint and finish. The color match was spot on. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it really shows. He was just as happy as we were with the way it turned out. These people are great. We had a crash in our RV and, being from another state, we were pretty lost about how to get our repairs done. That is, until we contacted Carolina at Quality First.She and the guys came out right away, estimated our job, and worked with our insurance company. Throughout the process, we felt cared for.And the work they did? It's fantastic. Our RV seriously looks like new. We can't say enough good about these people. Quality 1st Collision Repair is a class-act operation. Joe and Carolina are personable, responsive and knowledgeable. The collision repair to our travel trailer was done within a narrow window of time to accommodate our travel and the restoration was perfect. We were thrilled with the fiberglass repair, the painted detailing (decals were not available) and the extra attention to our every concern. They are real craftsmen. We had a very positive experience with Quality 1st Collision from start to finish. They came to our storage facility to give us an estimate and were easy to work with every step along the way. Most imporantly, the workmanship with the fiberglass, painting and decal work was excellent. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dropped off a 3 year old 40 DP motorhome at Quality 1st RV Collision Repair. The upfront pricing was fair and honest. The work performed was FAR beyond expectation! The results show a great extent of detail was given to the work accomplished. The coach needed to be repositioned a few times to achieve the work. Handling these coaches is obviously no problem for these guys, as there are no new dents, dings, nor scratches. Most importantly, the coach was plugged into electric, and when picked up, the batteries were topped off, plus the fridge was cold without mold / mildew. These guys really knocked it out of the park . Would not hesitate to bring the coach back again if the need arises.Service: Body & Trim

As a claimant, I didn t know how to proceed with my claim, Quality 1st helped make this process extremely easy! I strongly recommend them! Their communication & quality of their work is amazing! Quality 1st won me over with their amazing customer service! They walked me though the entire claim process and addressed all my concerns. My vehicle was repaired quickly, and their name says it all . Quality 1st!

I found this company online and quickly set up a visit to estimate damage done to my RV during my vacation travels. I brought it to them and went over the list of insurance items along with a list of items I wanted looked at. This company was a blessing from bid to bank. They completed the needed repairs and kept me informed the entire way through. They also fixed several items I never mentioned just because they seen it and just handled it. Most of which were at no charge to me which I was pleasantly surprised by. I had an ac that simply didn t work and upon further investigation found that the part had been discontinued. This team did not stop there but simply found a series of parts that would allow the AC to work properly and although not OEM parts the AC works better than ever. I m so grateful to know that there are businesses out there that truly care and it s clearly not all about the margins. All of the work performed was above and beyond in my opinion and this team truly has a visible passion for serving people. If you are in the need of RV repairs I d call them first as I ve found that there is absolutely nothing they can t do. Damaged my RV 3 weeks before a trip. They finished the large job in time for the trip.They dealt with the insurance company, got estimates approved and finished a quality job.
