Definitely recommend. The assistant manager Edgar is extremely sweet. He made our 1st time here pleasant. My husband got an oil change and car wash. They were both pretty quick, wait time wasn't much. We came on a Saturday midday. I will be returning with my car

NEW MANAGEMENT 2023.This used to be the only place I took my vehicle to get serviced and cleaned. However, over the last few months I have seen a definite decrease in services and the way customers are treated has declined significantly.This morning I went in to get an oil change and I expected to have my filter changed as well but usually the service people come out and go over a whole list of items that are good or need attention. This time they only pointed out three things that "it was time to service." Based on my previous trust in this company and location, I told him to go ahead and my bill came to over $400. After leaving, I looked up prices at other locations and they were about 20% lower.In addition, the free car wash that comes with the services is a very minimal car wash. I knew my car needed heavier vacuuming so I asked for the upgraded car wash. About 15 minutes later, I was called back to the bay area by the attendant who told me that they needed to detail my car and I needed to pay additional money. I told him I did not want a detailing. I just wanted a heavy vacuuming. The car wash person came out and started saying that my car was not appropriate for that service but I insisted and kept to what I wanted and the car wash was totally fine. I'm glad I didn't listen to him and purchase a much more expensive service.It's very unfortunate because even after moving further away from this location, I kept coming back here for the last 3 years and now this has pushed me to look for a different place.

Not what I would expect for +$100.I purchased a full interior service that included seat washing and floor conditioning. They left pools of water under each of my seats and didn't bother to wipe off beaded water. My floors were still dirty and they left towels on my windshield.If you're looking for attention to detail, don't come here.

First and last time using this business. Initial start of the visit was great, nice, friendly check-in, nice friendly cashier. Then they locked my keys in my car. I was concerned about damage to my door seals when they were unlocking it and brought my concerns to the manager. Thomas who was extremely rude shrugged off my concerns. Didn't apologize for the situation or the fact that I was delayed there for about 15 minutes while they tried to figure it out. The Wash attendant didn't even clean my passenger side windows or mirror. Water spots and some kind of smeared stuff definitely overpriced and horrible service Overall 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

Took my car here this past Sunday 11/19/23 for an oil change. The next day 11/20/23 I was heading to a dr appt and my car broke down. Found the problem, they had put my air filter back in backwards causing everything to suck into air intake. Cost me over $500 to have my car repaired. When I called up to Kwik Kar to inform them, they told me they were not going to do anything about it. DO NOT take your vehicle here!!

Kwik Kar & Ocean Wash has a full-time mechanic. They do oil changes and car inspections. You get a free car wash with oil change. Its always a treat to have a car cleaned after being serviced. There are clean restrooms, snack machines, free coffee comfortable seating and tall table to eat at if you are stuck here. There is a tv in the large lunge for your entertainment. There is also outdoor seating. These guys don t charge you for hooking your car up so see what is wrong with it. I had been going to Firestone and they always ask for $100 up front before they look at your car. The more I come here the more I come back. Try it out if you live in Shadow Creek or Southern Trails. Its in the neighborhood.

I took my car to get wash and detailed and it came out Scratched up. I just bought this car. So fair warning. To avoid headaches of your car being damaged. Get hand washed.

Been coming here for over 10 years and it just keeps getting worse and worse to the point I have to write a review. This used to be a good establishment but over the years just becoming another scummy money hungry shop. They've damaged my vehicles before failing to admit the damage they did until I confronted them. Now every time I do an inspection here they are always trying to upsell their services which have nothing to do with an inspection. Just frustrating that this used to be a descent place to get your car washed and oil changed. Now they're just after the all mighty dollar. Time to find a new car wash and inspection/ oil change shop. They're just too over aggressive offering services your car doesn't need.

The service used to be good hear. New cleaning manager was very rude. They didn't clean some sections. It was clearly visible. The manager is still saying show me the he will clean. He asked are you going to tip. I said no. Then he asked his team to walk off. I paid $32 and not to receive bad service.He said I am the manager no one else you can report to.This is for service 11/06 in case management is serious about enquiring.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming

This is my second visit. The attendant was not very good at explaining the different washes so I just went ahead with the ocean view. This is the second to highest wash. The attendant asked if I wanted the dash and wheel cleaned. Yes please. Didn't mention this was an additional $8! After an hour of waiting I got the car. Outside looked fine. Inside the dash and doors had been wiped down but not the wheel. Looking in the back the seats had not been touched. Thanks to my toddler this is why I came in! So disappointing. I got out and asked the attendant about the lack of cleaning and he said I would have needed to get the $45 wash! Seriously! Not returning. Lots of new competition in the area that I'll try instead.

This is the only place I go to for an oil change. Apparently when they were doing the multi point inspection, they have forgotten to replace the cover for the transmission fluid reservoir. The engine bay now has fluids everywhere and I hope my engine does not go bad down the road as I do hear knocking sound.

I was at this place the day before Thanksgiving to get my brother-in-law s truck wash, but I had a manager by the name of Sam greeted me and he was extremely rude to me. I would like to speak to the owner of this place that is disrespectful to a customer and he needs to be put in place for that or you can hire another manager that can do the job better than he can. Thank you.

Good customer service. They inform you of every step and you can access a discount by going to their website and showing it to them to get a free car wash and financial discount

This is now the third time I ve been to this car wash and paid for the premium wash to get not even 75% of what I paid for. The inside not wiped down. Water spots all on the outside. No scent. Well that s the last time.

They charged me extra $15 for a skid plate removal that they didn't even mention to me. They also charged me for synthetic oil when I asked for regular oil. Do not go to this location. They are unorganized, they are expensive, and they charge you $$$ without telling you. Also, I asked them to fill my tires with air and check the pressure and they didn't do it. They even told me they did but they didn't.

I ve patronized this business several times. Today I went for an oil change and got the most expensive car wash package they have to offer. (The car wash was $35). I got home today after the service and they didn t even vacuum the rear seat floorboards in the back of my truck. I m disappointed because in my opinion, there is no excuse for not paying attention and missing something so obvious. It was so obvious that I didn t even expect it not to be done. Totally inexcusable, and I will not be giving this place my business anymore. For a $35 car wash, the floor boards should be vacuumed in the WHOLE TRUCK.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto detailing

I dropped my car off for one of their 30 minute cleaning services ($25.99). I wasn t expecting a super detailed job, but when I picked my car up I was beyond disappointed. They did a terrible job vacuuming (see photos) inside. I had removed the cover I have on my back seat so they could vacuum my dog s hair. There was still a lot of dust and dog hair on the back seat. This place is very busy and I think they just try to get as many cars as possible in and out. Take your money somewhere else, don t go here!

I went for alignment, but the job was not done properly. I went again multiple times to get it right but receive nothing but excuses like machine is not working now, mechanic is not here, manager is off today etc. Just don't waste your time and money here.

I payed $28 for the full works package and $12 for leather seat conditioning and I was so disappointed with the service. I took it first thing Sunday morning and they gave it to me like this. The seats were hardly vacuumed and the rug still had grass. Very disappointing. People were nice but quality of work was terrible.

Terrible customer service, prices doubled. My vehicle set for 20 minutes before someone started the drying process. The manager was not willing to listen to my complaints.TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The inside was half vacuum, the outside was half wiped. It wasn't the bugs on the front hood and bumper it was that they didn't even wipe the bumper. There was other places as well that i pointed out to the man. This isn't the first time I complained. The man that first approached me to check me in was not on the same page as the other guy one tell me to move here the other said move somewhere else, there could've been an accident because it was busy. Thanks for responding.

Went for state inspection. Tech came back to say that my brake fluid is more than 1 inch below the max. I said but it's way above the min, and we're just talking about the long neck of the container. They insisted on me replacing the brake fluid for 135 total or they will fail my car. I didn't budge and they failed it.Took the car to Christian Brothers two days later and it passed. I showed cb guys the report from kwik, the guy said to hold on, came back and said he doesn't know why kwik failed it.They tried to stiff me for 100 dollars on state inspection. Reporting them to state. Thieves!

Horrible....do not take your vehicle to this place....said that they are under new management....vehicle was not rinsed....vending machine have been removed ...car not clean. HORRIBLE..$32...rip off.

Horrible customer service!I paid for a 50 dollar service which was said to take approximately 1:30 hours . I said I would wait in the lobby and they would get me when it s ready . I waited 2 hours then asked the front desk worker (who was knitting) if she had an estimate when my car would be done. She told me she had no paperwork on it yet and when it s done she would let me know. I waited another hour and said , hey I need my car now it s been 3 hours and I got to go . I took the liberty of going Back there to see what is going on. The two lady s in the detail section couldn t understand English, she got her boss and he said oh this has been done for atleast an hour !! Nobody told me and I ve been inside and communicating with the service desk lady. She denied having anything ready and the manager denied he was in the wrong . I spent over three hours there for a 50 dollar car wash and no one apologized. The front desk lady tried to get me to pay again after I told her I already did ! I had to show the receipt I did pay.They just pointed fingers at me and the front desk. A big disappointment! The car did look excellent but no communication or customer service makes me never want to go back .

Pulled up to be greeted with a smile A+Was asked if I have been there before ,I pulled the sticker off my windshield and said the usual it s on file . Went inside to wait which was clean..there services are not posted to be seen til you get up to the cashier counter . Lady told me the price of my oil change and I about lost it . I asked why so much she stated the prices went up and the owner charges an additional $10 if vehicle has a skid plate .I asked for all of my receipts. It s not posted anywhere in the facility of such charges . But you guessed it all my receipts have that charge since 2021. Service: Oil change

I ve been coming here for over two years. They ve always done a pretty good job and staff is friendly. I always requested ocean wash until this year when we bought a new car. The car came with upgraded muddy buddy floor mats. I started requesting the blue ocean so that the floor mats would be taken out and washed out, as I had seen done with other cars. Every time I pull in I ask the attendant if the blue ocean comes with the floor mat cleaning and they assure me it does. It s a 50% chance when I walk up to my car when it s complete, that the floor mats have been cleaned. I have even asked the employees doing the finishing touches at the end why they haven t been washed and they explain that blue ocean doesn t come with this. It seems as though there is a miscommunication somewhere in the chain on what features each package comes with. I have become frustrated over the past six months that there isn t consistency in the washes.

Went tohave my wifes car serviced and oil and filter done today 8-5-23 they told my wife that they did not have the filter but if she went to get the filter they they would no charge that part of the service. We went to an autoparts store and got the oil filter for over $22.00 and when we got.back the manager told us the employee was wrong and they only give a $2.00 discount. I told him i wanted to talk to the owner and asked for his number and he refused and then told his employes to not do the Service as we had ths wrong filter. He had her car pulled out and said sorry cant help you. We took the car across the street to Service Street Auto Repair and they did the service and took the $20.00 we paid for the fiter and apoligized for the poor customer service we recieved from the shop across the street. Maxwell at Service Street Auto Repair was awesome..I had been doing business with Kwik Kar for 15 years but now anymore! They Lie and have no clue of what true customer service is. I would be telling everyone they are just a low grade carwash company and not an auto shop at all.....

I went to Kwik Kar Ocean Car wash, like I often do. I got the Ocean signature, and they did a great job. The reason for the 3 stars is because they somehow (still not sure how this happened) locked the keys inside the car... The real problem I have is that nobody told me. I see a couple of guys pushing my car out of the car wash, then pull out a device and start jimmying the door. I understand that things happen like this from time to time. A simple "we screwed up, can we jimmy the door open?" goes a long way. I've attached a pic of the minor damage caused. Again, that's not really what bothers me. It was the lack of transparency when something goes wrong that annoys me. 5 stars for the wash, 0 stars for violating my trust.

Came in to get a car wash and left with more than 7 maintenance issues displaying on my car upon start up. I went to speak to someone about it and the manager suggest I should let his guys at the connecting lube place run a sensor test on it. Yeah no thanks, I m pretty sure his guys already rigged it. What was supposed to be me driving away pretty to enjoy the rest of my Saturday morning now has turned into vehicle inspections I have to complete because of this crooked car wash.
