Came in to this location for first time and customer service was superb. Joseph assisted me the whole entire time. I made an appointment for an oil change today and I ask him if they could check my brakes I was hearing some noises. After taken a look at them he offer great options at a reasonable price to fix my solution. All the work was done at a timely rate. I will for sure be returning in the future Great Team and Great Service Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change

Had some overheating issues and A/C failure at the same time.....The diagnosis came out bad, and they made the necessary recommendations and set me up nicely with the repairs plus part's required.Gilbert and Andrew took care of me and gave me a deal too for whole project that took 2 day's bcuz of ordering parts etc.etc....You can see from the constant flow of both regulars and New Fresh walk-ins like me, that these guys are very attentive and in tune with their community and clients....My technician "Brownwell" did an Excellent job on my ride and was Professional from Start to Finish!! Came in today for brake pads. I called on yesterday for a quote, let them know I would be by the next day for the repair. I come in and confirm pricing and all, then give them the green light. An hour and a half goes by, I m still sitting here with no update on my car. I ask for an ETA, the guy finally tells me they re waiting on parts. So I ve basically been sitting here for nothing with no update. Had I known this, I could ve at least prepared myself for the wait or to be picked up. I arrived around 3:30 and ended up being here until they closed at 6 for a repair that should ve taken 15-20 mins. Nice people but not very professional. Won t get my service again.

I have nothing but good things to say about this location! The staff their are very professional and thorough with their work. I've been getting my car serviced here for about three years and I will not be going nowhere else. Special shout out to the manager Andrew, he's very nice and always listens to my concerns with care and understanding. Keep up the great work guys!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! they raised my mothers 2017 Altima up on the lift with the passenger door open and crushed it breaking the door in half and after 3 days of issues they are refusing to pay for it $5k estimate. This car had no prior damage and now she has a broken passenger front door due to their negligence. FYI her Auto insurance wont pay either due to the damage happening in the course of getting maintenance at a shop.Service: Oil change

Definitely use the Midas on Broadway and Pearland. Great pricing and even better employees. Never go to universal Tire & Lube on beamer.

Andrew the GM from the store was amazing, took great care of my car. I asked him some questions i was curious about pertaining to my car, he did not hesitate to answer any of them and gave the full scope, the service her is terrific, felt like i was in and out. Midas is the only place i will be recommending for any car needs.

I had a great experience at this Midas location. Joey was so helpful and insightful on what needed to be done with my car. I was tired from traveling but he had me in and out and gave me the best discount out of any car repair shop I ve ever been. Please visit him he s the best! They disappointed me for the second time as they failed to replace the rear brake pads on my Volvo XC60. My first visit was on July 2023 which took almost 3 hours even after booking an appointment and person in charge told me they couldn t replace my brake pads because they don t carry a special toolfor compressing the calliper to remove the pads as the vehicle has electronic parking brakes.My second appointment was on 30Sep2023 for the same brake pad replacement. After wasting 3 hours again for the same cause the same person comes back saying that manager Andrew Leal ordered a 320 mm brake pad instead of 302 mm that fits my trim.A simple google search would have helped them to get this answered.Highly incompetent management who doesn t value customers time nor know the fundamentals. This will be my last visit to Midas for good.

Had a diagnostic test completed by AutoZone because my engine light had come on in my 2011 Honda Accord with 265,000 miles. Report indicated that a gasket to my catalytic converter had failed causing an emissions problem. Bought a gasket at the local AutoZone and went to Midas to see if they would install it.Walked in and shared what the issue was. The gentleman who greeted me was very friendly and said if I had an hour or so, they would get to it. He said they would charge me $100 plus tax. I thought that was very reasonable.After waiting for 30-45 minutes, the vehicle was ready to go and the issue had been corrected. Vehicle is running great with no engine light on.I was impressed with the friendly, professional, and quick service this shop displayed. Overall, it was a great experience! I'd recommend this place if you need any minor repairs in which you have a diagnostic report and just need a part installed.Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system repair, Engine repair

Good place, I went due to My AC blowing hot. Was hoping it would be an easy fix but turned out my compressor was out. They got me though and fixed it before the end of the day. Now my AC blows colder than before, feels great.

Got some exhaust work done here by an awesome welder. Great mechanics there definitely the ones that goes above and beyond and takes pride in there work. Give them a call and schedule your appointment today!

This shop has kept my car on the road for years. Recently purchased a replacement car in another city, and had Transport deliver the car to this team for a full "health check" before driving. Well worth it for both safety and peace of mind. Andrew & Joey (office) & shop crew sync well, communication is clear and courteous, prices reasonable. Solid crew, solid work. The past 2 times I ve gotten oil changes they have always been friendly and convenient until recently when I went to a take 5 oil change since it was nearby and faster option at the time. They informed me that my plug was rounded and then showed my how stripped the plug was. Only 2 threads holding the whole thing together. They asked me where I went last bc it was apparent they had used a power tool or extreme force to get the plug out/in. They temporarily fixed it but now I m looking at another repair to get done on my car.

Apparently an 8:00am appointment means that you MIGHT receive service by 9:30 However I WAS granted the opportunity to wait until then... plus the approximately to further wait the 1� hrs for an alignment.The above represents a mere smattering of the lowlights I've encountered at this particular Midas shop Definitely NOT recommended

I had a horrible experience at this location. I called early in the day to discuss the Groupon you guys have before I purchase it and to see the time I could come in. Your associate explained that I didn t need an appointment because they were so slow. As long as I made it in by 5:30pm I would be assisted with my oil change. I asked my boss to get off early, since I work the same hours you guys are open. I arrived by 5:25pm and the assistant manager told me you guys were backed up and you couldn t help me. The assistant manager seemed unbothered about it and basically shrugged me off. A nice customer who was getting his service done ended up giving me some options on where else to go. Now I have to go through my bank to get my refund for a service I never received.

Pulled up by these gentlemen. Ask them to check my a/c. Andrew and his team was very helpful and gave me a cheaper option and it worked out fine. Went buy a can of A/C PRO and they offered to put it in for me. Thanks guys. I'll be coming back for future services.
