Very knowledgeable and detailed about diagnostic data analysis for my vehicle test. Great service isn t cheap but at least I know what my problem is now worth it. Gave me a ride to my job after dropping my car off.

My vehicle decided to get into the Christmas spirit...ABS, Brake, VDC OFF and SLIP warning lights lit up my dash while on my way home from work. So, my immediate option was to bring it in to Logos the next morning. I've brought it (twice in July and late October and early November) before...all different issues and fixed right the first time. And repair costs are reasonable and affordable!All I can say is, Mr. Jim, Donald, Mark and Josh are EXTREMELY patient, honest, thorough and take time to explain what's going on and gave extensive write-ups about what is wrong, what needs immediate attention and what can wait.Took my whole workday but I need my baby because she's (Terra III) all I have. I've been using Logos Automotive for close to 5 or 6 years. They have always been honest and forthright. I have recently moved to Pearland and was extremely fortunate to find Logos Automotive. I came in first for a minor repair issue and was extremely impressed with their service. So when my wife s car needed a larger repair I knew where to go. Each time I went they were very thorough and professional. They truly provided amazing customer service. I have found my go to shop for all of our auto repair needs. If you need work done this is your place!!!

Five years ago when I moved to Texas, I needed to find a mechanic for my son s Buick Regal! I had no idea who to contact. I chose Logos because of the name and the positive customer reviews. I haven t used any other auto repair service since then. Everyone who works at the shop is kind, respectful, and honest. The workmanship is high quality and the pricing is fair and reasonable. Total rip off and time waster. I brought my car in this summer for a quote on two issues I was experiencing. After waiting over two hours in a hot waiting room, I got a quote that was merely a guess because they only did a visual inspection and charged my $84They told me they thought my transmission fluid was low and needed a new seal because they noticed some spilled fluid but they didn't actually have the tools necessary to check the transmission fluid levels. But the quote included checking the transmission levels and filling so I'm not sure how they would check it if they told me they didn't have the tools to do that.They also told me that I needed a new wheel bearing for one of the issues. Turns out, I didn't need a wheel bearing and the other issue was the motor mount which they never mentioned in the quote.Updated response to my review:I was told that the shop did not have the proper tool to check my transmission. Nothing was leaking when I brought my car in.When I brought my car in I told the front desk that my left front CV axle was making a clicking noise when backing up in reverse, and that my car was shuddering when shifting to reverse." The shuderring was corrected by installing new motor mounts at another auto shop.No one acknowledged that it was hot nor did they offer myself (as I a with my child) or the other customer waiting a ride anywhere as a result of the hot waiting area.

Knowledgeable staff, friendly service, and reasonable pricing. The crew was able to inspect and service my vehicle within the same day. They communicated and explained their findings and provided upfront estimates prior to moving forward with the repair.

Had never used them before - took the car in for a brake job - had excellent service - they aren't like most service companies that push you to do more than what's needed. The three gentlemen I dealt with were friendly, helpful and just all around great. I've been to Logos Automotive twice for different car issues. Alternator the first time and starter the second time. Each time I did my due diligence and got quotes for parts and labor from at least 4 or 5 different repair shops. Each time Logos was the most economical and least expensive. There have been no problems with the repairs/replacements. But even more so is the quality of their customer service. The gentleman I spoke to, Jim, was as friendly and accommodating as can be. He kept me informed of everything that they were doing and how much it would cost, to the penny.They even did a little extra things for free, like tightening my battery cables, checking my oil, etc. (I know I should do those things). As long as I live in the Pearland, Manvel, South Houston area, I'll never go to another auto repair shop. I'm a Logos lifer

I took my vehicle to Logos this past Monday for a common issue with Ford Escape s fuel filler neck. I can t tell you how happy I am that I found this place. Not only was their customer service amazing, they got my vehicle back to me by Wednesday.As a young woman, it s hard to find garages and car repair shops that aren t trying to do the run around on you. These people did not take advantage of that, they were honest and upfront about everything, including the cost of labor and they even recommended other services without pushing them on me right then and there.I am very happy! I went from crying and panicking one day, to my car being ready within the next 2. Definitely coming back!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great work. They also do their best to stay economical. I had my AC repaired and haven't had a problem since. I even called about a different problem and Mark took the time to speak with me about what the problem most likely is and how I could go about fixing it. I recommend Logos Automotive. Thank you!

My car broke down close to this business and I needed it towed someplace close by, and I'm very glad I happened to be near here. The location is very nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly.My car is used and high in mileage and I've had several issues with it, taking it to different mechanics who will put a band-aid on it and tell me it's great to go, only for it to break down again a few months later. I need a reliable mode of transportation for work, and they were able to get my car back to me even before the day I said I'd need it back. They were prompt, efficient, and professional.Jim especially was great at explaining what the issues were, what they were caused by, and how it gets fixed. He also was very honest and compassionate when it came to the cost of repairs. There were no added or hidden fees, and I was told what the cost would be up front before they went ahead with any of the repairs.If I ever need help with this vehicle or another, I will certainly be coming back to this location.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

A trustworthy shop that stands by their work and charges fair prices. I used them a lot for multiple vehicles. Even if I had an issue with a repair, they always made it right. Courteous, friendly, I recommend them to everyone. It s been a couple of years since we ve used them (we switched to electrics) but I still send friends and family their way. Decided to finally write a review after a friendly recently thanked me for referring them.

Called to get an AC check and diagnosis and they worked me in a few hours later. They found a few problems and fixed them quickly, while I waited. Prices were reasonable and they explained everything clearly.

After living in Houston for 4 years, I have finally found my auto shop. I've been there a few times now and have had nothing but good experiences.The owner and the mechanic I dealt with are as honest as they come. Both just seemed like genuinely good people. They're not going to be the cheapest in town, but you're paying for quality work at this place. Paying for quality work is way cheaper than paying for the results of cheap/poor quality work. Wonderful shop! The interior is very neat and clean. Jim, the gentleman that helped me at the desk was very polite and professional. Dillon, the gentleman that removed the nail from my tire, did it quickly and plugged my tire effectively. They were honest with me, not trying to upsell me into buying a new tire. Being a woman, especially one that is small, I didn't feel intimated at all. Will be going back for any and all of my car issues.Service: Tires

Great place. Right away speaking to Donald you can tell this is a honest, trustworthy place. They definitely know what they are talking about and won't try to up-sell you. The complementary loaner cars are nice as well. Taking my car here saved me $2000 and likely bought me at least 15k more miles on my 10 year old toyota.UPDATE: 2 years later and still very pleased with this Company. They even have free high-speed wifi now! I recommend all my friends come here for their repair and maintenance needs.

Have you ever taken your vehicle in to a shop for repair and questioned if they're a business you can trust? That is not what I experienced at all.. After visiting I was amazed by their honestly and professionalism. I personally appreciated updates and whenever they ran into unexpected issues, rather than getting the job done and adding unexpected labor charges they reached out and asked permission to proceed breaking down what it would cost to proceed if I decided for them to continue with the work. The experience was amazing. Techs are competent and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.Service: Electrical repair

I do most of my own work on my vehicles, but on occasion, I need help when I don't have time or the correct tools. I took in my van for a well known issue for that engine - the intake manifold gasket was leaking coolant. They changed the gasket and seemed to do a 90% job, although they did not change the coolant (higher mile vehicle) and the oil was overfilled. I took the car back to them and they removed the extra oil.Much much later I had to replace the ignition module and discovered a missing fastener on the rear of the engine. Granted it was a *@#$% to install but but it was left off. A few other assorted things were not completely as it was, but they did much better than most places.I have also taken my 4 door in for a CV joint boot repair right before a trip on Thanksgiving when I could not do the repair, and they told me I might as well replace the CV joint. The one on there was fine, but I agreed as it was the same labor. They were cool and gave me the old parts to store in case I need them in the future, but I did not remember to specify certain parts to be used. I am unsure how long the parts they installed will work - might be first class maybe not. I'm just not used to taking things in.My neighbor had a starter they installed go bad and they did the corrective work for free.They usually try to tell me my oil needs changing even though in one case it has about 800 miles on a change and other stuff that didn't need to be done, but that's pretty normal for a shop.

I have been going to Cornerstone for over 10 years and they do an outstanding job. They are honest and do excellent work. The vast majority of the time, my car is fixed right the first time. They do not "throw parts" at a car attempting to solve the problem. The price might be higher than some places but it is worth it. Another aspect that I love about Cornerstone is that they have loaner cars. Normally, I work with Jim. He always goes over each item that is wrong with my car and lets me know if that item can wait until another visit. Also, Jim is very patient and takes the time to answer your questions and concerns in terms that a customer can understand. He does not talk down to you if you don't understand something. I love going to this place. I really wish that all businesses were run like this business.

I needed a few repairs for a work vehicle, and these guys got the job done in top form. I appreciated the attention to detail, the collaborative approach they took with me to decide what all needed to be done, their honesty and fairness, and their no-pressure communication with me throughout the repairs. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing service or repairs on their vehicle.

Spending $400 for a checking up, and returned with nothing changed, was not a good experience at all.Our car air conditioning suddenly stopped cooling. I was told that it would cost $150-200, when i dropped the car. I received a call during the middle of the day telling me that my $200 was spent, but they would need more work that would cost another $200 to do futher checking. I went ahead, since it was so hot in Houston summer. I later received another call around 2pm telling me that it would cost $2400 to fix the air. I do not have the amount of money, so i had to hold on it. At the end, i spent a little less of $400 all on their "labor", with nothing changed! Thanks for nothing. My money was good, anyway, enjoy!

Got my car, a 2001 Ford Focus back today. Had a loud sound whenever I would accelerate. They did a great job on it. They provided a shuttle service for me to get home while they worked on my car and to go pick up my car when they finished. Great price for the type of work they did. They even patched a tire that had a nail in it free of charge without me even knowing about a nail. Donald did a great job setting me up and Mark did great in taking the time to show and explain to me the work they did. I will definitely be going back in the future and recommend them to anyone else with car troubles.

The services from Logos was professional, courteous and reasonable. They kept us informed of what was needed and let us know beforehand what costs might be. They're good guys to know if your vehicle needs work. They're very good folks to go to.
