Please, DON T GO HERE. My Jeep was SMOKING as soon as I left the parking lot. Went in for a routine oil change once and a bigger guy helped me. Rude but I figured hey, they re quick so it s ok. Went in Saturday 9/23 and after I left the parking lot my Jeep started smoking. Pulled over to take a look and found a bad oil leak. Immediately went back to them and they realized they broke my filter and oils leaked all over my engine, then all over the back of my car. Please, save yourself an expensive repair. It was only a routine oil change, DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. Photo is of the oil on the back of my Jeep when I brought it back in and the oil trail when I pulled over to check.

The crew were very knowledgeable and gave estimates and descriptions of what was needed clearly. Answering any questions and at times offering options. The prices were fair, and include a 12 month warranty on parts AND labor.They are decent, hard working people who really seem to know what they are doing, and care about doing it right and in a timely and professional manner. I appreciate that!The location was clean and comfortable. I have been using this particular location for a number of years for inspections and oil changes. This is, as far as I can remember, the first time I have needed to use them for repairs . I will definitely use them again.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Place is sketchy my wife went there for a simple state inspection; she called me and said that one of there mechanics said he could not pass inspection because he needed to fix something. She said no thanks and mechanic said, but I already passed you inspection then proceeded to tell her it was not safe to leave and that there was oil leaking from engine and car had a bad belt; I asked her to send me pictures mechanic had smeared fresh oil on engine block and the belt was ok. I asked her the leave. Beware of one on the employees trying to scam you; had been there multiple other times with no issue

My 2009 Chevy HHR with 87k miles was ratling durimg idle..I took it to Kwik car thinking I needed a tuneup...The Mechanics quickly realized that my radiator fan had essentially desintegrated and showed me..They kept my car overnight since it was 30 minutes from closing and gave me a fair market estimation to replace the raidiator fan...The following day I returned and thebradiator fan wad replaced, the radiator fluid was filled ( it was practically empty) and the engine cooled down and properly burbed before it was turned over to me. Excellent Diagnosis and Work

True to their name, oil change complete in under 15 mins. Didn't attempt to hassle for add ons (fuel injector fluid, filter, etc) which is appreciated. Clean lobby and the beautiful cat was a bonus thank you!

This was my first time at this location and the service was fast professional, they are very inexpensive and super clean I will recommend it to anyone that wants good service and better prices around this area. I am going to be a customer for sure I have a Mercedes Benz and I have had a hard time finding good inexpensive professional reliable service,aVery satisfying customer. Thank you again.

I came to get an inspection here was greeted upon arrival fairly quickly by one of the workers. I was pretty much in and out about 15 minutes total. Clean waiting area, complementary coffee and I like that you can see your car from the waiting area so you're able to see what kind of services are being done to your car

SCAMMER Yesterday I went in for a state inspection and was failed due to a cracked serpentine belt . I had a weird feeling when he told me this. So I decided to visit a different mechanic for a second opinion. I didn t explain the situation to this mechanic I just told him I wanted that belt replaced. He examines my car and within a few minutes he came back and asked why I wanted to do this. He told me my belt was fine and not in need of replacement. It just showed normal wear but no cracking at all.I called the kwik kar and was told ( by the same person who did my inspection) that in his words I saw what I saw my and was denied a refund. I proceeded to get my inspection done at the honest mechanic s location and I passed inspection with no issues.I called again today and this same employee tells me there is no management in the store today ( second day in a row) and then hung up on me as I was speaking.

I had my car repaired here and Mr. Eddie is very resourceful and understanding. He is the manager and he made sure my car was fixed in a prompt timely manner. Most shops take their time but this place is about taking care of their customers. I'm taking my car here for repair for good. The price was excellent as well.

I have been going to this location for a while now without any problems. The last time I went, I asked the guy to check my transmission fluid which he did and told me that it needed to be changed. He also told me the brake fluid needed to be changed. I told him I only wanted the transmission fluid changed & he ended up changing both & charged for both. I told him that I did not want both done and he told me that he would give me half off on my next oil change. Well, I went today & showed them the receipt in which they said ok . Well, when he rung me up it wasn t half, but 20 percent. His response was, I gave you $23.00 off. Had I known that I would have took my business elsewhere.This is definitely the correct location. Unless the address is wrong on the receipt!

I went to this place to check my 2002 Toyota solar s alignment issues. Brother Ahmed is super nice and very helpful. They aren t after your money but good service and advise. I was told not to do that before I fix something else to keep the alignment in work. I am so pleased for that honest advice. I will definitely go back for like oil change or inspection. I highly recommend this place for best service and competitive price.Service: Wheel alignment

Let me just say, I have been to many places to get my oil changed in both my diesel and my SUV, and I will never go anywhere else. When I drove up, I was immediately greeted with a smile and what could they help me with today. Not only The hospitality all the way around and the fact that they didn t try to upsell anything that I didn t need, was a definite plus!!! If You want a happy face and good service, this is the place to go. Very well Managed, because everyone seem to work together instead of lollygagging around, like I have witnessed many many times at other places.Thank you Kwik Kar for for getting the job done right!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible, horrible experience! I did not have an oil leak until I came in for an oil change. After three tries for them to correct the problem I gave up and left. I will never use this business again. Very condescending, bordering on rude.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went to kwik Kar because I had a noise under that hood that was concerning. In just a few minutes the issue was diagnosed as a bad water pump, and AC compressor. I gave them the info for my car max warranty and had them do the repair. I m less than 6 hours I got a call that my truck was ready. They showed me the old parts and also showed me that the new parts were actual ford factory parts. I paid my warranty deductible and was not asked to pay any more. I feel like they are honest, and I will continue doing business with them from now on.Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

Technician that greeted me when I pulled in was very creepy. He kept telling me to smile, & asking me about my personal life. I feel like he was being very unprofessional, I came to get an inspection and he made the whole situation very uncomfortable. Won't be coming back to this location.

I have been going here for quite sometime. Usually great service, but this last time I asked the tech to check the air in my tires during the state inspection because the low tire pressure indicator was on.When he finished I asked about the tire pressure, he said my tires are fine. I got home and gauged them, they were extremely low.I will now be going to another of their locations for oil changes and such.

Stay Away!!! These mechanics are scammers. They will try to find problems with your car and if there is no problem they will create a problem to charge you to fix. It s a very shady business, your better off going almost anywhere else.

Very good crew I changed my oil the other day here and they got me out in 10 min, price is reasonable, and service was exquisite, Ali was at the cashier and he was very nice!

The African American Guy i didnt get his name but he is so friendly and understanding. I needed assistant and had a bad day because of my car. He was very Cool about it. Easy going!. Great Employee. Even though i didnt get no service here, they were very nice and helpful.

Marcus was fantastic! I called for pricing, he answered and made me an offer i couldn t refuse. In and out in 10 minutes. He made suggestions for future maintenance but wasn t an obnoxious salesman. I will make this place my go-to for all future oil changes.

Have been using them for five years with no issues. Got my oil changed today very quick and honest service. The tech showed how worn my tires were worn and needed an alignment. They never pressure you to purchase something and only show you what your car really needs.

I just came from this business. I was there to get my Inspection for which they charged $25.50. My vehicle did not pass inspection because I need to drive it more. You see, I had a recall in my Honda Pilot & yesterday I picked it up from the dealership, ran a small errand & came home. So it just needs to be driven more, I get it...but why can't they offer me to come back once I have driven it enough. I asked and was refused. I imagine they only care about making a few bucks here and there and not earning loyal customers. I know $25 is not much, but now I have to spend this money again and there are sooo many bills, the list goes on. It's hard to just give your money away and get no help. If they had allowed me to come back they get a customer for life and a great review to tell others about their caring service but no! they dont care!!!! SOOO never going back!

We have used this location since it originally opened. I m not sure if there was an ownership change or what happened to them. They did not put the car back together. Found out the day after. Left oil cap off, that s why the alarm kept going off in the car. They couldn t shut the hood, they forced it shut. Oil is on the engine. He Called to tell them and they gave him a hard time, they even hung up on him. My husband went back and the owner came out with an attitude. He settled down, looked up we had been going there for over 20 years. Offered a free oils change next time and put on new wiper blades. We will never go back. Nor will the rest of our family. My son had an issue with an oil change there as well. I suggest if anyone needs any maintenance done go elsewhere!Service: Oil change

They have no clue what there doing when it comes to working on a customers car. They wasted 2 days and couldn't get the correct parts for my vehicle. It eventually had to stay the weekend in there shop and then they wasted another day. I had to call the car dealers part department myself to get the part numbers for the parts I needed in hopes that they would finish and every time I went to check on my car they always had an excuse as to why it's not done. I eventually had to tell them to stop don't touch my vehicle anymore. I got a trailer and took it away to get it finished. A week prior to them working on my vehicle they changed my oil and checked everything else like air filters etc... Well after I fix the other issue myself and got it back on the road again. I noticed it idling rough in park and found that when they checked my air filter they never secured it closed which caused me to have multiple miss fires. Unfortunately I'm going to need to look into it further because it is still miss firing even after I changed the filter and secured the box closed. I didn't have the miss firing issue when I first took my vehicle to this shop. In my opinion your better off taking your vehicle someplace else with a better track record.

Update 10/13/20....the company's response that they provide below is entirely false. What I have written in my review is 100% what happened.Strange service at this location. Let me start by saying that my wife's work vehicle is a late model 2007 Honda Pilot with more than 170K miles on it. Other than being old as heck, it is otherwise a reliable car. It has a noisy power steering pump (after market Autozone), but otherwise everything on the car works. The technician, I think Tyler is his name, is very unprofessional, and I definitely wouldn't want him representing my company. I have been there in the past for an oil change on my truck, and he was using language around me, the customer, that showed zero respect. Definitely isn't customer focused. The manager Eddie is a nice enough person, but I'm not 100% confident of his technical understanding of automobiles.After the technician looked at my wife's car, he instructed the manager to let my wife know that they can't work on the car because it is: 1. Too old, 2. It is leaking power steering fluid, 3. It is leaking oil, 4. It has high miles.I know that the car is not leaking any fluid, so I called back to speak to Eddie, who told me it is their policy to not work older vehicles that have high miles, and oil leaks. After explaining that I know that I don't have a leak, he then said yeah you can see it with a flashlight under the car. I asked if he saw it, and he said no. I asked about the power steering leak, and informed him that I am 100% sure that I'm not leaking power steering, and he refused to answer that. He did get frustrated with me on the phone as I asked him the question a few more times since it was part of the determination on why they couldn't change my wife's oil.Overall, the technician is rude, and probably hates his job. I'm pretty sure he gets paid whether he does jobs or not. I went to a different Kwik Kar, and they didn't see the issues...so they changed my wife's oil. I asked them to take a picture of the oil pan underneath the car to verify there wasn't a leak. Just as expected...no leak. Maybe he has other reasons for not wanting to service my wife's car.Service: Oil change

I have been to Kwik Kar Lube five times in the past two years for everything from state inspection to wiper fluid. They are fast, courteous and pleasant people who always get the job done faster than I expect. They are very agreeable about checking any sounds or things that "dont seem right". This is definitely my routine "go to" car repair/maintenance shop. Prices are reasonable, too.

When I walked in, no one greeted me for 10-15 minutes. I could hear someone in the back office and when I said hello, they ignored me. They eventually came out and I had to approach him and tell him what I wanted. The guy that did my oil change was nice and helpful but the customer service just wasn t great.

Had my last few oil changes here. Every time the price would be around $5 more than the previous visit. I was already thinking twice about returning. And then today, only 1 week after oil change, I m having tires serviced at Firestone, and as routine service they check oil. Well.... my dip stick is missing. Gone. Not there. I called Kwik Kar to let them know that I would love to stop by and pick up the dip stick they forgot to return to my car. Man claims there is no dip stick there. After a few mins of me explaining there is no other place it could be, the convo ends without a resolution. I will not be returning and will advice others to avoid as well. Good customer service can go a long way. This place has none.
