The very 1st time I came was in October 2023.Replaced the right axel.I Still heard a pop sound after I left. It got worse.Today was my 2nd time going back.My SIL had it checked at a dealer.He called the owner & spoke directly to Joe.I stayed there and Joe showed me where the leak was coming from.He put a New Seal. I left a happy customer.I heard the popo & decided to go eat lunch.I returned a 3rd time, Joe was not there.The helper was very rude and raised his voice at me.He stated, the popping noise was not the axel.I asked him what was it?He says oh you need struts & socks & a full front suspension.Why didn't you tell me the 1st time I came here and you had this information? Why?Because you saw a woman alone with our a male body next to her.Kar Soultions took advantage and they also knew from the very beginning,that I would be back...to do the struts.Typical crook.My 88 yr old dad says to me, like the doctor's they keep you coming back.Total unsatisfied customer.I recorded everything the help yelled out and posted on my FB page.For so many great reviews, you bozos will be loosing business.

The shop is very trustworthyI do a recommend calling before stopping by, because sometimes in the middle of the day there will be nobody there.And also Vehicles that need repair should be dropped in the back of the shop not in the front.

This business is the only one I trust in all of Houston to take care of my car! He always properly diagnosis the car and is 1000% honest with you on what is going on. His services are at a great price and he goes above and beyond!

You can say a lot about mechanics and their service and the way they charge, but it s good to know when you come to Kar Solutions, you ll get an honest diagnosis, and a fair quote. I work hard and depend on my vehicle for work and servicing my customers, and it feels good to know your vehicle will be serviced properly and you ll be advised of any issues without feeling pressured. Joe is a super mechanic. Knowledgeable and experienced. We had a tricky A/C issue to work through on an older vehicle. He was very good to talk through with my husband. He stayed true to the task and solved the problem. He did so on the timeline we had agreed. We cherish fair mechanics -- he is definitely one. He also charged a fair price.

After hours of getting estimates Las Solutions was the best priced. Affordable, quick, got the part in hours NOT days. And they came and picked me up when my car was ready! Would definitely recommendEDIT: Car broke down 12 days following getting it fixed. Had to get a tow and rental. Joe refuses to fix the problem (which was what he "fixed" previously. Had to threaten a lawsuit. Would not recommend

My alternator died on my 2008Infiniti and Joe took care of me as always. I got my car back the next day reasonable cost for the service, and was offered different alternator options which I really appreciated!

Honest and good work here. About a year ago I took my Lexus LX470 in for AC issues and they also did the brakes and other maintenance it needed. Very professional with fair prices and great service. I have had no more issues since. Highly recommend!

Brought my car in for an issue I had been dealing with for months. I had taken it to my original mechanic 3 times without the issue being resolved. I do not recommend this place, I did not like how they treated me..They charged me too much money for an estimate, I did not like their work and the way they treated me, I simply paid and left that place, If you want to go to this auto shop, go, but you should know that they are going to hit you with the belt.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

Best experience from a bad situation. I Changed the wrong sensor and the shop figured it out. It took less than a day and the price was fair. I will bring him my cars from now on.
