Jarod Harmon did me wrong. I paid for work and parts that never was purchased or installed. He took my truck and abandoned it at a High School parking lot. It was there for a couple of weeks before it was towed. He took one of my new batteries when he dumped it. Its cost me 700 to get it out of recovery storage and new battery. Truck is currently being checked out by a new diesel shop. My guesstimate is I'm out around 5000.

0 would be appropriate! There was so much unprofessionalism and delays in our repair it isn't funny. There is only one mechanic here not a team, who handles business horribly by the way. Outside of the personal issues I rather not discuss with him he doesn't communicate as he should. We witnessed him use parts from another 6.0 that he was supposed to be fixing for another customer. He told us almost every day for over 3 weeks that he made the repairs and we come head to pick our truck up. When we would get there or almost there he would say something else came up. He's even had us pick the vehicle up for it to stop 2 miles away from his shop. Not at all worth the hassle even for quick repairs he may not have a hard time diagnosing.

Jarod is one of the best mechanics I know! Timely and excellent service are his calling card! I trust him with the most intricate repairs as well as the most simple. I don't go to anyone else, and you shouldn't either.

Great work and very good price.The guy Jarrod is very friendly and professional.I do my all kinds of repairs here.
