I scheduled service by making an appointment. Knowing that the service could be a detailed one I knew to drop it off and complete my other daily activities. Firestone service rep called and kept me informed of how much longer it would take to complete the service. The service rep also called when the work was completed. When I showed up to receive my vehicle the paperwork was already complete and the rep explained what was done. Obtained the paperwork and my keys and I was complete with Firestone experience. Thankful to Firestone!

So I did a walk-in alignment and that was gucci, my goes straight now yay! But what I was greatly concerned with is whoever parked my car had the exhaust tips touching a sewer curb? Like you can NOT tell me that that is not touching. And it s really baffling since I have a backup camera and parking sensors?? So I really don t understand how this was done on accident? Communication was okay, I m not too entirely sure if I d come to this location again. (Edit: I ve gone here 2 more times, since it s close. It s been better with each visit)

Love coming here, even if it takes 30 minutes longer to get my truck serviced. Piece of mind is having confidence that Lorenzo works on all my trucks and he s highly knowledgeable. I will still be coming back and recommend this place.

I always come to the Pearland location. My truck needed service for oil change and tire rotation.Friendly, knowledgeable customer service. I trust them with my vehicle. Dropped off around 9am and received a call around 1:30-2pm ready for pickup.

For those of you thinking of taking your vehicle in for any type of service at Firestone Complete Auto Care at 2908 Broadway, don t.Have had multiple issues with them, the last of which we requested the manager contact us, and he never did. However, I decided to give them one more chance today due to the convenience of how close it is to us.I called them to ask if I could bring my car in at 4:15 pm for them to take a look at my two rear tires as they keep reading low tire pressure, despite me filing them with air. They told me yes. I take off of work and drop my car off at Firestone. I again tell them what s going on and they tell me no problem, they ll take a look at it and call me with an update. My husband comes to pick me up and we go Lowe s and then to dinner. I still haven t heard from them and it s about an hour to closing time. So I call them to see if anyone has even looked at my car. He tells me no, but that he is going to talk to a tech to see if he can take a look at it. It s about 6pm now. He calls back a few minutes later to let me know that the tech can not look at my car because he is done for the night .Okay fine. We ask that they just put air in my tires and we ll take my car elsewhere. We get there to pick up my car right before they close at 7 pm and no one has put air in the tires Almost 3 hours at Firestone for them to tell me no one was able to take a look at my tires, despite calling beforehand and being assured that they could take care of it. It was one small task

This Firestone's is much better than the other pearland location. Everyone here is professional unlike Heidi, who is inappropriately touches and strokes on one of her mechanics. I believe his name is Miguel. For that reason I will never go back to the Firestone in silver lake pearland. Who knows what scheme they have going on.Pearland parkway is the best.

They only had two technicians to work today, backlogged everything , told me they could not fix nail in tire had to buy a new one, tire in stock sat around for 30 minutes, they don t communicate here. Tire problem was not the problem it was bad communication in all areas, noticed employees would be standing around until they saw us looking at what they were doing. I have never had service like this before. When I first got here the representative who should have greeted me was more busy on his phone than helping customers.

They lied about performing repairs on my truck. I brought my truck there to plug a hole and do an alignment on Tuesday afternoon. I go to pick it up Thursday after they tell me it s ready and they can t find my keys or paperwork. They finally find my keys but fail to produce the alignment paperwork for my check out. I ask about the hole in the tire and they said they couldn t find it. I get in my truck to drive home and the TPMS shows air pressure as 34, 34, 34, 32. And when I get home, I spray the tire in question and I find the leak. I no longer trust this Firestone and will not return until there is a change in management.Service: Tires

Manager stole Hispanic man's money. Made the worker zelle him to fix mistakes. 3 hour wait for oil change. Terrible service. Cashier was cool

Worst Firestone I ve ever had to do service with, made an appointment took my jeep in an hour before 5 hours later my Jeep has not be touched called them constantly and nothing. The manager was very nice he s team is just the worst. Do not buy true lifetime alignment any service with them is bad service. Did i mention this is the second time this has happened the first time the Jeep was there for over 8 hours and nothing was done

Made an appointment for oil change. Day of appointment, 2 days later, was told I'd have to wait because they had to order the OIL FILTER. What?! It's not a rare car, and they asked for year, make and model when I made appointment. Then they tried to tell me I needed new tires. Really? My less than a year old tires with 5,000 miles? Do better. Should've known when my husband took our other car in and they didn't bother or offer to rotate the tires when they changed the oil. The previous location I went to would offer, which makes sense.

Had to go back in and get a reminder sticker. Later that night I get a call from them asking me to check and make sure my car isn't leaking oil. I open my hood and see this on my 2011 Chevy.

This location need help! I understand quality take times. But an appointment for a tire or tires shouldn t take 3-4 hours of waiting time. This happen twice already and I have seen other express their thoughts in store about the same issues.Now for my recent visit. I decided to save some money from going to dealership and let Firestone auto care take care of my car. Oil light was on & my TPMS light was on.Appointment at 11:30am. Car did not get pulled in to garage till 1:00pmTechnician, pop open my hood and that was all. 3:00pm ask for status. Front desk assisted me but was unsure on status and talked under his breath and told me I will be taken care of and that there was a car in front of me before I showed up ok??So I left to run my other errands knowing that my car will not be done. 7ish they called me saying my car was done but after new spark plugs was installed my check engine light is on now with a code reading Cam Sensor. Told them that engine light never was on & they must had did something wrong or damage something.Response was maybe someone reset it and now it s showing up.A nightmare we all have back of our mind bringing our cars to a new mechanics.Sure enough nightmare came true.I now have to bring my car to the dealership to get real work done to the car.I didn t mind about have grease all over my fender cause you are working on it but grease finger prints inside the car as well, that was a no no for me. I will not and do not recommend anyone using this location service.

I would give less stars if I could. I went to get a particular noise fixed and was told parts that have been recently replaced were loose and bad. After 4 months of replacing said parts. Then, the original sound I went in for was continuing after leaving, and upon returning the following day for the same noise I was told the issue that was fixed was still the problem. So they continued to fix it some more, but the issue and noises only got worse.I went to another Firestone to find a whole different issue was wrong, as well as the alignment I had done was completely off and it needed to be realigned again. No one explained anything to me, just handed my papers to me and sent me on my way.Service: Wheel alignment

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Brought my vehicle for lower control arm replacement after it had been replaced two months ago and Jesse took care of it A - Z with free of charge. If looking for an outstanding and friendly customer service, ask for Jesse.

You know it's little things that make all the difference ..Check out the picture below. They can't be bothered to take the old sticker off ? And they can't be bothered to write the date due or mileage ?? This was after they didn't want to do a state inspection because it was rainy ? They didn't want to do it yesterday because the computer was down .. anyways after going back two days in a row and getting there right when they open with no one else there it still took two hours for one oil change and 1 inspection.Never again.

This location is the most professional location in the area compared to the one at almeda mall, el-camino real, and the Eldorado and gulf freeway one. They send you email confirmation and they start working on your car right away. The other three locations I mentioned they were not sending me any email confirmation after scheduling an appointment and I had to wait 3-4 hours to have my car touched. This is why it was pointless to make an appointment they treated you like you are a walk-in customer, on they hand this location they honor the appointment.

Went in 8:00 a.m. to get a wheel alignment I was supposed to be the next in line and was going to be a 30-45 minute process. Came back an hour and a half later my truck was still not serviced. This is a waste of people's time go somewhere else and maybe you'll actually have work done when they say it'll be done.I asked for my keys back The clerk didn't really care we'll never come back.Service: Wheel alignment

Came in with what was believed to be alignment issues. Found out my hub was loose. Jessie went above and beyond to take care of me and diagnose the problem. I would highly recommend Jesse and G-man at this location for all of your vehicle needs. Great customer service and a very respectful and honest man to deal with.

Scheduled an alignment appointment at 5 pm a few hours in advance. Showed up and they told me the alignment tech wasn t available and to reschedule. At least call me to give me a heads up please instead of me going out of my way to get there on time.

I made an appointment and as usual they were at least 1 hour behind appointment times. In the past, I have waited 2-3 hours for a simple oil leisure. It seems as if the store prefers that you leave the car so they can service the vehicle at their leisure.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! And this was my 1ST time in! It was 100 degrees outside and this business had no air on inside. No one was manning the front desk! I stood around almost 10 minutes for nothing. As I decided to leave someone in black came in from the shop and STILL did not acknowledge me! I would never recommend this place. The other reviews were SPOT on!

Marcel did my alignment and I'm still having issues. I asked them to fill my tires and put windshield cleaning fluid since my car was bone dry, they didn't do any of it. Wouldn't recommend this place.
