Came in for a chip repair for $60. The owner of the shop did the work. He lean over my hood and fender without putting down anything to protect the paint (no scratches thankfully). The main issue is that they got the chip filling epoxy on my windshield arm cap and now I have to pay $15 for that part that they ruined. $75 headache. I wouldn't recommend.

Had a windshield installed today in my 05' 4Runner. There is black glue coming out from the headliner and the side pillar. It's actually smeared on my headliner. The factory foam at the base of the dash board is now all chewed up and doesn't look nice anymore. It's all jagged and cut up and you can see the black glue. It was not like this before.They also lost a plastic trim piece but they promised to order me another one. We shall see. Great price but the fit and finish is sub par. Owner/manager got really upset that I pointed these issues out. Made it seem like they would fix it, but they didn't cause it and I was just being an ass and they were helping me out somehow?? ****Update: Returned this morning to speak with the owner and he has promised to order the lost trim piece, replace the torn up weatherstrip on sides of windshield and replace the foam strip at the base of the dash/windshield. Today's experience went much smoother than last night. Raising to 2 stars. If all goes well I will raise to 3 or 4 stars depending on how it turns out. I appreciate them offering to fix the issues****

Crew was very nice and professional. They came to my work and changed out my windshield and did a really good job in a very timely manner. Strongly recommended. Do not take your car here if you want honest work, I had a rock chip repair simple - took along time, charged me, I walked out looked at the repair - repair was good but now i have a long scratch due to the drill bit breaking. Did they bother to tell me? NO - I walked back in, complained - they did give me my money back after a few minutes BUT he should have said something! I should have know better than to go here. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice!Service: Auto windshield repair

The customer service at this place was great and quick.I had my rear window crack and fall apart on me on my way to work one morning and I started calling shops to get quotes and see who could fix it sooner.Carlos and Oscar were able to get me in that same day in the afternoon. They were economical (almost half the price other places quoted me for) as well so I went ahead and had them replace both rear window and windshield.They guaranteed quality and have warranty for as long as I have the car (installation warranty).I have had no issues.They also cleaned most of the pieces of glass from inside of my car from when the window broke.They were very nice!I highly recommend this place.

Oscar and his people were great! I had my car broken in last Saturday at Pearland LA Fitness Parking lot (in mid-afternoon under bright sunlight!!!). Both passenger side windows were broken. I tried with Safelite but no appointments available within 10 days. Oscar was so helpful and willing when I called him. He and his people did it the same day with great convenience and quality. I highly recommend this place. I know I will be going to them for my future car repairs.Service: Auto side window replacement

Had chip in my windshield repaired. I had to had wash what I hope is only grease smudged over the hood of my clean truck. Very disrespectful !!!! and now I have to worry about what else did that do when they had my truck back there. STAY AWAY from this back alley slop shop.

Had back glass done by this shop last year (still under warranty from the shop), has issues with the regulator going bad. Was told yesterday to come back this morning at 8am so that they could repair the regulator. After getting there, I was told by the owner that they would not be doing the repair at all. No explanation even after explaining that I was told to come back today. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! I will be pursuing legal action against this business for the way I was treated this morning as well as my warranty given by the shop NOT being honored.

I would have given this company a 5 Star rating except that they stole a portable speaker from my backseat which I had them return to me. The irony of getting your window repaired from a thief only to have the installer try and steal from you once again the next day. Other than them stealing from me, the service was good, quick and cheap. Just clean your car out before they do and you'll be ok!

After dealing with the Texas freeze of 2021 all I needed to deal with in addition to busted pipes was a broken windshield. My rear windshield hinges were snapped in two, now I know that having a 2002 GMC that things are getting old and will be needing replacement. Thats when Mr. Oscar comes into play. Shopping around dealing with people who didn't know about the lift gate on my GMC I didn't feel comfortable with the quotes. I called Drive Safe Auto Glass and Oscar knew exactly what the issue was without even seeing it and the quote was almost too good to be true. I took my vehicle to him before noon and it was done a few hours later. Oscar did a professional job and wasted no time on getting me back on the road. I called and received a quote and made an appointment the next day. I was warmly greeted and assisted. I was given a ride to/from home while my window was being replaced. I wasn t even asked for additional money, although I did and was happy to give for the driver.Great experience and I recommend their service.

These guys gave us a great price(on two windshields at once). Knocked it out fast and accurately. Windshields look great and leak free the first time. Hopefully you will not need windshield work, but if you do talk to these guys while getting quotes.

I recently had a side mirror replaced on my car here. staff was polite and work was done quickly and it looked good as new. part came in quickly also. I would not hesitate at all to have another repair done here. reasonable prices and quality work if that's what your looking for.

I came to this place from a friend's referral to fix my rearview mirror that fall off from Houston heat! I walked in without an appointment and Oscar greeted me with an smile and great customer services. He started on my car right away which took about 20 min to fix. Oscar also gave me an estimate on my front bumper that needs repair. Professionalism and Excellent services that I will continue to use in the future

This place was great, I called an hour before to make sure they could fit me in and within two hours from me calling, driving and getting work done, I had a brand new windshield. The staff is great, friendly and outgoing. I would definitely recommend people going here to get a replacement windshield. Great job guys.

Oscar is phenomenal at what he does. My boyfriend had been visiting DriveSafe Collision and Glass for years, so when I got into a car wreck, the location came highly recommended. I drove all the way from Galleria to Pearland to get there because I trusted their work so much. When I walked in with my boyfriend, Oscar had treated him like a valued customer after several years of not seeing him. He was so amiable to us. The scratches and dents on the bumper and side of my car are completely gone. He did superior work for way less than what Mazda wanted to charge me. Thank you for taking care of me!

My truck was broken into and the rear door glass was smashed. This happened at 12:30 in the afternoon, by 4:00 I had a band new factory window installed at half the price. Excellent service and installation. They will be highly recommended from me.

I brought my car in to get my windshield replaced on a 2008 Nissan Altima. The pricing was by far the most reasonable I had seen from other repair shops. I spoke with Oscar who was very knowledgeable about the repair process and explained the best options to me. I dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready that evening. My biggest concern was that the car would not retain its OEM cabin features. After driving it for the past couple weeks, there has been no extra road noise, leaks in the seal, or any other issues with the windshield!

I had a windshield replaced. The job has been done fast, for less money than other places quoted, and no problems with quality. They even moved my EazyTag sticker over to the new glass. No leaks or rattling after a few months of driving.

I needed some help with my bumper that was falling off, and I wanted to see if I could have it fixed instead of buying a new one. The staff was very friendly and extremely fast, they were able to repair my car in no time! I had a great experience, definitely recommend this place.

These guys are very disrespectful. We re from a business across the street from them. called to get a quote on a windshield repair, Took all the information put me on hold then someone else picked up the phone, I explain to that individual I already gave the information to one of his customer service rep. The person get mad and hang up the phone!! Call them back and he was very disrespectful with profanity and hang the phone up. Extremely horrible customer service in this particular time I m trying to support the small businesses within the area but it s proving to be difficult.

If you are looking to save a substantial amount of money on replacing your windshield than this is definitely the place. I was quoted over $500 dollars at other locations but Drive Safe Auto Glass was able to cut that price in half. In addition to replacing the my winshield they also fixed my loose rear view mirror for free. Truly a top rank organization.

Worst place to get any services done on your car. I had gone to replace my windshield there as the owner, Oscar V. had offered me a cheap price. I gave him my car and horror followed. The job was done poorly and when I asked to check the work before I payed him, Oscar started cursing and coming on to attack me saying I was a bad customer as I wanted to check my car. His wife watched as the horror went on. I am never going to return here for any services and urge others to not just consider cheap price but the service as well as no body should have to go through such crap after paying! As for Oscar, police charges are going to be filed against him and he'll be hearing from my lawyer.

I visited drive safe autoglass 1 wk ago..my vehicle had a leak from the sunroof! I had been referred to Oscar for assistance, he fixed the problem and also fully explained what had occurred. Definitely would recommend this company, and will return for any future work!
