Such wonderful and fast service. I try to avoid coming on my own as a woman with no car/tire knowledge, but I was on my own this time and Marcus took such great care of me and made sure I made the most informed and safest decisions regarding my tires. I felt very comfortable and he was very patient, helpful, and kind!

Went this morning at 9am, was in an out in 15-20 minutes. They were able to see that my tire had a screw in it and made a good repair! They also notified me that my rear windshield wiper badly needed to be replaced. Luckily I have spares at home.The experience was great, they explained everything, worked quickly and efficiently and didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need.

They are great!! Marcus & AJ are who I mostly dealt with, they were FANTASTIC!! They called me 30 minutes to closing to inform me my tire made it (It had to be ordered). Still not too sure if Marcus really forgot to order my tire or not the day I came in to order it.............but I got windshield wipers out of it!

I have been a loyal customer of Discount Tire since 2003. I've purchased tires elsewhere, and it always was a mistake. No one (imo) can consistently, across all locations, have the high quality level of customer service and product offerings as Discount Tire. I took both my vehicles there today for tires, tpm sensors on one and balance & rotate on the other. I was in and out in an hour and 10. The biggest benefit is that I don't have to worry about getting a flat, nail in a tire, etc., and being out of luck. They stand behind their tires and service and they always honor their guarantees. I am not affiliated with or related to this company or any of its employees.

Juan took our vehicle after closing and got us in under warranty. He absolutely went above and beyond to take care of us and ensured that we will never go anywhere else for tires!

This place is on point. The other Pearland location is usually out of tires. This location is fast, friendly, and almost always in stock. Five stars if the pricing comes down some. (Not your fault, I know, but $1500 for four tires, sucks.)

Important Review:All four tires where replace on my vehicle last week. Each and every employee did an excellent job. They currently have a great team, that works collectively. They break down every step of the process to their customers allowing them to understand what to expect. Everything was done in about an hour. I can't guarantee you a short wait time, because they are extremely busy some days and as you know or have seen customers can be very impatient and abrassive. But I have never seen them lose their cool, they are never disrespectful or neglectful with their work. Please keep in mind that they do take walk-ins and try to accommodate for everyone, you can always schedule an appointment or call in advance to see how busy they are. Today they fix a flat, I had a screw stuck (probably from the HEB parking lot). Again I was very impressed and pleased with their customer service. Thank you.

I came today due to a nail in my tire. I told the gentleman at the front desk where the nail was (left back tire). He couldn t find it, so I showed him a picture of it. I was told it a little over an hour wait and that I can go home and come back around 2:30 to get my tire serviced. I asked if I was ok to leave with that nail in my tire and was told that I should be fine. I should have stuck to my intuition and waited with my 2 kids. I drove off not within 5-10mins the nail flew off the tire, hit something underneath my car and ended up with a flat tire in the middle of a busy road. I m glad a Good Samaritan helped me changed my tire. I felt like this situation had put our safety at risk.

Poor customer service at this franchise. 5 customers, 1 guy working the desk, 2 guys standing around with their thumbs up their a__. They will get to you when they are damn good and ready. Don't leave anything of value in vehicle. either. They have at least 1 thief working there.

I live in Washington DC and have never been to a tire repair shop like this, this place is awesome they are fast and efficient. I was went in and out in less than 1 hour. If they can repair the flat it's free of charge. They had multiple tires to choose from, and had multiple guys changing tires on each vehicle. This is probably the best tire shop I've been to.

Today, when I arrived, I was taken care of promptly. Chris checked for understanding of what I wanted done, and exactly how I wanted it done. It was a bit more complex than a typical situation, but not rocket science. Basically, I had one damaged tire and I was buying 2 new tires. I had a full size spare. The tire on the spare was more worn than the other (good) tire. So, one of the old, undamaged, tires would replace the tire on the spare. The spare wheel, while the same as the others, has a minor imperfection. The imperfection is so minor that the spare wheel also has a slightly different (partially silver versus solid black) valve stem just to help identify it. The other wheels are perfect and I wanted to keep them that way. I wanted to remove my wheel weights myself to avoid scratches and assure any adhesive remints were fully removed. (I removed the weights from the wheel with the damaged tire prior to my arrival.) Still, this meant that they would need to wait on me while I did the weight removal on the other two wheels. I wanted to use my own black wheel weights for the balancing, to match those on the other wheels. (I was told they offer black wheel weights, just not the exact type I was already using.) I didn t want any impact tools to be used on my lugs. I wanted my lugs torqued to spec. I wanted to inspect the wheels just before they were mounted. I wanted to be certain my jacking rails were used, and that pads (or other insulating material) was used against the rails.All of that may seem a bit over the top for a Ford Focus, I get that, but Chris didn t give me a hard time. In fact, he double checked for clarification and his guys did a fantastic job. They even identified and alerted me to the minor imperfection in the spare wheel. That attention to detail is what I desire, and have a hard time finding. I am happy they asked to use my cleaning supplies and microfiber cloths to avoid scratching my wheels when removing the lube. They also cleaned my hubs and wiped down my calipers while they were at it. I was very impressed!!Chris set a proper expectation for me regarding a potential credit from the manufacturer. I was very doubtful anything would happen for me on a manufacturer based road hazard claim with a tire that was over 2 years old. Somehow, Chris managed to obtain a 50% credit, on my behalf, from the tire manufacturer!! I couldn t believe it. I still can t. I feel like I won the lotto or something. I rarely, if ever, have a feeling of having such good luck!!! I m lucky for the tire credit, sure, but now I feel even more lucky that Chris is in my local car group and I was alerted to his helpfulness and professionalism, with the opportunity to experience it first hand. Thank you very much Chris, and Discount Tire.

I just went in to get my tires rotated and I was told the tread was to low on the front tires to rotate them to the back which seemed weird to me they wouldn t want to rotate them so they can evenly wear out anyways I told the man that was helping me to just leave them if they won t rotate my tires and check out the tire that has a slow leak (loosing air every 3-4 weeks nothing major but still wanted to get it checked out) after 40 minutes of waiting they come in and tell me that i need to pay for a new tire on the front driver side due to a nail being in an unrepairable spot I told them the car drives just fine and the tire doesn t leave air that often so they can just leave it how it is I was told they are not allowed to put a tire back on the car unless I purchase a new one which at this point I was pretty irritated with the customer service here I asked to see the nail they are talking about and when I go out to the shop the man has my tire on the machine and there is no nail to be found yet there are 3 huge gashes on my sidewall that we re definitely not there when I entered these gashes that showed up as soon as they had my car we re making the car unable to drive and I m need of a new tire in which I was forced to pay in order to leave I am so disappointed in discounts customer service and the fact that I have been lied to about my vehicle I used to come here for all my tire needs I WILL NEVER EVER BE BACK TO A DISCOUNT TIRE. After this experience today

Great customer service and the best pricing on tires. Staff is always polite and respectful even when they are slammed busy. Nice to see companies still care about their customers

Great experience at this location. Got all 4 tires changed out with an online appointment in 42 minutes.Both Alexander and Juan were also very friendly during the check in and pick up process.

I must say the service was great. The amount of patience Rogelio had with me in making my purchase was phenomenal. I wasn't too happy with needing 4 new tires, but He explained my options and even took pictures of my tires prior to the exchange because I refused to go outside with him in the heat! He was very professional. I knew it would take a minute, well hours, but I didn't mind waiting because of the customer service given by Rogelio. If this is what DT training program is teaching or part of the core values, then give my boy/dude/man a raise, please!

I have had good service, I have had great service and then there is the service this place provides. The people that work here are as professional as they come, they are patient and treat you with the upmost respect and really go out of their way to make you feel like they are there to earn your business. I would rate this place 6/5 stars. Juan and Willie are true professionals.

I have problems every time I visit the YMCA store. They scratched my rims installing new tires, then they scratched a wheel that they had replaced. Now recently, I took a wheel in for a flat repair, and it came back missing the center cap. I d be out of a job of I worked as sloppy as this place.

Avoid at all cost. They make it so you have to buy a new tire by telling lies and then deliberately cutting it so it's not repairable.Their warranty is also a lie, my husband tire kept going flat. They side it was a nail and fixed it. Not even 24hrs later and that same tire was once again at 22psi

Took two visits to get a tire. Early this morning I bought it, an hour later they said they didn't have it in stock (bad inventory) so I had it ordered. They'd call me by 3. I called at 4 and it was there. They had the rim all day so you'd think they'd have it mounted. When I got there at 4:15 they said 5:45. Fortunately for me the guy who worked on it this morning took 5 minutes to get me finished. I was out by 5:15.

Love that I finally found another discount where the right hand knows what the left hand is doing. Came in yesterday to have four new tires to get mounted and balanced, which I only had three tires at the time, one was scheduled for Friday. Brendon set everything up including scheduling me for Saturday for the fourth tire. Fourth tire came in early stopped in Thursday and Frank took care of me without a hitch and work is done. Juan even showed me how to manage tires on my wife's car as well. Will be my go to from here out. Was honest about wait time, which both times I received car about 15 minutes early from scheduled time.

As always, my Discount Tires experience was AMAZING!! Today's visit was unplanned and but much needed. I was walking to my car after a business meeting and observed my rear passenger side tire was worn down to the inner fiber/wires so I immediately felt blessed that I hadn't experienced a blown tire and or worse. I urgently and immediately internet searched the nearest Discount Tire and carefully made my way over for help. I encountered Marcus R. G., after a very brief wait, and he was nothing short of professional, caring, personable, and diligent. We assessed all of my tires and he consulted me on several options to remedy my issue. I felt educated and empowered, so I trusted his guidance without hesitation and purchased 4 new Kumho Solus Majesty tires and he got the ball rolling right away. Marcus helped me get to my late afternoon appointment on time and safely. Thank you, Discount Tires & Marcus! We're partners for life.

They removed a large screw from my tire, patched it and rotated and checked all my tires. All free of charge. And these were the tires that came with my car. I hadn't even bought them from Discount Tire. That is a good example of one of many reasons why, when I need to purchase tires, I don't even shop anywhere else.

I came into Discout Tire to get my tire sensors checked. I agree with previous posts about Juan and could not have written this any better. "He was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and gave excellent customer service. The process was easy and and felt very well taken care of. Thank you so much Juan!"This Discount Tire location has been my favorite so far.

Great experience, wish I d tried them sooner.I recently had a blowout on my Tesla Model S. I ended up replacing the tires at the closest shop I could find, but ran into issues with a previously damaged valve stem on one of the TPMS sensors.I brought my car to Discount Tire to get the TPMS rebuilt and have all 4 tires balanced.Brendon was super friendly and I had no issues explaining what I wanted done and no arguments even though the tires weren t purchased from them. They knew exactly how to lift my car (suspension needs to be put in jack mode and special pucks need to be inserted into the lifting points on the car before jacking) and even hand-torqued all the lug nuts after reinstalling the wheels, while most other shops just hit it with an impact wrench and call it a day.It only took about 30 minutes to complete the job, they rebuilt the broken sensor and the cost for a lifetime balance was really reasonable. I ll definitely be using them for my next set of tires.
