Oscar the owner is very nice, no doubt about that but the craftsmanship of the job is very poor. One of my bumper flare needs to be changed and they did not change it with the same material as the original and the glue kept falling leaving a gap between the flare and the body of my SUV. He repaired it 3x but it still came off gradually waste of my time bringing my vehicle for repair. I went to JC auto body repair in Rosharon, they got the part from the dealership and fixed it just like the vehicle just came out of the showroom ! Will never go back to Oscar s shop though he is nice .

I've used them twice now and I highly recommend them. They fixed my truck after I was rear ended and also have replaced my windshield. Be sure to check them out if you are needing some amazing work! A lady hit my car and she didn t want to be responsible for the accident; so I took the car with Mr Vaquerano and he was very understanding and gave me an affordable quote, but fortunately the other parties insurance accepted the claim and handled the appraisal for the repairs of the damages, the other party didn t take responsibility for one small dent on the rocker panel but the shop still fixed it for me, Mr.Vaquerano stands by his work and will always provide quality results. The insurance estimated the repair would take 7 days but Mr.Vaquerano s shop had the car ready in 4 days.My car looks great, even if the paint was old , they matched it exactly no signs of the accident leftThanks so much !!One more time this shop did not disappoint, I m a happy and grateful customer.And believe me this is a honest paint and collision repair shop.

I can only say Custom Auto II is THE place you will go if your car needs some love, they are fast and fair price, and most of all professional. Attached is a before and after pics of my car. They really nailed it. I brought it to the shop the other day and they had it ready the next morning, all the parts are painted and dry and match my existing paint. Great work, thank you Custom Auto III really appreciate it.

Brought my car in to get a spoiler reapplication and minor repair, after it flew off while driving at highway speed down SH 288. Piece of cake for these guys (could've been done same day had it not been for claims dragging their feet), however, that had nothing to do with Custom Auto. Excellent work by Oscar and his guys! They even gave my dirty car a wash! Decent, fair prices too Definitely recommend this place. See before and after pics below.

Completely not satisfied. Confusing conversations on the phone about price. Paid 1084$!! Just for the bumper cover. Nothing fixed and now I need to patch my tire I just bought. And drove with my sensor still broken and dashboard warnings about it along with low pressure. Unbelievable! I BETTET GET SOME KIND OF SOLUTION TO FIX THIS. I'm not taking my one star off unless something is done.

Beautiful job on my new 2021 Dodge Charger. These guys are by far the fastest around, honestly I have no idea how they do it, it truly is miracle work. See for yourself the repair they did for only $500. Service King quoted me around $1000 and another place was around $850. And what s better the repair only took one day!I had them go back to fix extremely minor things that were visible only to me (I m very OCD about my car) and they happily did so, even a few days after they did the repair. I will definitely be going here for any future repairs I have if I m in town.I was extremely sad after I scratched the side of my car up, it had several deep scratches and a small dent on it too I thought it would never look good as new again and I was so self-conscious about driving it.Everyone was very nice and friendly when I came in. I feel like I can trust them with my car anytime. Daniel quoted me within ten minutes of me being there and I brought my car in the next morning before work. The next day, on my lunch break I picked it up!

Smashed into a pole at work and called around for estimates. These were the cheapest in town. They drove me home after dropping.my car off on a Saturday and they called that next Thursday in the morning to pick it up. I was expecting boat repair times to be honest and was thinking 2 weeks in my mind. They even touched up some scratches for free I forgot to mention about after I payed. This was a non insurance claim and was more than happy with the work and cost. Thanks guys.Service: Body & Trim

Not only did they do a great job repairing my truck, but they were super quick and didn t charge extremely high! I went to Maaco first and he wanted to charge me a ton and also told me it would take him two weeks. These guys did it for cheaper and I had my truck back within four days! I highly recommend them.

Well, the same day I purchased this 2002 Thunderbird (which was in great shape) got involved in the wrong end of a minor accident. Driving towards home I looked up local collision shops and saw the good reviews and close proximity and rolled right on in. Talked with Carlos, the owner, and felt comfortable enough to leave it that day for an estimate.A couple of things to keep in mind for this car are that due to it's limited numbers, parts are not exactly plentiful. At my behest, I asked that used parts be considered as well. They did their best to locate quality used parts, but in the end OEM was the way to go. It meant a long wait for parts, but we knew they would be correct and in perfect shape.Also, as the hood, drivers side fender and bumper cover were being replaced, decided to respray the entire car for a more consistent look. While it did take longer than I hoped (dues to parts availability) the end result looks fantastic (slight recolor from black to a black metallic pearl) and everything was back to the way it was when I bought it.

Very professional staff and the turn around time is awesome! They did an excellent job repairing and painting my car from scratch damage. The paint matched exactly and it looks as if it never happened. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Very good price & friendly staff.

I had a great experience here! I got 3 estimates to repair my SUV and Oscar's was the lowest. I was so pleased with the body work they did! Oscar is very friendly and personable. He didn't try to gouge me on the price. As a matter of fact, he didn't charge me for one part. They completed the work in one day! I will recommend this place to all of my friends!!!

I work in a healthcare setting and I am around different professionals all the time.Therefore, I know the value of great customer service! I was provided with a detailed estimate for the repairs my car needed, and was explained the reasoning for the needed repairs.I went to a few others place closer to my residence; however, I ended up deciding to go with Custom Auto Collision II ( 55 minutes from my home) due to the customer service and reasonable cost. Not only is the customer service great and the prices are reasonable, my car was repaired in a prompt timely manner. My car looks great!I want to give a special shout out to one staff member..... (Oscar)! He is kind, listens and will do his best to work with you.I will definitely utilize Custom Auto Collision II for any future paint/body work and glass for my cars. Brought my truck in to see if they could rig back in place my front headlight and bumper that were knocked out of place. It was a fraction of the price I would have had to pay for all new parts (unnecessary). They were able to get it out all back together within two and a half hours. The owner was super easy to work with. He made sure to look for the cheapest way to fix the problem.Didn t have as good of work done the second visit. They will say they can do any job you ask of them. The tint job they did on my car looked like they used scissors to trim the edge.

I had this shop paint the roof and hood of my 07 Silverado classic. As well as replace the front and rear windows. They did a great job and finished the job early. The color match was great too. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The paint job was as good as the one I paid several thousand dollars for on my Camaro. The truck was returned detailed as well. You cannot go wrong with this shop.

Review update*Good: This is a family owned the auto shop, they are able to give you good quotes on damage or work needed on your car. They work pretty fast too.My experience here wasn t the best but they did their best and worked really quickly to solve and fix the issues that occurred. I appreciated that.Issues that occurred and were fixed - 1. the quote given replaced the bumper but didn t include my taillight, had to go back for that. 2. The bumper was a different color than the car, had to go back for that. 3. After the first visit there were large sandy dog paw prints all over my back seat, they cleaned it immediately when I went to get the tailight done. They own multiple dogs. 4. After the 3rd visit to get the bumper color changed to my car color, my car smelt like straight dog poop. I searched everywhere in the interior of my car and couldn t find anything but this smell was so foul and so strong I took it back extremely upset. They cleaned it the best they could but it s in the vents and even still... after all the times I had to go back to get these issues straightened out I can t return here again.

This is a great paint and body shop. Oscar and his staff are top notch! I thank them for the work they have done on my Jeep. It looks like new! Everywhere I go people compliment me on how clean my Jeep is. Great shop and great prices! He even did some extra work for me at no charge! I highly recommend!

I rate 1 star because there has no 0 star here, I stopped my car 4days for fixing bumper, when I start engine I found it hard to start, at the beginning I didn t think too much, but after one week, I found I cannot start engine, I opened the front hood but I found my battery has been exchanged, this is the reason why I cannot start the engine. They are so bad.

I was referred to this shop by a colleague who recently had some work done on his vehicle. He was impressed with the price and quality of their work. I personally took my car to get a new windshield a few weeks back. Oscar was very friendly and really took care of me. They did an amazing job on my car. I will definitely go back to see these guys again!!!!!

I took be cherished 2014 Civic SI in for repair after it was damaged on its bumper and quarter panel. Being a car enthusiast, I am very particular about where I take my car for repair but Oscar and his team did an amazing job! The estimate I received was way cheaper then anything you can find around town. The turn around time was probably about a day and they had my car ready. It looked BRAND NEW when I picked it up. The paint looked flawless, no orange peel or cracking and you can really see the quality in the work. The dent's we completely gone, and on top of it all, they washed and detailed my car. I am beyond happy with my service and I recommend everyone take their to custom auto. I will post photos on yellow pages of the finished product!!

Custom Auto made my 2012 Honda Cross Tour great again! The leather seats were ruined and they replaced damaged sections to make like new. Fixed and touched up some body scratches and blended out nicely. And they drove me home when I dropped off. Awesome service and very fair pricing. Customer service was not a high priority here. I had to take my vehicle back several times for complications and things that were not done to my satisfaction or the way I originally requested them to be. After voicing my concerns, I was told that my repaint job was not going to yield as high as profit to the company as insurance jobs that they do. I was really taken back by this comment as I was basically told that my several thousand dollar restoration job was not as important to these guys and therefore not going to be given as much effort as an insurance job. I am giving them 3 starts though as the paint job does look nice... just had to go through a frustrating experience and 3 months to get it back.

My car had quite a bit of damage on the front bumper and fender. I did a web search to find companies in Pearland that could do the repairs.After reading the reviews, I decided to go to Custom Auto. I took my car in Friday afternoon to get an estimate for the cost and time required, and to make an appointment to bring my car back in for the repair.He took a look at the damage, then wrote up the estimate, which was quite reasonable. Then he told me that if I left the car, he could have it ready the next day (Saturday). I questioned this a couple of times, as I really needed to get the car back the next day. He guaranteed the work would be complete.Shortly after noon on Saturday, I received the call that it was ready. When I picked up the car, I was quite impressed by the work they had done. There is no hint that there had ever been damage it looks like new.I m hoping that I won t have to deal with any more damage like this, but if it happens, I will not hesitate to go back to Custom Auto. The promptness and quality of the work are excellent, as is the price. If your car needs repairs, I suggest you check them out.

I was very impressed with this facility. Oscar and staff provide exceptional customer service and attention to detail. The best quality that they have is that no matter how large or small your job, they make you feel like it's of the utmost importance. I just needed a front splitter installed but another body shop said they were too busy and tried to brush me aside. I'm so happy I found my way to Custom Auto. They were able to install it within an hour for a very very fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing body work, repairs, or customization. Truly awesome people here.

A neighbor backed into my son s car and Oscar replaced the trunk lid, repaired damage to the bumper and pulled out the frame to realign it all. Good quality work at a fair price and super fast! We dropped the vehicle off on Friday around noon and had it back Monday evening. He even took care of a few other minor issues at no charge. Highly recommend!
