I like that I was able to make an appointment online, drop my car off for repair and was given a ride home by their courtesy driver. I liked how they sent me texts when they began diagnosing the problem, when they had a diagnosis and asked me to call them to explain the issue. I like that they sent me a complete estimate of all charges and even sent me a video explaining what was wrong with my vehicle. The whole process was pretty seamless and I had my vehicle back on a Friday afternoon so I could drive it that weekend. Just under 36 hours since dropping it off. My vehicle purrs like a kitten now.

Christian Brothers Automotive did a very thorough inspection of my car and explained the issues in such a clear and concise way. I was emailed photos of the areas of concern with descriptions and order of importance. Jeremiah called and explained their findings in detail along with my options. My car was completed in a timely manner. Overall, they provided great service and I will go back for future car work. I m so glad I went with Christian Brothers Automotive. They had excellent customer service. Shay, particularly, was such a wonderful person to work with. She understood that it was my first time doing major repairs on a car and gave me a huge discount. Now my coolant isn t leaking, and I can actually blow hot air into my car! Definitely recommend Christian brothers if you ever need repairs done.

Excellent customer service. Thorough when it comes to diagnostics. Very good with ranking my vehicle's needs from least important to most important. I also love the shuttle service personnel. Highly recommended.

Came in for yearly State Inspection earlier today. Reached out to Johnny whom coordinated with the tech to assist in getting my car checked before they went out to lunch. Very grateful that they were able to get me in&out and continue my day as scheduled.Good first impression, will be on list for future car needs.

I see why they have such great reviews! I had the WORST week & now had car problems on top of that, but was reassured and had my car back within 2 days. Jeremiah was extremely kind and helpful, definitely recommend!

Guys here are always smiling and I feel like I can trust them. They never try to sell additional services or recommend something not needed. Today they got me in and out of under 30 minutes for state inspection and oil change. Soda, water, coffee is free! Great guys!

I have to give this place 5 stars because a young man Wisly is super nice and find my car problem in a second. Also, he asked me if he can check my car pressure for this cold weather even though I did asked him. what a careful man.

My vehicle was overheating, I showed up and they stated that they were backed up and wouldn t be able to work on it until next week. Samuel volunteered to come look at it and found that my coolant was low. He filled my coolant without charging me. I thanked him multiple times and he said this is why we re here, we re here to help. Will definitely use them for future repairs because of today.

I had a great experience getting my oil change for the 1st time at Christian Brothers. They are very polite and helpful. Coffee/water while you wait and they also give you the option to be drove home while they service your vehicle. They did a free inspection of my vehicle and actually found a problem with my break lines needing drained and changed. I was happy they let me know before I had a bigger problem. I will definitely be using them in the future and I recommend them to everyone I talk to! Great service with a kind smile

DON'T DO IT!Took vehicle there to check A/C unit that was blowing but not cooling well on extreme heat days. Called me back with diagnosis of a slow leak in evaporator coil, rear actuator failure and low freon. Gave 2 options: (1) The near $5,000 option of replacing evaporator coil, rear actuator and recharging system--claimed labor intensive job caused high price or (2) A more temporary but less expensive $700 option of replacing actuator in rear and recharging system with understanding that the slow leak would eventually cause air to not cool again in future. We chose the temporary fix given we were planning to sell the vehicle in the near future. After picking the vehicle up the front vents--which we never had an issue--would intermittently stop blowing. After a few days it stopped blowing altogether and must have been caused due to the work they did. Either a purposeful act or one of negligence. Either way after informing them of the problem they refused to correct, instead requesting another $1,100 to "correct our problem". Or another $4K to complete repair it. This place is clearly full of employees trained to suck any dollar out of customers they can however they can and show no remorse in doing so.SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE and DO NOT trust them with your vehicle. Thank God we did not take our other vehicle to them for service, as we were considering.IMPORTANT UPDATE 5 HOURS LATER:Took to another reputable repair shop. Paid $150 for system check---They found nothing wrong with system. And after visual inspection they found a wire loosened "some how" that stopped blower from turning on!!!!!! Charged us $75 for labor of visual inspection and vehicle blowing perfectly again.

The car was fixed, and we had to leave it at the shop for a few days after it was completed, which they accommodated. The staff was friendly, helpful & informative when explaining to my husband the issues & what work needed to be done. When I went to pick up the car, it didn't start & and it needed to be jumped. (We had the alternator replaced). Of course, I had questions and wanted to know everything that was done before I left the shop, but I felt like I had to drag out all of that information. I took the battery back to the place I purchased it from & they replaced it with no problem (under warranty), and the car works. So, for now, it's a 4-star review only because I think they could have done a better job explaining without me having to literally ask every single question for information.

They gave me a wrong diagnosis they wanted to change something that it was not for almost $3000. I took my car to the agency and it was something else and now it s fine.

I came here based on the recommendations from my neighbors. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great.I came in for a brake pad and rotor replacement. Within a week, my brakes started making a grinding sound when the brakes were applied. I brought my car back in, it was looked at, and I was told a defective part was found and it was replaced.Driving home, I applied my brakes and immediately heard the same sound. I brought my car back a third time, asked to have a technician ride with me, and as soon as I applied my brakes, he heard the same grinding sound. We drove back and the issue was resolved.I can understand a mistake being made the first time, but having to come back multiple times for the same issue was incredibly frustrating. It also did not make me confident in the quality of the work.

Very similar to one of the other 1 star ratings.. my husband and I had our car towed to Christian brothers because it was unable to move SIMPLY because it was in need of a new battery. After 2-3 days, we were contacted by a very proud technician who continued to rave about how the car was brought to them unable to move and how they were able to start it. Well yeah? That s the idea, you remove the dead battery and place the new one and it moves. After already having been insured 4 times over that that was indeed the problem and quoted for that service, I noticed the rhetoric over the phone began to change. After already being charged 1,500 for the replacement of the battery.. which my triple A would ve done for us for about $100, they began saying things like now that we ve gotten it started, we can finish testing for everything else. Immediately I knew, they were looking for an Avenue to change the already established quote. I questioned the new rhetoric and kept being told oh we re just checking etc. later I received a call from them stating that everything seemed fine and then we test drove it after we finished the job and we were able to determine that you need an entirely new power steering. We could barely turn the car. Let me just say, NEVER was that an issue, never. But alas, they assured us that we d basically turn out of their parking lot and die because of lack of control if we didn t agree to the replacement. I made my irritation very obvious, because it seems extremely unprofessional and conniving that they would do the job that they initially said was what was necessary, finish it.. send over the quote and then as we re expecting a call regarding picking up the car we instead get a call telling us that the FIRST job is finished and NOW they would begin further testing. The lack of transparency that exists within this company is deplorable. It s absolutely awful. They are only money hungry and very secretive, because I made it clear how unhappy I was one of the techs interrupted to announce that he d turn the situation over to his manager.. quite naturally he did not. I never spoke to a manager, but my husband and I did however, speak to a few other mechanics. Everyone agreed that not only was the method extremely grimy and unprofessional, but the prices were alarming. The total came out to 2200.. quite a step from the already steep 1400 for a battery replacement. Needless to say, I wouldn t return to their facility if it was the last mechanic on earth, I d sooner buy a new car.Service: Battery

Communication is generally very good...I appreciate frequent updates. Don't mind issues or delays as much as I mind being kept in the dark! And I really appreciate the vehicle delivery service. The out-the-door result of this particular service (vintage car brakes) wasn't as good as I would have liked - the brakes need a break-in than I hadn't anticipated, and may need re-bleeding - but I've learned to expect the unexpected with this car, and I'm happy to have someone ready and able to work on it.Service: Brakes

I think anyone worries to trust any mechanical shop. Everyone at Christian Brothers was helpful and I received great customer service. My Truck was repaired in a timely manner and I am back on the road. Will definitely come back for my vehicle needs and highly recommend them.

I had my vehicle towed here after having my serpentine belt break on me on 3 different occasions. Each time I had it fixed , I never spent more than $300 so I was a bit skeptical when they gave me their price. I needed my vehicle so I paid it. Upon receiving it, I took it for a test drive and when I tell you I didn't know my car could drive this smooth!! I was beyond impressed with the work as well as the customer service. They not only fixed the issue in a timely manner, they also dropped my car off to me at my job upon completion of the work. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Convenient location, efficient work, and friendly, trustworthy staff who take care of me every time I bring our vehicles there . The waiting room is very clean and they are great at communicating/updating vehicle status. They are transparent and specific about any maintenance or possible repairs needed on your vehicle and they do not try to push, up sell or add on unnecessary services. Keep it up!

I showed up at 7a on a Thursday after a friend jump started my car. I was hoping with fingers crossed that they could check and change the battery as quickly as possible. The stars were aligned because they had me in and out by 7:30a. Thank goodness because I needed to be somewhere by 8:00a and was already running late. They were kind, courteous, super efficient, and the facility itself is very clean and well kept. This was my first time there and following this experience, I highly recommend them and will be back in the future.

Wow! Some place you can trust. My van had a terrible vibration while driving. I took the van to 3 different mechanics and no one could tell me what was wrong. Finally I took it to Christan Brothers and within 2 hours they found the problem with pictures and graphics showing where the problem was and other things that needed addressing. They had my van fixed in 1 day. In a time of not knowing who you can trust, Christian Brothers will be truthful and take care of you in a professional way. Great service.

I loved the service I received at CBA. They were super fast and allowed me to schedule online through RepairPal. I got a fair and honest quote that was competitive, and they even offered me a ride home (I had one however). I got my power steering checked because my maintenance light came on for it, an oil change for my Fiat, and a state inspection. Dropped it off in the early morning and it was done way before my lunch break -- super quick and gave me a call and a text that it was ready. Always respectful and professional, and kind enough to explain any costs and services I didn't understand. Great experience at Christian Brothers Shadow Creek. The service manager Matt did a great job understanding my concerns with my brakes and made sure that they were fixed properly. The waiting room is comfortable with complimentary sodas and water along with Wi-Fi giving me the ability to work while I was waiting. I observed Matt and the rest of the staff working with other customers, they were always patient and very professional.Highly Recommended.Service: Brakes
