I called Brown's with a suspected alternator problem. They quickly gave me an appointment and an estimate over the phone. Brown's fixed alternator in allotted time and found small crack in my Toyota truck radiator (250,000 miles with original radiator!). Owner Jimmy is super nice and gives honest estimates- no pressure sales tactics. I'll definitely return for radiator replacement.

Honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. I love this shop. The owner is both kind and candid. We ve come into this shop for general service a few times now, and I won t be going anywhere else. Every other customer interaction I ve watched in the waiting area is top notch- candid and respectful. Good people make good business!

I have a 2014 Accord push button start which developed a no crank issue. I talked with Jimmy and he gave me a price for repair and said they could get to it. I had the car dropped off at the shop at @ 2:00 PM. At 3:30 that same day I got a call saying the car was ready. Wow--that was stunning! The car was fixed at the price quoted and has worked flawlessly ever since. Thanks Brown's Auto!!!

My issue was just the battery, but it's hard to find a mechanic that can be trusted. As someone with just one income, I appreciate the value of not being taken advantage of and will be using Brown's Automotive for all my future repair needs. Excellent, sincere, and honest service. Honest and reasonable. I got a quote from Jimmy about my motor mounts and it's great to find a place that does not take advantage of you. I cannot say enough great things. I will be taking my car here from here on out.

I can't recommend Brown's Automotive enough. They came through and helped me and my wife out with her 2018 Jeep Wrangler. They are honest with their prices and work ethics. They will be our go to mechanics from now on.

Jimmy took care of my alternator on my Honda crv. He was able to get it done very quickly. Very responsive and kept me updated. Highly recommended for car repairs.

Called over the phone they said it was gonna be 8-900 dollars for a "brake job". i requested to just replace brake pads and he said "like i said i would have to look at it!" bad customer service .

Took my car in for a second opinion after visiting another shop and Jimmy clearly explained the work needed. Gave me an estimated time frame and beat it by a couple hours. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

My elderly parents have trusted Browns Automotive for years with good reason.I recently witnessed the exceptional service being provided to them. Not only do I not have to worry about them being taken advantage of at Browns, I can rest easy knowing they are made a top priority . It means so much and I cant express enough gratitude. Look no further if you expect honesty ,efficiency, and reliability from your mechanic.

My dad has been using Brown's Automotive for probably 30 years to maintain the family fleet. Now that I have my own vehicles to maintain theres no one else in town I'll use or recommend. They do honest, quality work at a very fair price. Jimmy Brown took it over from his dad years ago. He's there everyday and he will answer the phone when you call. If you need auto repair, call Brown's. You will be glad you did.

Browns consistently exceeds my expectations by doing right by the customer in a more than reasonable amount of time! My family has been going to here for at least as long as I ve been driving. They are extremely hard working and trustworthy people. I recently had a horrible experience with a chain mechanic because I was stranded 45 miles from my favorite shop. Lesson learned! I will never go anywhere but Browns!

Brown's is an auto repair place you can trust. They are honest and their work is fast, reliable and reasonable. They don't try to run up the price with unnecessary work and will tell you straight up whether they are able to repair something or not. I highly recommend Brown's Automotive!

Family was stranded with a cracked radiator. The guys at Brown's properly diagnosed the issue, and fixed us up without the hard sale. We felt very comfortable with the staff while we were stranded. We are very thankful for their service.

This is the best auto repair experience I have ever had. They are knowledgeable and honest. They treated me with respect and talked to me instead of talking at me with a bunch of technical speech. They care about the customers and even managed to help me save some money in the long run. Everything you could want.

Been going here for years, why, because their HONEST. They do the job right the first time and are friendly but, this is important, you can trust them not to cheat you. I highly recommend Brown's Garage for all your cars mechanical work.

O Reilly s couldn t get to the headlight to replace the bulb in my vehicle but they recommended Brown s Automotive. They were busy when I got there but kindly checked on the issue. They quickly replaced the bulb and didn t charge hardly anything to do it. I was blown away at the REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE they provided. Not many of those kind of people around anymore.

OUTSTANDING! I have used this shop 4 times and have found the owner to be dependable and honest with me. They work quickly, as the work load permits, to get your vehicle ready for you. On my last visit, the problem was found to be ball joints that were defective. They were replaced with no charge.

Kudos to Mr Brown who helpfully, without charge, checked the air in my rental car s tires when the icon alert appeared on the dashboard. This is the type of business every community needs - great customer service.
