Joshua and his team are incredible! They are knowledgeable and kind making sure that the customer is well informed, and the job is done right. It s not always fun running errands such as getting your oil changed etc, but at least you can go to the Brake Check on 288 in Pearland knowing you re getting quality work at a reasonable price, its a great feeling. My service was EXCELLENT!!! They got me in and out pretty quickly and they replaced both front and back brakes!! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable!!! They matched the quote the dealership had given me b/c it was cheaper!!! Thanks Brake Check for a wonderful experience!!!

I called for information and pricing and spoke with Mike. He was professional, courteous, and patient. I was glad he mentioned the 1st time discount for an oil change over the phone because that sold me. I was headed to my usual spot, NTB. I came in to receive service. He was the same in person and with all other customers. The team got me out of there in no time and provided an estimate on my brakes and rotors as well. I'll certainly be back. This will be my new go-to spot from now on. Very pleased.

Mike and the team at Break Check were professional and helpful. Mike even stayed late to put brakes on my Suburban so my family could leave for a road trip the next morning. I highly recommend them.

Best experience ever! The guy that met me at my vehicle was super helpful and nice, very understanding about me being clueless of what I needed. I left a large amount of jewelry in my vehicle and it was all there when I got my vehicle back. The price can t be beat either. I ll be back for every oil change in the future!

My experience was great!!! Brandon and Paul both were customer friendly and the service was quick. My only problem was the trustworthiness of this company. Was quoted one price but the next day another charge was added but not suggested on the initial break check. I remember what I m told and ask questions. All that was said when confronted was yes . We were keeping cost low how can you keep cost low when I m getting an estimate (you don t know my money ) but all in allWOMEN do their research and know cars too. Honesty keeps customers tricks don t.

I had to have my car aligned, Brake Check provided Fast, friendly service at a reasonable price! The technician, Josh, that assisted me was very polite and patient when explaining the service options. I highly recommend them.

I really like reak check. Our safety is very important. Especially on the road. I trust them checking my brakes and to get our family on the road safely. I'd like the honesty that they give me when I do not have need for breaks or pad this gives me great comfort to know that I can trust them. with all my needs concerning my brakes. thank you brake check!

Brake Check does an awesome job with my oil changes, I never had any problems with this location at all. The staff is welcoming & attentive. I always go in the mornings for my oil changes and they have me in & out.

I ve been here twice and had great service both times! I went a year+ ago with my husband and left a great review (under the name Jordan Ebel) and they sent us some cool flip flops in the mail! Today I took my car for an oil change and the guy at the front who helped me was awesome. He told me about the slick deals they have and was overall very friendly and had a positive vibe, my car was done in 15 minutes. My air filter light has been on for a while and instead of trying to get me to replace it right away, he took the initiative to check the filter and clean it up a little for me and let me know it was in good shape and should be fine until the next oil change. I truly appreciate employees that treat customers like people instead of cash machines. I m upset i didn t catch his name though. 100% recommend this business!

I received an appointment for brake service. Once I arrived, I was promptly greeted and my car inspected. I was shown the worn pads and rotors and given a quote to have the service done there or have my own mechanic perform it. I was pleased with the quote and agreed to have Brake Ckeck do the repair. The job was completed before the time promised and all service personnel were super nice. On top of that, the price was considerably cheaper than a larger competitor. I highly recommend Brake Check- Pearland. Give them a try. You will NOT be disappointed!!

Great service, professional staff, and very fast turnaround on getting job done. I had all 4 rotors replace and new pads all around in just a few hours. Very happy with price for service received.

From the time I wobbled in with a nail in my rear tire to rolling out with two new back tires, three words, Above and Beyond! The manager to the young man who put the tires on my car, you were all exceptional! Would I recommend this place, heck yeah!

Customer service SUCKS!!! I got a full brake job, brake pad came completely out of the caliber and bc I was out of town I was not helped in any kind of way, was told over and over that warranty would be voided out of I got it fixed even tho the car was not drivable! Spoke with Micheal corporate who called after he was off with no access to a computer to see the services I received nor what was going on and again didn t help in any way! I was told he would reach out to area VP! When he called me he didn t have any idea of the situation! Admitted fault to messing up one side of my car but I m suppose to believe not was wrong with the opposite side where the original problem was! I was not happy they way the handle the situation! To be a FAMILY OWN BUSINESS which he emphasized didn t show any concern for the customer. Will NEVER GET MY business!!Good Luck with dealing with Pearland country place location!!

I use this place for every oil change I get. The service is wonderful. Everyone is always so nice and they never try to upsell you unnecessary items, only those you need. They are very fast. I would recommend making an appointment for the quickest service.

Gave them a shot to do my oil change. I typically do my own oil changes but have been too busy to do it myself or schedule with my dealership. So I figured I would give them a try. Dirtiest job I could ever imagine. I now have oil stains in my driveway and they left the sealing washer off of my oil drain plug so there is a constant leak. I can t remove and correct the plug without losing all of my new oil. Currently waiting in parking lot waiting for them to open so they can make it right.
