I took my Camaro to Bayway for repairs after moderate damage from a wreck. The staff was kind and professional from the first interaction of making the call to schedule an estimate through the last interaction of picking up the car. John S. did a great job of keeping me updated and sending progress pictures. On pickup, we found a couple small spots needing touch up, which they did right away as we completed paperwork and the car turned out amazing. Very happy with their work and customer service. Would definitely recommend for a y needed repairs.

Fabulous service great team good prices. David Coronado is very professional and experienced. When you need your car repaired that has experience you need to go somewhere where they re going to take care of you and your car. Thank you.

Got my red 2008 corvette body damage fixed. I was worried, but wow! Bayway Cheverolet body shop is very, very good. The repair job IS PERFECT! And they washed and detailed the car. It looks like it came right off the showroom floor... I am 110% satisfied after they went above and beyond. Thanks to David for making this such a smooth process! I had my tires stolen on 12/14. My truck was left on bricks. Because the claim was filed with my insurance, the truck had to go to a collision center. I choose the dealership I bought the truck at thinking it would be smooth. It wasn t. I could never get a hold of Steve unless I emailed him first. If I called he was never available. But my boyfriend called and they answered him right away. Once all parts arrived, he told me it wouldn t be ready because one rim had a chip on it so they had to order it again. I asked why couldn t they have inspected all parts before starting the work. The manager said because it would damage all the rims if they took them out and put them back in the packaging. When the manager called me he was very condescending. He started off the call with before you start . Before I start what? Complaining? That was very unprofessional. When I went to pick up the truck and pay my deductible, the truck wasn t ready even though I had spoken to them an hour before and he said it would be ready by the time I got there. I had to wait another 30 mins. When the replacement wheel arrived Steve told me I could come in between 8-5pm weekday. I arrived at 430pm. The collision receptionist said Steve was out but there was no notes on the file of why I was there. They had to go ask the shop foreman for details. I m glad to be done with this ordeal. I will continue to use the service department, but not the collision center. Very unprofessional and condescending men (because I m a woman).

After taking my car to 2 different auto shops that could not complete the task, Bayway Chevrolet was able to have my car completed in literary just a few days. They communicated with me informing me on the process of my vehicle. I would recommend using this establishment services. David ,and Caesar was amazing to me. They were kind, fast and very professional.

My experience with them was very good. My truck did take longer than expected, but it was because of my insurance. They took longer to approve parts. The repairs and paint were done right and looks like when I purchased it. I will highly recommend the body shop. Ask for Russell.

They don t have repair services for any EVs. I walked in for a body work and still told me that they don t have tools to fix an electrical vehicle body work.

My service advisor was Barbara Rodriguez and she was very helpful and did an amazing job. She really went out of her way to make sure I had the best customer experience and I really appreciated that. I will be back again whenever more work needs to be done to any of my cars because she made everything so smooth and perfect.

4/1/22 - Russell assessed a dent to my rear bumper, said that he would REPLACE the entire thing and it would take about 3 to 4 days to complete. Instructed me to come back preferably Monday or Tuesday between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.4/4/22 (Monday) Dropped off car at 7:30 am, Russell did not show up, so Max (production manager) called and texted Russell to no response.4/6/22 - Got a call from Russell saying that car would be ready for pick up on Thursday or Friday. Came to the shop Saturday 4/9/22 morning to pick up the car, and was extremely disappointed. Bumper was simply REPAIRED instead of REPLACED as Russell promised during our initial meeting, but he denied ever saying that. I realized that I had just dealt with a man with zero integrity! I asked him for an estimate comparing what it costs to repair a bumper dent vs replacing a bumper, see pictures below and there was a difference of $159.99. I got handed a bill of $837.93, see below for the final job ( repaired dent) which was way more than the actual estimate I received for $685.85. Asked why the amounts were different. He highlighted retainer and pre & post scan costs, saying that they didn't carry those jobs out. He said that amount should've been less. He said he would talk to his manager on Monday (4/11) about the issue. Did not hear a single word from him.4/12/22 - Got a call from Enterprise saying that our insurance would stop covering the cost for our rental car, and that we needed to return it by the end of the day to avoid having to start paying for the costs out of pocket. I had no choice but to pick up my car from the shop on Wednesday (4/13) without having the issue resolved at all. Russell was not at his desk. Max gave me a glance when I paid my deductible to the receptionist, and he looked very familiar. I then recognized him from a past unpleasant servicing incident, as he was a service advisor at another collision shop that we had our car repaired at back in January 2020. He had done the same shady thing to us, I connected the dots. Very frustrating! We come to these body shops in good faith only to be devoured by these dishonest individuals. After the trauma of a car accident, all we ask is a little respect and lots of honesty!Service: Body & Trim

Awesome customer service! They were clean, polite, and my bumper repair looked amazing. I would recommend their body shop to anyone!I was so happy with them that I tried to give them more business a week later. My air conditioner wasn't cooling very well, but when I called to schedule an appointment, I was told they couldn't look at it because it was a Honda & they're a Chevrolet dealership. I thought that was an odd response, but hung up & called the Honda dealership. Oh well..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my car here for repairs after I had a minor wreck. I dealt with Steve and he has been great to deal with. I picked up my car and everything seemed fine but further examination I had some fitment issues that got worse and did not match other side. I called Steve and he took the car back with no issues. My car is still there now but I have faith Steve will get it right. If for some reason he don't I will update my review.Service: Body & Trim

The sales person and the finance person were great, I would give them a 5. My issue was going in for a vehicle priced at one price and them adding optional warranty with out the option to take off and etching (paid by 1st owner) to bump price back up. If you can't sell a car for the price you have it listed for don't advertise it that way!

I wrecked my brand new 2022 trax . It has less than 1000miles on it. The damage was severe . The body shop repaired the vehicle and it looks like it was never wrecked. They repaired the suspension and it drives better than it did before the wreck.

Had driver side door damage to my Dodge Ram. I had heard how great the body shop was here so I tried them out. The work was done fast with great attention to detail. The paint was pearl white so I knew it would be hard to match. They did a perfect job and had it done a day sooner than promised!!!

Okay great job of service, polite, efficient+ friendly. Busy Day there, but hey it's Friday before Palm Sunday, lots of folks getting stuff done before the weekend. Highly recommend them!

Dropped our car off by appointment for regular service. Waited 6 1/2 hours to be told they couldn't work on it. What a waste of time and money as we drive 1 hour to get there and 1 hour home. Service agent Tina was rude and unprofessional. Will never go back.

I want to give a five star and above to the young lady named Germany without a doubt she helped us to the fullest put in a lot of work and effort can make this deal work for us everything worked out well and she got us into a 2020 Chevrolet Malibu I highly recommend Germany from Bayway Chevrolet she is very polite and very helpful and she will go to the farthest to help you and each and every way that she possibly can thank you Germany from the Almazan family
