I highly recommend coming here for your all your car needs. I came here for to get some work done on my car earlier this week and the customer service I received from Chris was immaculate! His friendly and warm personality coupled with the way he broke down exactly what I needed and what the process would be helped me feel at ease and that my car was in good hands. I ll definitely be coming back!

Mr. Sams assisted me & made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Completely reliable and educated me about my car. Chris always has excellent service & explanations, I'd like to give a special thanks to him ! I hope he becomes the supervisor one day. Everything seems to run more smoothly when he's working :)

absolutely love coming here, i have been a loyal customer for about 2 years now. business is business, but their word is bond and they treat you with exceptional hospitality. and joshua is the greatest service manager, he will make sure you are taken care of.

Great service. I stopped by because I live in the area and needed a state inspection, and oil change. As soon as I stepped in I was assisted by Chris who made me feel very welcome and professional in a mechanic shop. Thank you Auto Max.

I got my inspection done here for about 25$ the young man that helped me was very concise about what I needed on my vehicle and future recommended maintenance was printed out for me. I believe his name was Chris. He was very professional and even took me to the back to show me what was going on with my vehicle. I will return for future service. Thank you Chris

I took my car to Automax. They were very professional and they did a great job on my car . What I loved the most that I DIDNT have to wait long for them to check my car out. I haven t had no more problems with my car and it didn t take long for my car to get done!!! and I was a walk in and still got great services!!!! The own were very friendly and fun he made me and the customers laugh and the crew was awesome!!!! They also took the time out TO SHOW ME!!! what s was going on with my car instead writing it down. I m one HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!! and one thing I did notice!!!! THE OWN WERE VERY NICE TO HIS EMPLOYEES AND HE CRACKED JOKES WITH THEM . It was all smiles and professional!!!! The employees all work together to make sure the customers are happy!!! It been a year and they have called me 3 times just to make sure I haven t had no more problems with my car!!!! I AM ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER Thanks So MuchAutomax

Woman.. Single Mothers Hard Working people ..Be Warned!!!!!Terrible Dishonest.. overpriced..and unprofessional. Not only do employees joke about taking advantage of their customers financially; their work is mediocre.Tony seemed to be concerned with my fixing my mirror do to a hit and run . I felt that I could trust this business and become a regular customer.In the end I feel violated, and over charged. I ve already heard enough of the employees joke about how they knock peoples head off by over charging. By then it was too late . They had me delayed for a hour waiting for my car that was in their possession for two days!!!I was told an amount only to find out I ve been played how can you quote me at $550 and clearly charge double for below average paint work. Next time I will go to the dealer, where you can expect and receive what you pay for.Service: Side view mirror repair

I went to get my skid plate fix, but Joshua noticed my headlights were not working. He immediately got on the phone with my extended warranty company and had them fix it. A week later Joshua called to see how things were going with the vehicle. I had explained to him that my amber park light on driver side still was not working. He had me to bring the vehicle in test light and found a defect in the light. It was replaced and working great every since. I would recommend this shop.

I came on a Saturday afternoon before Easter for an inspection and oil change. Chris completed both jobs efficiently and I wasn t there more than an hour. I was a walk in and I appreciated the fast service.

I was in and out of the shop for quite a few reasons with my daughter's car last month. First due to multiple mechanical issues and then due to a car accident. Although I had to spend quite a bit of money to fix my car, I felt that I was treated fairly, and they really worked to ensure that I had a car that was working and safe for my daughter to resume driving. Thanks to Phil, Arthur, and Max for working with me on my Ford Edge 2008. As well as, the guys in the back who were hard at work fixing my car. Appreciate the quality service!

Highly recommend. I noticed a noise in my front right tire area. Turns out it was a very dangerous situation and I went in with a very limited budget. Joshua worked with me and made sure my car was safe to drive and that I could afford it.

5 stars! I have used Auto Max several times and have always gotten excellent service. Josh, the manager is always fair and honest about the work needed. Yesterday I hit a curb on Business Center and blew a tire. Was able to get safely into a parking lot, walked over to Auto Max and wow! Auto Max mechanic Chris Sams immediately recognized that I had walked to the location and was in distressed. The level of concern, compassion and respect was extraordinary. Mr. Sams drove me back to my vehicle and removed the wheel/tire. Auto Max quickly located a tire, Mr. Sams made the drive to pick it up, got it back and on the rim in not much more time than it took me to work a crossword. Seriously I am a customer for life. Thank you Chris, you are truly inspiring. Your future is bright my guy!! Blessings.

This is the best service in the area. Arthur the account manager is the equivalent of customer service at its finest. I got my oil change and asked if I could get a 3rd brake light that I bought for my 2012 Range Rover Supercharged installed and the did it all within an hour. Keep up the great work and kudos for clearing out the knuckleheads!!!

This place is excessively priced. I went in for an oil change, but the technician insisted I needed to replace both the cabin filter and air filter. Despite declining the additional services, they proceeded with them anyway and charged me for it. It's disappointing and unprofessional.

I ve been here on three separate occasions as well as with my daughter. Every time I come here the service is slow, they never call to tell you that my car is ready, like they say they will, they take calls in front of you when you re standing there waiting, they try to sneak other stuff into your bill that you don t need ( like air filters and oil changes when you tell them up front all you need is an inspection) and when it s time to pay, only one of the two guys can check you out but he s not there. The other guy says it s not his job. Never fails to amaze me how consistently bad the customer service is there.When I sent my 18 yr old daughter to get her first inspection a couple of years ago, they talked her into an oil change with the highest quality oil, an oil filter, air filter and said she needed new brakes. She was shy and didn t want to say no. Needless to say I had words with the owner and he have me a coupon for a free oil change however I ve only ever gone back for an inspection after that. I wouldn t give these guys any business other than inspection

Man I come here all the time and Josh always sucks. Adam the mechanic and Tony up front are really great. I called Saturday morning when they opened to let them know a new tire they had put on popped and would need to be replaced. I told Josh S. when I would be which was Monday. He assured me he would have the tire ordered and here by Monday. Come Monday morning I arrived at 10 am after calling them for over an hour for no one to pick up , when I got there he told (Josh) me that he didn t order the tire and I would have to wait until it arrived. I called multiple times for him to keep delaying the time it would be done. I finally let them know I had some place to be by 4:30 and he told me to come up it would be ready in fifteen minutes. I arrived within that time to find my truck still outside and the tire still not on. They Adam and Tony now tell the guy isn t back yet but they would put a rush on it as soon as he gets back. Them two were very helpful it s now 4:08pm still not done.

Nice people but take forever to complete the work. Went in around 11am for an inspection. At 1230 they told me I needed new tires. I said go ahead and change them. He said it would take about 1 1/2 hours. They weren't fine until 6pm

Great customer support especially the Manager Joshua and Christopher the gentleman who gave me good ride. I had an issue of breaks it s repaired now and Joshua gave me one year service warranty and the $950 is not bad price too. Overall I have a good experiences and I hope the breaks will not give me trouble. I definitely recommend this business to my friends and family.Service: Auto body & trim repair
