I had my ball joints replaced here and as soon as I went to get the tire alignment I had been shown that the control arms were grinded down when they're weren't supposed to because it was the wrong year part for my truck. I had to get the lower ball joints once again and replace my damaged control arms caused my the shop behind. Save y'alls money and go elsewhere

Came by on a Saturday morning and they gave me such attentive service. Great deal on good tires, I trusted their recommendations. Very knowledgeable. This was my second experience here and not my last.

My husband took his car in for tires and they were able to get him in very quickly. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a good job getting him in and out and on his way. Their prices were great too! Would highly recommend them.

What amazing customer service and professionalism I experienced at this business. Everyone the moment I stepped in the door were so helpful and guided me through the entire process! Prices were exceptional as I compared multiple locations prior to my arrival and no one came even close to their prices. On top of great prices the customer service was A+ service. They were efficient and quick when doing the labor and I couldn t be more happier than I was by choosing Universe Wheels and Tires! Thank you for Amazing Service I will be back for all my tire needs and will refer all my friends and family to you.... I wouldn t think twice about going anywhere else!!

Super friendly, owners are very customer service base. We had a whole talk about school, how his son was doing and his daughter. Drove from the cypress area here and would love to do this again. Great deals talk to them get to know them they are extremely honest with their work! Even stayed later for me!!

I found gem of a location for wheels and tires. They had not only my interest but, safety in mind as well. Everyone was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The prices beat other locations I ve tried and they even warranty used tires! Great place for all the above reasons. I ll be going back and recommending this place to my friends and family.

Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on wheels and how to put the on your vehicle. These guys were cool and have awesome prices. I highly recommend you go here for your tire/rims needs

Bad shop did my drop wrong, missing parts, loose bolts, not installed again and pay double. Took the truck 2 times and even like that they could it right!

They don't have the tires that they list at market place but once that you show up they want to sell you a similar tires.No tienen lo que anuncian, llegas y te quieren vender llantas similares,...puro gancho
