Do Not Take Your Vechicle There,kTrevino & Son!He wldnt guarantee his work after he got paid!It was not repaired correctly!My Catalac converter.I had to pay another mechanic, so i paid twice for the same job!.Rip Off!!!!

Good prices. I have had work done here before. However I am trying to get my third vehicle done, ordered a part and everything. I called the facility and was hung up on mid sentence . I then attempted to call back and was ignored. I called again ten minutes later and was left with a voicemail. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Worst customer service experience ive had. No thank you.

Bad experience! I came to fix my flat and he told me it wasn't fixable, so i offered to buy a used one for 35$! While i was putting everything that i needed out of the car he was putting his things inside the garage because he was about to close and i was the last customer.. He kept starring at me for a while and eventually he closed both of the garage doors while i was outside waiting on him to come out with the spare tire.. Eventually he never came out and left me outside without any help!! If i could i would give this place 0 out of 5 stars! Worst customer service ever!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Had catalytic converters replaced and they did a bad job. Weld job was horrible and my check engine light was still on with several different codes. Took it to my mechanic after who is a top certified mechanic (was trying to save money). Called the Trevino s to tell them what my mechanic said and they said he was lying and would not fix what they did wrong. I am seriously considering taking them to small claims court. Take your vehicle elsewhere, this place has same bad reviews for same issues as me. They had every excuse as to why it wasn t them, but after reading reviews their is a common denominator, it s called Trevino s muffler shop. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!

Sorry to say, the catalyst placed in the vehicle was not performing to the best of it's degree. I went to various Mechanics and checked on the check engine light and they all pointed to bad catalyst after buying sensors, and fuel pump, but it still kept pointing to the catalyst converter. I spoke to the mechanic but it got me no where, he was pointing his fingers at other Mechanics saying they didn't know anything. I just have up.

Don't go here for a catalytic converter replacement. Had an overall bad experience. As a person with minor automotive repair knowledge, they went ahead and replaced a catalytic converter on my Subaru without informing of the logistics and problems that could arise.After finishing the job they left me with a terrible exhaust leak and for some reason couldn't place one of the O2 sensors on the replacement. Thus I had to order a new one, unbeknownst to me, they told me to order the wrong one! You cant make this up.I came back to get the exhaust leak fixed and simply said it couldn't be done. I followed someone else's recommendation to go to Rick's, and they fixed my exhaust leak on the spot while giving me an explanation on the issue. Might have to order a new catalytic converter again due to their poor job.Save yourself the headache.

Paid to have my muffler system completely replaced yesterday. A few problems were noticed when we got the vehicle home. For starters, there was still an exhaust leak from the holes in a line they didn't replace. They never even welded all around the 2 new cats! The welding job isn't the best either. Had to bring my vehicle to another muffler shop to have it all corrected this morning. I'd never recommend this place.

Make sure you get it in writing what s going to be done to your car he has no word of honor I was to get a new manifold and instead he did a chop shop quick fix and welded the manifolds crack shut cut off my catalytic converter and added a new one for what I don t know only to say he did something to my car I specifically said a new manifold I was even asking about swapping out the whole thing with a new why would I want some chop shop Frankenstein piece in my car

Do NOT waste your money here. My vehicle was better off before i had even brought it here to get "fixed". Now it wont even start!!! And since I payed them $900 for their services, im out of money for the month and am left with out a vehicle to drive as well.. I seriously recomend you look elsewhere for a mechanic

Drove up, told him what I needed, auto inspection, and he took it right in and out. Best and quickest place I ve been so far. Totally recommend and will come here for future and any auto inspections.

Went to them to get catalyst converter fix but when I picked up truck it was still performing the same way as it was when I dropped it off. The mechanics don't speak English & spelled a word on my receipt in Spanish that has no meaning in English. Very angry and I am thinking of taking legal action.

Stay away!! Spent $300 for them to change out my catalytic converters and within 2 months my truck stop running at high speeds and they say they give you a 1 year warranty but will NOT honor it since any problems after the fact "their not responsible" worst mechanic shop in pasadena!!!

I am a single parent with one car came to get my catalytic converter fixed they told me my car would be ready in 6hrs. I had to go out of town came back it is now Sunday and my car isn't READY !! I wouldn't recommend this place. I had my sister call and they told her not call they will call when car is ready. That's bad customer service.
