Yesterday, I got my oil change done. I wasn t satisfied with one of the guy who work on my car? He was in a rush. He didn t put my air filter on right and broke my sensors cost me $140. I had to replace my sensors. I did go back today and the two guys that were working attend to me right away. Teamwork gets the job done. Santiago did a great job. Thank you Santiago for getting the job done.

What can I say? Im always in a hurry. Ii was met at my car as soon as I arrived. They pulled me in, offered me water, explained to in detail, I paid and out. Perfect!! I love this place.

I arrived to get an inspection for my truck. On 2 29 I was informed that the person doing the inspections had quit that morning. He informed me that someone else would be arriving in 15 minutes to take over. I didn't mind waiting the 15 min. Once he arrived he promptly took care of me. State inspection done. Thanks so much for you help and attention

Very courteous individuals but overfilled my oil by about 2 quarts. This was because they drained the oil via the oil dipstick tube using a vacuum machine. Unfortunately these machines do not always remove all the oil due to restrictions in the oil pan - and if this is not recognized and the normal amount of new oil is added to the engine you risk a major problem. I was able to correct this at home but it should not have happened. Mark better to drain the oil by removing the oil pan drain plug.

I m a bit disappointed in the service I received yesterday. The gentleman that assisted me really seemed uninterested in changing my oil even though I was the only customer.That wasn t my actual issue though. Once done he told me he checked all my fluids and topped off the windshield wiper fluid.An hour after leaving I got a notification that I needed coolant. I got out and checked and it was obviously needed. For some reason I decided to look at the wiper fluid which I knew was empty when I got there and discovered it was STILL empty.I m driving a brand new car. It isn t leaking so why were both reservoirs either empty or low if he checked them all and topped one off?

It was quick, guys were friendly but after I left I had questions that I was unable to return to verify. On my receipt I noticed that they checked everything as "completed" or "not needed". One of the things that was checked as "completed" was the windshield being cleaned. That most definitely was NOT done. So if they were untrue on something so obvious, how confident can I be that all my other fluids were "checked and filled"? Leaves me wondering what other shady practices or shortcuts are being done.

Traveling between Kansas & Pasadena for business. I'm 70 yrs old and take special care that my 2018 65k miles Ford Flex is in top condition for the 1500 mile round trips. The entire crew at Take 5 was friendly, and professional. They topped off my fluids, put a few extra pounds of air in my tires, and put me back on the road in 5 minutes.Full synthetic oil every 5k miles will be done, from now on, at Take 5, could not have received better service, anywhere.

Excellent service always!! They're already fast but they always hurry me out usually I'm with my grandson who's autistic so he gets restless pretty quick!! I completely trust and respect the staff!!

Pasadena on Southmore St. these guys are the best, I went to another location one time but came back here and won t go no where else again, they are extremely nice, do great job and quick, I couldn t ask for anything better, I m a very pleased repeat customer.

Very friendly staff , (no goofing around) my oil service was done at point and everything was checked also coolent , windshield liquid and my brakes fluid I did ask them nicely to check my air In my tiresI do recommend to all

Went there for an oil change a little past 4 yesterday. I think since it was close to closing time they didn't want to do it. Tried to tell me they weren't comfortable working on my car because the plastic head on my dipstick had the ring broke off but it was still completely functional. I told him I wouldn't hold him liable for any further damage to the stick, just need the change. I think they rushed the job because my car was running weird after and I checked my oil to find there was too much. Took it back this morning and they sucked the excess out. They are good guys and friendly but this could've ended a lot worse for my car if I didn't notice the difference so they need to be sure all of their workers know how to read a dipstick.Service: Oil change

Very professional, called everything out as they were doing it. Double checked everything and had verification, offered me a water even though I didn t ask. Very informative as well as honest.The last oil change I had in a different city was trying to sell me an air filter these guys said I was in good shape until next time.Great service. Fast.

Thanks to Santiago and Jesse I think that was his name i always try to look at there name tags but I was so scared they were closed but they told me were open until 8pm now I said woo thats late but they are hard workers thanks again for checking my o and changing it when needed it keep up the good work Take 5 oil change.Thanks Dolly

Highly recommend, the technicians took great care of my dusty jeep! Switched my filters and topped me off. Angel paid great attention to detail just had to give him praise for that. Its very rare to find people that don t rush simple things like an oil change. Keep up the great the work!!

Jesus and Samuel were great guys and polite, great fast service. Highly recommend these guys. Offers some thing we needed but not pushy about.
