Horrible job, tint came out with bubbles, luis did offer to fix it, but I was there for 3 hours last Sunday just to redo the rear window, it took forever, I don't feel like waiting that long for the kind of work they do, they left my car so dirty, both rear headrests were off and on the floor, rear brake light cover was taken off to put the rear tint and was also on the floor, I had to put it all back on, then while doing that I realized the mess they made in the back window, the left all this sticky glue shaving from the tint removal job I'm guessing, unless they messed up my rear defrost, they even stained the cloth with their dirty black water, they also left my rear seats dirty, good thing my car is not brand new because I would be pissed, check the pictures I uploaded. You get what you pay for.

Our basketball goal fell over onto my Tahoes front windshield and smashed it. Amazing customer service by the ladies who took my call, they got me in immediately. Professional installation and flawless work. I highly recommend this place.

If you don't mind having water leaks/air noise from your newly installed windshield this is the place to go. Had my windshield replaced here, after a couple of weeks noticed an air noise coming from the bottom of the windshield while driving, took it back and they didn't want to fix it. They told me its just an air leak its impossible for water to get in because of gravity, but when i take it to the car wash or drive in the rain water leaks inside. I wouldn't reccomend.

Nice people, nice workers, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Replacing a windshield in 30 minutes!!! It was awesome

They did an Awesome Job & it was in less than an hour. The staff was very Friendly & informative. They kept me updated on the process. The atmosphere was nice. The waiting area was neat & cool. The price is very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the Great Service. You guys did an Awesome Job.

Quick, efficient, friendly, extremely good value. They take care of my personal and work fleet. I drive all my vehicles out to the Soto s from the Heights in Houston. Out of all of Houston glass they re hands down the best.

I called them and they did my tint the same day. They did an awesome job and my vehicle was ready within an hour. They were only doing the front windows and the brow of an suv for me. I thought the work was done carefully and most importantly, professionally. I would use them again and definitely recommend them.

Iv been going here for years for windshield replacements and they ve always had the best price for glass windshields. And do it quickly too. Competitive prices but it s almost double the cost it was 5 years ago. So four stars :/

Quick and friendly service, is the standard of this shop and it's owner/employees. Quality work with a smile,really knologable and they almost always have what you need in stock. While I was waiting four other people came in and not one was told that their glass needed to be ordered.Other shops even sent people over here saying it's the best price in town.

They were very helpful over the phone with all my questions and they were able to give me a quote for my car's windshield. I was worried I missed the time to drop off my car, but I was able to get there and the staff took my key and it took about an hour and it was done! I took the car home without having to leave it! Thank you Sotos Auto Glass & Tint!!!

Hey I'm extremely happy with the company. Go in with a messed up windshield and less than 40 minutes it's done. And cheaper than my insurance deductible! I will most definitely be telling people to take their vehicles to them. Great job guys!

I was almost run over by their installer then was cussed out and threatened to a fight. Take your money somewhere who cares about their customers. This place is a joke. Horrible service I ll be sure to tell everyone I know to never visit here. Especially Buffalo auto who sends them lots of business who happens to be family. They will hear all about my experience they referred me to you guys but they won t be using you anymore be careful who you treat bad it can come back and hurt your business. Called them at 530pm and they had new glass installed the next day by 9am! They did a good job cleaning the broken glass and the price was reasonable compared to other shops. Will be back later for tint!
