Andy was very friendly and helpful in helping me get what my son wanted for his truck. He always stayed in contact with me letting me know what was going on and explaining things I had questions about. I enjoyed working with him and Amanda. Both were very helpful and had made us feel comfortable about our decision to continue working with them. I definitely recommend going to them for your tire needs. Thanks guys!!

Came in from having a near miss on the Highway cracked two rims . Not only fair price but Pete and Andy made sure I had the wheels & tires I needed next day . Fast efficient service need more shops like this . Thank you Andy & Pete

So...yeah, had to get new shoes for the Blueberry! I only went in to look (y'all know how that goes ), and came out with new rims and tires. Letty was awesome, she was so helpful and a blast to get to know while we were doing the initial nitty-gritty (qualifications, paperwork, all that jazz).We got exactly what we were looking for, for a really good price, and everyone was super helpful and totally down to earth.Leslie had to even leave and go get the tires we wanted from another store, that's how great the service was! Leslie also did my finishing paperwork, and she was super fun, and funny, totally a blast, she answered all my questions (and trust me, I had a ton of 'em), it was an all-around pleasant experience, and being a VIP member came with some great perks, including a free alignment at Pep Boys!If the tires get hurt they'll patch them up or outright replace them, free balancing and rotation, and air, to boot!I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg, but I'm actually really comfortable with what I'm paying, my down payment was super reasonable, and the cash price is affordable.I'm so very glad we went in, and so tickled we gave Rent-A-Tire a chance. If y'all are looking for pretty shoes for your car, and can't pay up-front or all at once, then you gotta hit up Letty, Leslie, Andy, and Pete (boss man) at Rent-A-Tire! ...And maybe mention my name (Victoria S.) if my review helped make up your mind, so I can get that sweet sweet credit karma (my promo code is 11743370)! *Andy, the gent that put the tires on was the shizz, too! I had repeated issues with this store after being where I was going to get my tires . It's so sad that these people don't take care of their loyal customers . They were supposed to order my tires for the next day , I didn't get them till a week after. Then, when I took my vehicle for tires to be instald . They broke one of my studs, and I did find out until I had to get my inspection and failed cause of that. Went back and told them, and the manager said it was not their fault. It probably broke by itself . It's a new truck for good sake. He could off said some better than that.

If I could give no star I so would !!!Rent a Tire is not your friend or here to help you!!!Helped by Pete (no help )They re here to scam you and high rob you!!!I went in needing help with a tire trying to buy a whole new set for grand total $2,000. Not knowing much about tires and in need of help they took advantage of me. Giving me the VIP plan but was no where near feeling like VIP . 4 fresh tires off the lot 2 days later I get a flat and they are no help called me like I was the problem.With no insurance or or help from rent a tire. I would have to pay for a whole new tire !! Accident happened and you re going to need help with your tires but rent a tire will not help you !!Don t spend your money, business, or time with these ppl RENT A TIRE DO BETTTER !!READ READ READ READ READ YOUR CONTRACT

Everything was awesome here. The Peter. Amanda and Andy. They were all awesome. Explain everything we're there could be no misunderstanding. They even told me about a problem the dealership didn't tell me about.

Hi, one of your employees helped me with a flat tire I had today while I was pulled off the side of the road. I was off 45s near west rd and he really saved my day. He left before I could thank him. If he s reading this THANK YOU SO MUCH!! World needs more ppl like u

My wife and I have been customers of this place for a while now. Pete and Andy have taken very good care of us. I was searching for a particular rim and tire for my truck and they went above and beyond to get exactly what is was looking for. My wife needed new tires and decided to get new rims. There are alot of rims in stock but none that she wanted. Pete took his time to look through all his rim catalog until she found the ones she wanted. 2 days later new rims and happy wife. I will continue to recommend this location to everyone I know. Great job guys. Customer service is on point and this is very rare these days.

OUTSTANDING place Pete and Andy make you feel important and make sure that you are leaving the store with what you want and most important satisfied. They are both very professional at what they do. If they don't have what you are looking for they go over and beyond to find it and order it ASAP. I have never been disappointed been coming to rent a tire for years. Thanks guys for all your help and what you do . I left yesterday one satisfied customer.

Great honest people that go out of the way to help the customer. It's hard to trust any car dealerships and tire places but these people are now my friends. This place worked wonders for me I was in a bad place with a lot of situations and when I say they helped me get through it financially and personally they did just that could ve went wrong in a lot of ways but they helped me very professional and they work with you really great deals and great merchandise . Shout out to Pete the store manager tell him Joseph sent you!!!!

Had excellent service at this location from Pete the manager and Brandon the technician. I came in looking to get 1 tire, but ended up getting 4 at a very reasonable price. Installation was quick and I was back on the road. Keep up the awesome job guys!

Absolutely amazing job Andy and Peter are great. Followed up with me quick and timely. Andy picked out the perfect wheels for my accord. And got them on with in 30 mins great job guys will refer everyone of my car friends to you guys and going to be buying again soon thank you.

I went to this tire shop because another one that I wanted was closed. The manager Pete was sooo awesome!! He explained the paperwork because I was financing in-house, so well! I feel positive that my tires will be good for my car, and I would definitely recommend this tire business, because of Pete and his staff. They were fast and courteous too! Great place...

This place sold me a tire that was supposed to be new and charged me the price of a new one . After I picked it up since I was in a rush all I checked was if it was the right size didn't bother to look if it was new or not since I was told it was new. After finding out it was used they told me they couldn't give it to me for the price of a used one because it was sold as new. Bad business

Super great service. Was there For a flat tire! The staff there took care of me. They replaced my tire & was out real quickly. Highly reccomend ask for pete.
