Excellent customer service! Ask for Luis!!!He will walk you through any questions or concerns and offer amazing packages that come with your purchases . They are fast so they will have you back on the road immediately. You can tell customers come first in this type of establishment which is hard to find nowadays. They really did a great job with my tires and rims. They are also super affordable compared to other places and their quality is top dollar!

My first time dealing with RAW and highly impressed, specifically with the 1313 Southmore Avenue location. The vibe is down to earth and comfortable.Started off via messaging with Ralph about deals and style of wheels. The fact that they will even message with you about it is very convenient.Once I made it to the store I was greeted and attended by Luis. He did an excellent job with above and beyond customer service. They will make sure to either understand and/or figure out exactly what you want so you can get just that.The package deal was more than I could ask for. As well as being granted the best payment plan I could wish for, with 4 months same as cash price pay off option. The down payment will be fair and applying is hassle free.I used to be a loyal Discount Tire customer. Emphasis on "used to be". I can see myself riding steady with RAW from now on.Thanks for being awesome, professional and so boss

I haven't been to rent a tire in almost 10 years. They did not disappoint Luis treated me with the best customer service he could. He Helped me out with any and every question I had and to fill out the paper work. Great place will definitely be back.

This is a great place to get your new or pre owned tires, very professional. The customer service is really amazing, I highly recommend getting new tires here ! Also got a care package to clean my car when I left so you can tell they really, really care for the customers. 10/10

Had a great experience with this Rent-A-Tire. Got a Great deal on a set of tires. Excellent customer service, an very helpful. This Store is a great one. Luis the manager and the assistant manager was awesome they got me in showed me some serious Rims for my car. I was impressed buy their customer service and attention to details. This is the store to go to they will treat you right. I was in and out in no time. I'll definitely go back with my son car. Great, Ive called every other tire place to help me get my tires done today and they all didnt have time or didnt want to. This location was perfect helpful and wanted to help me no matter what. Great job guys they went out of their way to even fix my tire pressure sensors that were shuffled around the tires, they are amazing latino workers, professional, nice, amazing thank you guys again

We are very satisfied with RAW. Like the fast service here at this location and very polite ,just like in texas city. They were done in about 20 mins or less with our flat tire.Pasadena keep up the great job

I highly recommend purchasing or leasing tires/ rims from this location. They had great customer service and made sure we left satisfied. Juan at the front helped me and my husband to pick our perfect tires and rims with a very great attitude. Luis made sure our items were put on right and did an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back again.
