One of the best and cheapest and honest mechanic shops out there. They take the time to explain to you.also have different options that you can choose from s far as repair goes .And will take you and show you exactly what the problem is. I have referred them to all of my family members . They have one of the cheapest oil changes.Out there. None of that upselling stuff. And it's done right every time ....

I liked coming here because they are very fast. But I will no longer be coming back because I was made to feel uncomfortable. I was asked to put my name and phone number so they can text me an invoice which they did. Once they were done working on my car and I was on my way home I get a text message from one of the employees there named Esteban through WhatsApp asking to take me out. I m pretty sure texting a customer for something not business related without the customer s CONSENT is ILLEGAL, so I will never be coming back.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Pronto is a great auto care to take your car for repairs or oil changes and now servicing tires as well. David has a customer first mentality and his technician have the experience you expect. Honesty and integrity is why I'm a loyal customer of the Pronto Auto Care!

Been going here for oil change for 3 years. They do their thang when it comes to your oil change. Today it took 45 minutes for oil change only because they were xtra busy today. (no appointments necessary) usually it takes bout 30 minutes. They have a flat screen and cable tv to watch while waiting and the air conditioner is set on cold. These guys are fast!

Very professional and fast work. I've been bringing both my cars here for almost 2 years now, since right after they open. They have always been fast and very informative on the services provided. They repaired a tire for me also with no charge while they performed the oil change. I always check it when I go home and it has always been fresh looking oil and full to the line. I highly recommend them. They are hard working and honest guys.Service: Oil change

Definitely a helpful crew working here. Well priced and were quick to help me find the problem. I wished someone would man the front desk though. I kinda felt odd sitting waiting for someone to come from to back to talk to me. Also I felt like the waiting area could be a bit cleaner.They deserve a higher rating but I would appreciate the look of the place to be a bit nicer. The service was great and the customer support was fantastic. Good work guys

Friendly,Great quality and great price and great service not bad for a Friday either and now me and my girl don't have to ride with the windows down they keep me up-to-date and they made sure the parts I had were correct before we left and before they started. I will be making this my forever home for future business. Thank you so much for the great service! They replaced my ac compressor and condenser and they did an awesome job I think it works better now then ever.Service: Air conditioning

in the past we have had the oil changed in two of our vehicles and we were pleased with the service and friendliness, so when we needed suspension work done on our truck we brought it in. It was all i stated in the review. The truck was lifted to show us all that was changed. These guys are honest. They do great work at a very reasonable price. I ve taken my vehicles there a few times, and I ve been 100% satisfied each time. Services I ve had done are: replace front struts, replace starter, and change engine oil & filter. They re friendly, and they don t try to upsell additional services.

Quick, honest and accurate service! Best prices I ve seen as well. Getting maintenance on my vehicle can be intimidating as woman, however I didn t feel that at all at Pronto! I wasn t give false information or pressured to have anything done except for what I came for. I will definitely being all on our vehicles needs done here from now on!

This guys don t know what they are doing. Changed break pads and rotors they only lasted 2 months and had to go back and they still charged me to fix their mess up. Their excuse was they are break pads it happens not in 2 months tho I will never be back to these place and if anyone ever ask me I will not suggest this place!Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

I am always skeptical when I go to an auto mechanic shop, especially being a female. My first experience was an oil change. David was my first point of contact. He was very professional and did not upscale price. What I paid with him I pay double at other locations. My second experience was with my ignition coils. I also met with David on this issue, they did job in 30 minutes or less and the price was very reasonable. The only down fall is I had another issue with my belt and the pulley which left me stranded on the Beltway and I texted him as he gave me his contact information if I ever had vehicle issues. He never responded. I had a tow truck bring my vehicle home waited till the next day to call him repeatedly with no response. Come to find out his wife or girlfriend blocked my number, so I was unable to reach him. So sad to say someone else gained my business for that repair. My message to the wife or girlfriend, if your going to get involved with men who do services on vehicles for women, then you should not get involved in their money making business. If you can not handle the heat stay out of the kitchen. You do not mind spending the money rather it comes from a woman or a gentleman. These are professional business transactions.Mary H.

This place is fast and friendly. I took both of my vehicles there today on 6/25/21 to have the oil changed. It did not take long at all. I recommend to take you car her for an oil change.

I just want to give a big shout out to David! I had a problem with my brakes for my 13 Chevy Silverado. He worked with my work schedule and definitely fixed the issue! I m so happy to able to have a trustworthy mechanic! I m beyond satisfied with both customer service and mechanic work!

It wasn't the best I had my truck there for over 3hrs and it was still sitting g in the parking lot, when I asked them if the truck was done they said they haven't had a chance to look at it because they were trying to save money on installing there own security cameras and didn't have time for my truck, them to top it off they had misplaced my keys so the guy spend another 45min just looking for my keys.........What a joke I'll never send anyone that way ever there are better shops out there that are willing to take the work in with no problem....

Don't use these crooks unless you want used burned up oil put in your vehicle. Got an oil change then went to another mechanic for a different problem, less than a week later. when the oil was drained it was used burnt sludge. Was told many of these little knock off oil and mechanic shops do this, buy used oil to keep their costs down. lesson learned. In response to that response, all I have to say is you put used old oil in my truck. It was only in for less than a week and I wasn't even driving it much. When my regular mechanic drained it it was evident that it was not new oil.

The owner is very polite as well as quick and efficient. He has no problem with walk-ins or walking you thru the issue with your vehicle. Prices are also very reasonable.

First time, not even from Pasadena. Passed by and tried. Guy tired to charge me 45.00 and sign says 19.99 oil change basic. After telling him about his sign he agrees for 20.00He was done less then 10 min and said I have 2000 miles ? And bring back. I know its 3000 miles, love to work on cars myself. So I left home and checked oil , like I expected he filled me up half way I assume cause I paid 20 ? Not the 45 he wanted and I have a old car. So he gave me half the oil and said 2000 miles bring back ? NO DONT TRUST THEM ? I HAD TO FILL REST UP MYSELF AND I PAID FOR FULL OIL CHANGE. NEW PLACE , BAD CARE.

I came across this place randomly looking where to get my oil changed one day and it was quick with no problems so i came back and every time i need something david and the other employees has been very helpful there quick straight to the point, they dont push you into getting a service done and are not over priced i really recommend this place.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

I always take my 1990 f150 they always do a great job honest mechanics and honesty pay attention to their work I have had zero problems with them they always do a great job won t choose another shop
