First of all that was my Equinox and I did calland ask you if my brother can go get it for me Ed. Also you were trying to charge me $750 to fix it telling me all these things that was wrong and even if you fixed that you were not sure if it would even work. I also called before I took it and you said it was going to be $95 to find out what the problem was. The next day you told me $195 so you re the one not being truthful. I didn t ask you to do anything extra to my car but find out the problem. There s no reason for us to lie. Other people might have had a good experience here but I didn t. My car is running today and it did not cost no $750.Another thing is I don t know how you re saying you put oil when I had just did an oil change. So we wish you well. You have a good day.My car is working fine now and that s all that matters. Go ahead and reply to this with a big paragraph that I don't care about reading. I stated my opinion and that's that. Goodbye

I was in need of finding someone I could trust with my RAM 1500 Limited - my truck needed a whole new rear end. I looked around at other shops and none of them sat right with me. I walked in to Pasadena Auto Service and was immediately greeted by the owner Ed. He was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I trusted him with my truck, he updated me every step of the way - went out of his way to find the parts we needed. He was upfront about the cost and there were no surprises. Since I have recommended him to anyone I can. If your vehicle is in need, Pasadena Auto Service is the place to be.

Great company, they do good quality work and they guarantee their work! They replaced the engine in my Honda and fixed the exhaust leak that I had. They have great customer service and they re honest. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

AMAZING SERVICE! Ed & Ruby went above and beyond to fix our car and ensure that I had my car finished before the end of the day. I really appreciated everything they did! This is an HONEST, HARDWORKING, FAMILY BUSINESS & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pasadena Auto Service!THOROUGH, RELIABLE, FAST, SUPER FRIENDLY and GREAT COMMUNICATION.My car would not start this morning, I needed my car towed. Ed set up the tow truck and covered the cost and set up an Uber to bring me home. Ed called with updates. And they went above to make sure I had my car before the end of the day so I didn t have to come back the next day. So grateful for that!Thank you guys!5 STARS

Gave them my 87 c10 for a ls swap and a sound system and let me tell you they do some quality work all my gauges work and now she moves!! that along with the banging sound system I m glad I trusted them with my baby

Pasadena Auto service on Shaver was referred to me my my extended warranty plan after I was stranded off of gulf freeway. I was put in contact with Ed super friendly guy with excellent customer service. He quickly arranged for a tow truck driver to pick up my car after waiting 3 hours for another tow truck. I was expecting to have to sit there all day and wait for my car but he arranged a ride home for me and kept updates with me throughout the day . And in no time he had diagnosed the issue with my car and started the repairs and had my car up and running. I was so happy and appreciative of the quick quality service I received. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be coming back.

Sorry I m late with my review. I took my BMW 528i in July because the a/c quit working. I had a warranty plan but some shops wouldn t accept it. They not only accepted it but they did all the leg work getting it approved and had my car back to me a day later and I haven t had an issue since. I highly recommend them for your service needs.

This is the second time I have used this shop both for different reasons. They answered all my questions and took great care of my car. They delivered excellent customer service and did great work plus gave honest prices. I highly recommend using Pasadena Auto Service.

Mr Ben was so awesome and came to rescue when my car wouldn't start- he send his mechanic to my apartment had it diagnose and the problem was I needed a battery -the mechanic was gracious to go with me and put it in after hours -what fantastic service! I highly recommend Ben's shop he is honest and so wonderful as a single mom w her two sons he was a godsend -Service is beyond impeccable - blue stormy my ford fusion se us back on the streetsService: Battery

For a Pasadena, Texas auto mechanic, this is the only place that I use. My dad recommended Ed and Pasadena Auto Service to me several years ago. I have been going to them since then. These people told my sister it was a blown head gasket I brought the car home it was a hose then they said they took the car apart what do you mean really I didn't know you need to take tires off the truck you don't have a lift then the water was leaking from the top trying charge 750 people that don't know get robbed and I'm sure they have family members on here giving them good reviews.Ill report to the BBB

Went in with ac no freon issue, they diagnosed 2 leaky hoses, charged $300 to fix and a few days later the freon leaked out again. They charged another $300 and replaced something behind the bumper. Then a few days after it stopped working again. Took it back, they said the compressor had a leak wanted $700 to fix. How did they not initially see the compressor leak . Who knows what else would have started leaking if I let them fix it. these guys give other mechanics a bad name

Pasadena auto service has to be one of the best auto shops I have ever gone to!I had problems with my air blowing hot in my car so I took it to Pasadena auto, I also had an oil change due so I figured I d get that done as well. Super quick service everything was finished in a 2 hour time frame. Service was 10/10 It s a small family owned buisness full of hospitality and I don t see myself going to any other shops in the future. :)Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

We started using Pasadena auto about a year ago now to be our companies fleet mechanicAnd since then he has truly amazed us on all of the amazing work they do from body work to a simple oil changes Ed and his crew can do it all and do it right we have yet to have to bring any of our vehicles back for same issues and I have even started using him as my own personal mechanic he is the only person I trust to touch my vehicles now. I highly recommend him to any and everybody. They are an amazing family owned mechanic shop that does the job right the first time.

I don t usually leave reviews but the owner very nice and respectful I have no complaints with that. The issue in my car was not correctly diagnosed and priced rises up to $599 to 899 for an intergrated power module which was not the problem. The problem was only a windshield wiper switch which I took to another shop and only charged me $200. And my car never needed a new power module nor used or new.

My truck developed an electrical problem Saturday afternoon, and I was needing it to drive to Austin the next day. Ed was able to diagnose the problem and complete the repair the same day so I could make the trip. Superb service and great to work with. I also really like that Pasadena Auto Service is a family business with a real passion for cars! Definitely a place you can trust to do good work for a good price.
