Took my worries away... I recently had my first car wreck. After I just bought a practically brand-new car and still paying for it.I was worried my car wouldn't look new EVER again. After getting it back you can't even tell!Everyone there was so professional, and walked me through everything. There's no other place I'll be taking my car.Thank you Pasadena Auto collision

if it was possible to give a zero I would! This shop was a preferred shop from our insurance company. After a major accident that our son had we were shaken and trying to figure things out so we blindly agreed. That was the very beginning of January. About a month later we were out of rental coverage and they were telling us all we are waiting on is tires and headlights so my husband went and purchased those and brought them to the shop. He found that they had done almost nothing to the truck and spoke with insurance about moving shops. Pasadena collision center assured us they would have it ready in two weeks. We gave them another chance and when we went to pick it up (they told us it was ready). my husband noticed part of the grill missing and ONE OF THE RIMS THAT WAS A DIFFERENT SIZE THAN THE REST! So they took it back and we re suppose to fix those things. about 7-10 days later i go pick up the truck and as soon as i get on the interstate the truck is pulling very strongly to the right! i stop at a tire shop where they put in a sensor that was missing and air up said tire! because it was almost flat. Then i get home and my husband discovers under the truck MANY things are never having been touched or repaired correctly! The pictures below show those things. I could have wrecked in the death trap they sent me home in. I cannot believe this is the way they do business! It was robbery! Insurance fraud and immoral! It is now at Frank s and they come highly recommended. They have already discovered the frame is bent WHICH WE ASKED ABOUT SEVERAL TIMES. and we re told it was good

Ok so not so much their fault on waiting for parts, however there were several occasions when they told me the car was ready, but upon arrival, it was NOT - this unfortunately happened several times, but when we finally got the car back - it was fine no issues so far. Javier was wonderful, and the guys in the back that actually do all the work obviously were wonderful as well. Ceasar was very nice at first but as we ended the process (about 2 months total) became very pushy about the insurance check & money that was unnecessary and unpr

Def recommend this place. Took my truck for repair and was ready for pick up in about 2 weeks! They also washed and vacuumed it :)

Took care of everything, addressed all of my concerns, kept me up-to-date with progress (and delays as they came up due to part availability); paint match was flawless and they ensures 100% satisfaction - will recommend to others that need body work.

Don t come here unless you prefer giving your business to dishonest, sketchy establishments.I left my 2023 Toyota Tacoma which needed some body work after it got broken into long story short, while the truck was at the shop, some cycling shoes which I left in the truck magically disappeared (mind you this is a place with security cameras everywhere, and a gated back lot). I confronted one of the main guys about this and he simply said that that wasn t their responsibility as they don t take responsibility for valuables left inside cars - seems like a great strategy there.Additionally, they owed me a rubber packaging which would ve served as a replacement for the drivers-side door. To no surprise, they gave me the incorrect part which was for a 2014 Toyota Tundra. I called and told them about their mistake, to which they said they d send me the right part in 2 days I m still waiting and it s been more than 2 weeks.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

A few people had told me my car was totaled due to frame damage before i was referred by family to pasadena auto collision. They looked at it and immediately told me they could fix it. I was still very skeptical but I gave it a shot and was so surprised at their work!! i couldn t be happier with the results!!

These guys really fixed me up. My car was on the border of being totaled and I was really afraid if it would be anywhere close to being the same again. My car looks and drives amazing, like if nothing ever happened. Thank you to Ceaser and everyone at Pasadena Auto Collision.

I came in last week w my 2018 Camry, got t-boned, and now it looks brand new!! Javier handled it professionally. He took a look at the damage, knew what needed to be done. I was updated with every step. He was very quick to throughly explained and addressed all my concerns. The Process only took a week!! 100% satisfied !!!Excellent communication with all of the staff. Everyone is friendly, kind, patient, and professional. 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

All I can say they are awesome best place to take your car the receptionist really nice and helpful along with Cesar and Jose luis they make sure you are taking care of, i dont have a recent picture but this was the damage of my car before they fixed it. I will definitely go back

Great place to help with auto collision needs. Worked with Pasadena Auto Collision for an insurance purpose and estimated time for repair was 2 weeks and this shop was able to repair in 1 week. Great service by the whole team and great communication with myself on the repair progress with my vehicle. The Original estimates was a lie they triples the amount from 2400 to almost 8700 the work took twice as long as expected!! Then some of the work was shoddy and had to be redone and tge charged my insurance again I m sure but be aware also they never give updates or even contact you during the process yiu have to call to see what s going on with vet time

I have known the owner for years personally he treats every customers with a hands on approach an he knows the business inside an out . They made me come back the next day just to tell me that they couldn't give me an estimate for a dent even though they have a large sign outside that reads "paintless dent repair". If you don't want to repair small things like that then remove your sign. Lazy stuff. They also ask me if I had insurance because they know they will make more money from an insurance claim.

I am extremely satisfied with the polished paint and body repair that was performed on my vehicle. My son came with me to pick up my car and he commented that it now looks brand new (my car is 11 years old). Excellent communication with all of the staff. Everyone is friendly, kind, patient, and professional. The building is beautiful and well maintained. There are comfortable seats in the waiting area with a big screen television to view while you wait. There is also coffee and water provided. The restroom is immaculate. I highly recommend Pasadena Auto Collision if you are seeking repairs to your car. I have added the before and after photos to show the damage from the hit-and-run versus the sharp beauty of the incredible repair!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I love them! The first time I took my car there the estimate was way lower than the other 3 places I looked. Since then I ve taken my car there about 3/4 times and each time they are fast and professional! Everyone is so nice and I will continue to take my car here.

Well my first visit was perfect very happy , but everything changed , I called for a labor estimate on installing a part and I was told I had to email my VIN to my truck , I did I sent 4 or 5 emails and have never heard back. I ended finding another reputable shop to start doing all my work. I should not have sent a couple friends to them ..

Highly Recommend! Was referred by a family member who recently had a fantastic experience with Cesar. Upon arrival I was greeted very kindly and with speedy service. Cesar and the crew were very informative on what needed to be done to my vehicle and made me feel very welcome. They were able to service my vehicle under an hour with no appointment or anything! Would highly recommended and will definitely be returning in the future to get other work done to my truck! Thanks guys!

Fantastic service, I'm very sympathetic to my needs. When I received my vehicle it was like a brand new car great quality work best customer service I've ever dealt with in a body shot and I had my car back in no time. This will be my collision service to come to for all my family's needs.They deserve 10 Stars.

There is definitely a communication problem here. The receptionist does not know english very well and had a hard time getting a well translated message to them. Other than that, the shop did a really good job on my car and got things done in a timely manner.

Great customer service! Caesar was more then willing and happy to help me and make sure that everything was perfect before I drove away. Everyone on staff is always happy and smiling. Great work on my car! Everyone here was great!

The reason we came here was to rent a car as our truck had the catalytic converter stolen and our insurance uses Hertz. Phillip runs the rental area. I will say the young ladies who work in the office are so helpful, kind and professional, just like Phillip. Thank y'all so much.

Drop off and rental pick up was a smooth process. Hertz rep was very kind and helpful.From entering facility to walk out staff was very welcoming and helpful. They re also bilingual in Spanish. Big Bonus!

I took my SUV for repairs to Geico. It was a pleasure to do business when people have it together. My rental was there and ready for me. A couple of days and Czar was delivering my car!!! He and his team went over and beyond to take care of me and my car repairs. Five Stars for an excellent reception, repairs and Welcome. I'll be recommending Pasadena Collision Center in a most professional way.
