This business review is long overdue. Initially, we brought our SUV in for AC repair during the sweltering Houston summer. The urgency of having a functioning AC, particularly in Texas, led us to seek immediate repairs. By chance, we stumbled upon this business while en route to another establishment, opting to give them a chance due to proximity and convenience, deviating from our usual dealership routine.Ben and his team promptly addressed the AC issue, along with other minor concerns we had. Their professionalism and efficiency left us thoroughly satisfied. Impressed, we returned with a more complex project.Back in 2020, another vehicle of ours was stolen, and its entire electronic system was removed. Financial constraints delayed repairs, leaving us driving the vehicle inoperable for several years. Despite these challenges, we entrusted Ben and his team to restore the vehicle to its pre-theft condition. They exceeded expectations, not only replacing the system but also addressing other non-functional features. Ben and his team's exceptional service and open communication throughout the process left a lasting impression.In short, Ben and his team surpassed our expectations and went above and beyond. Their professionalism, efficiency, and open communication made the entire experience commendable.

Easily the top auto service provider in Houston. This shop has helped me get my vehicle back on the road, better than before, in a timely and cost effective manner. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Ben. He took a look at my automobile and was able to come up with a plan to help me get my car running smoothly and efficiently. Great service, great price, great atmosphere, even better people. Cannot recommend this shop enough. Bring your vehicle here if you want it done right the first time. 10/10 5 stars!!!

So happy I found Pasadena Auto Care. Lost a fight with a bad pot hole on a Houston highway and it not only took out my tire but the impact was so hard it took out my screen too. Ben provided phenomenal service, even taking my car to the Honda dealer to get my warrantied tire taken care of. He did full diagnostic on the screen, found out what needed to be fixed, procured the part, and had it installed looking good as new. I wasn t over charged in labor or parts, they recommended 2 things that I need to get done (not 20) and these are items that match proper maintenance at the mileage my car is at. I will be a customer as long as I am in Houston. Highly recommend Pasadena Auto Care, you won t be disappointed.

Reasonable prices and excellent service are what Ben and his father deliver at Pasadena Auto Care. They do the job well and test everything properly before giving the car back which is unusal around here. They go the extra mile to help with car issues..i saved over $200 in a rack installation for my 06 Pilot. In addition to fixing the rack, they also installed motor mounts where needed and also helped diagnose and fix an alignment issue with the car. Ben and his dad care about their work and their customers. They are enthusiastic about cars and the repair business. They will make sure that the job is done right.

If you want your vehicle fixed CORRECTLY, this is the place to come to. We use no other than Pasadena Auto Care and have been for Years. Work is done promptly. The employees are knowledgeable and very caring. Awesome place for any vehicle work.

SIMPLY THE BEST!!!Ben has been maintaining/repairing my 2004 Hyundai Sonata for the past 10+ yrs, my car is now 19yrs old and still going !! As a single mom, it was wonderful to find such a great mechanic you can trust to be honest with you about repairs and maintenance. I cannot say enough about PAC! My car overheated on the highway. Ben just happened to be driving by and stopped to volunteered his time to get my car working well enough to drive it home. The next week, I drove my car into PAC so that they could complete the work that needed to be done. At that time, I had the privilege of meeting Ben s son who manages the office. Everyone was professional, honest, and friendly. I won t be taking my car anywhere else in the future.

Came in with my Mercedes and they where really reliable to perform the diagnostic on the vehicle ... gave me a price and time frame that very reliable... not like other shops where they tell u a certain date and they don't deliver on time ... great shop to take ur foreign or domestic vehicle
