These guys take the crown for WORST service. I could go on all day about these clowns but here are SOME of the many reasons I don t recommend:1. They had my sport bike in their possession for exactly 30 days. They did NOTHING to it but check it 2. Every time I called and asked to speak with the mechanic, he had a thumb up his butt and couldn t talk on the phone. If you don t want to work, just say so Justin.3. When I finally decided to get my bike back since they weren t working on it, turns out they lost the seat, passenger seat cover and gas tank bolt. They said they would call me back when they found it; it s been 5 days and still no calls. Not surprised, though.4. The owner is extremely rude and seems to get loud with his customers when something isint going his way. He told me he was going to charge me $100 for checking the fuel pump and after I told him I would absolutely speak my mind in regards to his terrible service, he refused to charge me. I spoke with the owner twice, both times he cussed at me and got loud with me.Not sure how these guys get good reviews but hey, good luck with these guys.

The Experience I Had Today & The Good Service Was Above & BeyondAll I Needed Was A Tire Installed Which I Already Had With Me. They Still Said Come On Budd & Bring Your Motorcycle In: We Will Get It Done & Do An Inspection On Your Bike Just In Case Something Needs Help With. I Came, Dropped Off My Bike & 40-Min's Later My Bike Was Ready & Safely Done With A Good Inspection !!!Thank You To George For Talking With Me Over The Phone & Nice Attitude I Definitely Was Thankful!!Ro Roy Rodriguez Was Excellent At Taking Care Of My Bike, Handling & Inspecting. Been buying tires and getting the oil changed from this place for years, even when they were across the street. I recommended them often. I took my 2005 iron horse to sell it November 16th of 2023. It's been almost 4 months and I just keep getting the runaround and lied to. The agreement I signed was that payment would be received within 45 days maybe a little longer on some cases. But I still have not seen the money from the bike sale. Four stars for battery, tires and oil change. Zero stars for bike sales and in the process of getting News channel and maybe an attorney.

I keep reading these bad reviews on "On The Border Motorcycle Shop " on Spencer Hwy. and for the life of me I can't understand that. Martin and his mechanics have went way above and beyond for me on my Electra-Glide and my Sportster at a way better price than any shop in the Houston area. Since I've become unable to do the work myself I've had to depend on those youngsters to take up my slack and they have done an outstanding job at it. At 73 and counting I'm just happy to have those young men to treat me as fair as they do and never try to sale me on anything. I would recommend them to God himself if he needed work done on his Bike. He is a biker you know. Just for the record.

So....I dropped my 2000 HD Road King Classic off at some " mechanic " in Willis, TX last May because the bike which is fuel injected had a very sluggish start. They kept it and let it rot for over 5 months because they stated that the " part that goes in the tank " was in back order. I had it towed and brought it to On the Border in Pasadena. In less than 24 hours I got a call from Martin to let me know my bike was ready! I thought it was a joke! They replaced the 2 Fuel Injectors, Induction Line Set, seal and so on in less than 3 hours! I can't stress it enough what an amazing service and job Martin and his guys did. Moral of the story is....if you don't know what you are doing nor know how to work on older bikes, have the decency to admit that so I can have my bike serviced by true professionals!Thank you again Martin for your expertise and customer service!

Took my bike for a new rear tire and I was the last one serviced on rally weekend and I get home with it flat. Found out the stem is crossed threaded. I haven't talked to them yet since they're closed on Sunday.

Great store. Turbo and John were very nice and very professionals. Too bad we didn't got to an agreement with my trade but I understand how the business work. I will go again soon to check all the motorcycle apparel and accessories. The store is big and very clean.

Mandi is a liar!! Do not sell anything on consignment here! My mom did and got nothing but lie after lie from Mandi saying they didnt get paid yet . The man paid them cash money 5 months ago !!! The only reason my Mom got her check is because she contacted the buyer and he met her up at the shop and confronted MISS MANDI FACE TO FACE! SHE DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO LOOK MY MOTHER IN THE FACE AFTER. AND THEN MISS MANDI HAD THE BALLS TO SAY SHE DIDNT CARE WHO LIKED IT OR NOT! WELL GIRL....GOD DONT LIKE UGLY MANDI! I JUST PRAY WHILE YALL ARE UP IN THE AIR YOU LAND SAFELY! I DONT WISH ILL ON ANYONE. THE FACT IS ...WHEN YOU SCREW PEOPLE IT COMES BACK TO YOU AND TEN FOLD! BAD BUSINESS ON YOUR PART! AND NOW ...I DONT CARE

A great store in my opinion They have a large selection of motorcycles for sale. They also Keep in stock a variety of new parts, aftermarket parts, and used parts. I would be a willing to say if they do not have the part you looking for, they can find it for you Install it and do it all, At very reasonable prices. The used part section is my favorite place. They have a lot their used parts laying out on tables and on shelves but I like to find the boxes in the more obscure places and dig through them. This is all around a good bike shop you should stop in just to take a look around.

Rear tire replaced at on the border 6 months ago, broke a tpms sensor and didn t tell me. The way I found out? Indian doing warranty work to replace my rear tpms found a sensor that is not Indian brand, a generic tire pressure sensor was placed and rigged to hold. Well it didn t hold so it s been bouncing around my tire for the last 6 months. Damage done is real

These guys perform great work and have always exceeded my expectation. I enjoy riding my 93 Goldwing interstate and I can count on them to help keep it running smooth. When my bike buddies ask for recommendations on where to buy tires I suggest On the border Motorcycles. In the many times that I've paid them a visit the staff is always courteous...

Bought a 20yr old BMW from here. Issues happened and they bent over backwards. It is/was well worth the 90 minute drive for me.

Great customer service. Went in to replace tires on motorcycle. Employee inspected tires and replacement not needed. Tires are still in good condition and plenty of life left. Did yearly inspection and an oil change. Everyone in store had a great attitude and very knowledgeable.

These folks have great tire prices, affordable labor, and flat out good people.After I bought my bike, I realized between my back and my partially paralyzed leg, that I could not put down my kick without a kick stand nub.Martin helped me out and as per my statement, welded on a piece of rebar, so I could use my bike without concerns if dropping while reaching down with my hand to pull the kick.They didn't do this just for an affordable price...they gave it to me through charity,love, and concern in their hearts.Thank u all.

Good people to do business with. I've been doing business with Tom for many years. Good service and repair department with awesome mechanics. Good place to buy or sell a used bike.

On the Border is nice little shop. If you're looking for m-c tires this is the place. They have a great selection of tires. I've been getting new tires there for awhile now. Fast service and real friendly. They seem to be competitive with there prices. Good enough for me to travel from Galveston county.

This place is great! Reasonably priced. They will work with you and they stand behind their work. The owner John went out of his way, above and beyond to help me. This is a rare thing in today's business world. The staff is very friendly and check on you throughout your wait. Good tire prices. Definitely will be a regular customer. Thank you guys!

I love this shop! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Tire and accessories are priced out 9f the world cheap in my experience. My only complaint that I have about this shop is I asked them to adjust the chain while the bike was in getting a radiator flush. When I got the bike back the chain was was to tight with no slack whatsoever.

Poor mechanical work. Not much better at selling on consignment. But they excell with lying to cover their repair mistakes. They have special people that comes in to perform the cover up. And if you question them they increase to argue in a hostile manner. They told me to get out with my bike engine open getting warrenty work. A friendly atmosphere is a covers for business incompetent and amateur mechanics. For what you get at this place it is best to not go here. They are 'professional cheaters".

Absolutely great service I have a red K-9. Big dog. It should be a lemon, these guys, these guys fixed it up I spent big bucks here the guys and On the Border Motorcycle Sales Discount I just great treated very well from the owner down to the mechanics Service and sales just outstanding !

I could not get my rear shocks to hold air so I brought it in and the guy there pump them up to proper pressure and also explain to me why I couldn't get it to hold air. He basically fixed my problem in about 5 minutes for no charge. So of course I went ahead and bought the proper pump needed for my bike. Overall very friendly and helpful group of people I would really recommend this place.

I took my Harley here for a tire change and they got the job done. 75 bucks was a little steep considering I brought my own tire. I was able to browse around the store until my bike was ready. They had some nice used Bikes. They carry riding gear helmets parts etc.... It's not a bad place to visit. The staff was cool and courteous. If I'm ever in the area again I'd stop in for a visit.

Let's just say I went there to get my rear tire repair done a few minutes later the service guy comes out said he would like to show me a few things he found on my bike.come to find out I needed more than just a tire he really went over my bike from front to back and what he found was really serious stuff he saved our life just say that.i highly recommend this place.the service dept.took the time for our safety and fixed the problem at a great price. Thanks again guys for caring and keeps us on the road.

Disappointed in shop. I needed my rear tire replaced. I called and got a quote on how much to simply change it. I was supplying the tire, I just needed them to install it. Quoted me 75. The day I was going to bring it up to them, I verified quote of 75. Both times I called, I let them know it was on a 2016 Victory Hammer. I arrived and then told, "oh, you have a wide tire. It's gonna be $87."Yes, it's only $12. But, it kinda makes me leery about doing future business with them. If the tire shop doesn't know what size tire is on what bike, how can they give a quote? And if they aren't positive, why didn't they ask me or research? And finally, after giving me 2 quotes, why didn't they honor the quotes? Like I said, it was only $12. But, if they would have honored their quote, this review would have been completely different.

Me and my friend went there today motorcycle shopping. There was a older gentleman I don't know who he was. But me and my friend are in our late 40s. We have been riding for a while. This older gentleman that works there was talking to us like we did not know what we wanted. Motorcycling is a very personal preference and personal choice. He tried to push his ideas and personal preference on us. We will never go back there again, and we will tell all our friends that we know not to go there. Thank you
