Stay away from this dealership they are liars! I inquired about a F150 they had, I spoke to Crystal over the phone and informed them of the deal Joe Myers had given me and the value of my trade. She told me she would get back to me if they can beat it. After hours of trying to get in touch with her she denied my call and finally reached out to me at 4:50 pm, keep in mind I sent her all the information at 1:30. She said that we can match your trade value and give a similar deal and if I make the hour and a half drive there she could beat it. Once I got there she immediately pawned me off to a different sales person, Adon, he was nice and assured me they can beat the value after making me sit there for another 45 minutes, he was like we can t honor the price or the trade. What kind of dealer deceives their customer by saying yes we agree to a price over the phone, make the hour and half drive there just to say oh wait we cannot do that price. Absolutely terrible dealership and terrible staff. Buyer beware, they will scam you!

Andres was a great help to my Spanish speaking parents! My dad finally got his truck at an amazing price. Andres was very patient and willing to accommodate my dad with anything he was interested in. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit this dealer, especially if you speak Spanish!

Roy McMahon is the best. A woman totaled out my car last week. It was a 2018 RAV4 God and that car saved me. Roy had to go above and beyond to get this 2018 for me from another location. Roy worked on his day off and had everything ready for me. It was all done when I got to the lot. Thank you Roy. You re the best

Update 11/14/23Tomorrow will be 7 weeks and my 2015 Ford Explorer is still in the shop. I called the parts manager and recieved no response on the parts and what or if they are trying to find the ABS brake module. So I called the service manager Chrris. He told Brett to call the warranty people and get the ok to find an aftermatket part. That was last week and there still has been no response and no movement on the issue. Tomorrow I have surgery and I still do not have my 2015 Ford Explorer back after 7 weeks in the shop at Mac Haik Pasadena.I don't really know how to rate this experience. But, I had about 5 lights show up on the dash on my 2015 Ford Explorer so I took it in for service on September 26th. There were a couple of lights related to the brakes and others that indicated a traction control problem. It took about 2 weeks before they finally told me that the ABS brake module had failed. So my vehicle has now been sitting at the dealer for 6 weeks and they are telling me that the brake module is on backorder with a pending ship date for the part. So beware if you have a Ford Explorer the ABS brake module is on interplanetary back order. I finally called the parts manager to see what they are doing about it but so far no answer.

I woke up this morning and made the decision to purchase a new Bronco Sport. I had been wanting to for over a year. Don and Jose were great. They really made me feel at ease with this major purchase. I must say this dealership was wonderful to me, my vehicle needed a new engine, and they took care of the process with no problem. Ms. Heidi Crump contacted me every step of the way letting me know how the process was carrying along, and the dealership worked with me on my rental, so I was not out of a vehicle while they repaired my vehicle. If there's any other problems or concerns with my 2019 Ford Escape, I will be taking it to Mac Haik Ford Pasadena.

Everything was great. Heidi worked with me getting my diesel pick-up repaired. She explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. She got me a ride home, and called me to let me know when my truck was ready. I called her earlier to ask a question, but she was helping another customer. She promptly returned my call and explained to me what I needed to know. When I went in to get my truck, she explained the work that was done to fix my truck. She answered all questions that I had. She was very helpful, courteous and professional. It was a pleasure doing business with Heidi and with Mac Hail Ford.

DO NOT COME HERE. Wanted to charge me $155 for a "diagnostic". The diagnostic in question is a device that plugs into your car, and tells them the problem within about 30 seconds. They wanted me to wait a day or two for that AS WELL as charge $155. That's not even including the labor, and parts once they have to actually fix the problem. They also said fixing the gas pump would be $800 dollars at a previous visit. This place is a scam, and when confronted with evidence that a nearby auto shop does the diagnostic for free, (who ended up fixing my car completely for $300) and does the same work for cheaper. The man got extremely upset his scummy business practices didn't work, got an extremely unprofessional attitude, got visibly upset, and started telling me he was running a "business" that needed to make money. Also, this review is purely for the service department, I have no idea about anything else.

I took my 2015 Ford F250 super duty in for repair work on 2/12/24 to replace all 8 of the body mount cushions. My service advisor Heidi Crump greeted me and wrote up the repair paper work. Heidi was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and kept me updated through the whole repair process. I dropped off my truck at 8am. and at 3:30pm the same day the repair was completed. This repair was not cheap. Like the saying goes you get what you pay for and cheap is not always best. The mechanics did an outstanding quality job.

My wife and I found a used minivan online from this dealership at a great price. We messaged online with the chat to get details on the van and availability. I then called the dealership and Andres Hinojosa picked up, set us up with an appointment that day at a time that worked for us even though it may have been inconvenient for him, and was incredibly helpful and kind. We noticed a small tire pressure issue during the test drive, but Andres made sure that it was taken care of by the service center and made the purchase a no brainer. Over at financials Rodrigo Diaz was very helpful in securing the financing to make it work for our budget. The team was great and made us feel very sure of our decision. After it was all said and done, Andres met us again by the minivan adorned with a big bow to take our picture in front of our family's new vehicle.

Brett was my service advisor. He was very kind and helpful. Good communication. They installed a fuel canister among other hoses, etc. All ford parts. I have an 2015 mustang 4 cyl ecoboost that was having starting issues. Excellence work. So far I m very pleased. Thank you Mac Heik Pasadena

This was a great experience. There was no push to buy anything, no request for credit or anything. I was able to walk in, check the vehicle, negotiate the terms and close. All very fast and easy. I would definitely recommend the visit at this dealer. The team was very nice and thankful of my business and long drive.

All I have to say is.. if you re a young, black male, I suggest you don t shop here. Luckily, I already knew what vehicle I wanted and already had my financing situation set up before coming here so I had no problem getting a vehicle. As far as customer service goes.. ridiculous. This dealership didn t even wash my car before I drove off the lot with it. (Never heard of that happening before). I had to buy a new windshield wiper just a week after getting the car because they were no good. The car only came with one key fob and they said they would ask the previous owner for the other set, but I doubt they did so I m just going to purchase another one myself. They failed to notify me that my license plates and registration were ready after 3 weeks; had to call here myself and ask if they were ready after talking to whoever the rude lady was who answered the phone. I wonder how long it would have taken them to say anything Also, when I came to pick up my license plates you guessed it.. they didn t offer to put it on or anything as expected. Just happy to have my car. Will never come back to this place.

Just bought a used 2020 Ford F-150 from Alejandro Zapiain and was the easiest car buying experience I've had, he was honest, friendly and helped get the deal done in a very timely manner. Once we got over to finance we got an interest rate better than our credit union and Eddie Martinez worked with us and we got an extended warranty for a great price. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Mac Haik in Pasadena!

Jonathan May is the absolute best! Including our son-in-law we have purchased 5 new vehicles from him in 2.5 years.He listens to what you want and makes it happen.we recently built an F250 and he helped us all the way.it was ready in 4 weeks. Considering everything is sold out everywhere we are extremely happy. He facilitated the sprayed in bedliner and window tint.
