Very efficient and transparent! it can be hard to find trustworthy mechanics and as someone who does not know that much about cars and is new to Houston, I m grateful I found this shop. I was very impressed with how they maintained communication and updated me throughout the appointment, even came by to show me the type of oil they were putting in my car for the oil change. There is also a really nice waiting area with complimentary coffee, and snacks.Laura was really helpful in setting up my appointment and explaining all charges to me. I will be coming back!
