I recently purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Atlasfrom Sandra at King of cars!! and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Great Dealership with great people! We researched and saw 2 vehicles at the 1102 Spencer location for my husband and my daughter! Leo and Rick were on point! Just like the website says transparent, nothing was hidden, we walked away with 2 cars! Huge shout out and THANK YOU to Leo and Rick for taking great care of us!!!

Been to a lot of dealerships but this one wins the cake . The process was straight forward , Sandra communicated and told me all that was needed to get the process going , nothing more or less . Sandra did really well with answering any questions I had in regards to the process, insurance , credit check , as well as the car . Overall was an amazing experience , I would definitely recommend . Not to mention we were in and out in less than 2 hours , it did not take all day like the usual car buying process .

So if I could have given no stars it would be none. I recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee at this location on 2.26.24. First let me say this Ms Sandra was amazing with my sales process. Her communication was great and she was very nice. Now the day I pulled off the lot the check engine light came on 2 hrs after I left. I called the service center to let them know because I was trying to take it back. I was told it is by appointment only which was crazy because I hadn t been gone that long. I got scheduled for an appointment on 3.12.24. On 3.6.24 the car started to do this weird stalling where I could not accelerate on the gas, and it would shake and was accompanied by a loud knocking noise. By that Friday 3.15.24 the car was doing it extremely fast and was louder I was driving down the street and it started to mess up on me so I pulled into a cvs parking lot. As I was pulling in the car completely stopped all the lights and radio was still on but the car was off. Now remember this is all a week after I purchased. I decided to just take the car in the next morning. I was told a spark plug was changed because it got wet due to a leak from a gasket but when my Bestfriend put it on the computer there was a code for a totally different thing. Later that night the car started messing up again so I didnt drive it all weekend. For 2 weeks I was unauto work or really get around so I chose to lyft and dd to try to get my carnote money which was difficult because the car was really not in drivable shape. Throughout the entire 2 weeks I kept contact and updated them frequently. Now Tuesday 3.12.24 they serviced my vehicle and all spark plugs, engine coil, and the valve gasket cover were supposedly replaced (which had nothing to do with the actual code that came up on the diagnostic computer). My car drove ok for 1 and a half days and the check engine light cane back on. By Friday night 3.15.24 the car was doing the exact same thing it was doing the first time. My car note was due 3.11.24 but because I was unable to really drive I was unable to get full payment. I communicated all of this over the time frame of 3 weeks. It is now 3.18.24 just 3 weeks since I purchased the vehicle and 1 week late for my note. As im at the gas station they hit the kill switch on my car and cur it off. I had to wait a hr to call when they opened and I was told the general manager was not available and nobody knew when she would be and they also said her voicemail was unavailable. I explained that I was stuck at a pump at a gas station and that I had partial payment. They told me they would not cut the car back on until I paid full payment. I again explained what was happening and that I had been in contact with them since the day I left and still offered a partial payment that is more than half of the actual payment. I was still denied any assistance and have been sitting here for hrs. I cant have my triple a tow me up the street to my aunts because I cant even put the car in neutral. I say all this to say DO NOT GO HERE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER THE COSTUMER SERVICE AND CONCERN FOR THEIR COSTUMERS IS NONEXISTENT THEY WANT MONEY AND THAT IS IT THE CARS ARE NOT UP TO PAR AND EVEN IF YOU HAVE ISSUES THEY WILL NOT CARE NOR WILL THEY WORK WITH YOU AT ALL. Oh and dont be fooled by the reviews they will hassle you to give a review right away after your purchase before you even drive the car for a week give it time like I did do that your review is accurate.

I got a car from here 1 in a half month the axle came all the way off the same axle that he so called replace this year then they gonna tell me it s my fault that I should have took the car to them remind you I called about this Friday it happen Saturday what was a one day difference going to do smh then they told me they could not pass expections for the car because the all the light was on so when I confronted them when the axle come off they try to say they could not pass it because of the battery so what s really going on I m looking for a lawyer something for sure will get done car is total and I had it less then 2 months and when I was there about the axle to they bring a car in that would not start and another car engine blew lol run as fast as you can this car lot is problems then they sale they car more then what it s worth

We bought a car at king of cars and Victoria was outstanding . she explained everything to us and went over the car with us she went thoroughly all over the paperwork with us. we are very satisfied with the vehicle and king of cars. They have a great service department and their staff are very friendly. I highly recommend you spend the time at king of cars and get a vehicle there if you're looking for a vehicle.

The staff was great. Sandra was excellent!! Also the ladies in the back were very helpful and answered all my questions. Sandra was absolutely the BEST so patient so kind thoroughly impressed how she made my car buying experience great and provided me with impeccable service. Sandra was very attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that my experience would be great! Sandra provided excellent recommendations and ensured terrific satisfaction. Yesnis is a very ruled person. I called to make a car payment she stated I am just doing my job. I asked to speak with management, she states oh she s not in and she going to you the same . She is very rude Everytime I call she have an attitude, as if she s the own and of course a humble person will never act like her. I don t like dealing with a millionaire when they answer the phone, like her life is just perfect. She is very ruled and I feel bad for customers who, have to deal with her. You can tell it s just a job for her and nothing else because obviously she hates customer service..

They don't like black people. They're so rude to you after you buy the car. I called because months passed and i still did not have my license plates. SANDRA hung up in my face and told me im suppose to go do it myself. I went up there because jacob told me to call after the tag was up to get a new but she would not give it to me Everybody except the lady that collect the payments was Extremly quite. SANDRA IS RUDE AND SHE WEAR A MASK TO GET YOUR MONEY.. do not trust her she left us in the front and didnt say nothing to us and my friend was there to buy a car but changed her mind she did not want to work with Sandra..

The professional work attitude that was shown to me was without question one of the most pleasant moments in car shopping of my life. I tried so many other dealerships that promised me the horse and carriage but did not deliver in spite of all there tv and facebook commercially advertisements. Not here at King of Cars. Inspire of all my negative issues Mrs. Sandra Sanmiguel treated me with respect and courtesy. I am recommending this dealership to my family and friends. Thank you.
