Go across the street to Take 5 oil change if you are in a hurry. I've been going to Jiffy Lube locations for about a year just because they take my company card. This is my 1st visit to this location. Be careful walking near the front of the building by the front door. Birds are living on the letters of the building and pooping all over the ground. I may have picked the wrong day but I arrived at 10:15am and told them what I needed. An oil change and tire rotation.. after about 45 minutes of waiting, someone else came in and asked what services I needed again. I once again told them an oil change and tire rotation. They finally brought my car into work on it at 11:30am. That is almost an hour and a half. During that time, I'm positive they did at least 2 other vehicles that had shown up after me. At 12 p.m., someone came in and asked me what kind of oil I wanted. I had told the 1st two guys that answer, but I told him as well. Then he tried selling me on wipers and filters, which is normal for all of these oil change places. I couldn't believe that my car was inside with the hood up for 30 plus minutes, and they hadn't even started the oil change portion yet. My vehicle was finally ready at 12:25pm. Upon paying the bill, Mathew said my he "took off the $20 for the veterans day special" and that my total was $137.93 I was confused by this because the sign clearly said it was a $25 dollar off special. I asked him if it was $25 that he took off. He looked at the computer screen, started pushing buttons while saying something under his breath that I couldn't hear. A few seconds later, he said "yeah, your total is $132.93" maybe it was an honest mistake but I've had this type of thing happen at other Jiffy Lubes in the past intentionally. Overall, it's not a good experience at this location at all. I could tell the people still waiting when I left were growing very irritated at the wait time.

So, the biggest praise I can give here. Jacob worked with mr and kept me updated the entire time I was there.This place blew away Take5 (who I previously went to for oil changes and car maintenance).I got my oil changed, new wipers, air filter change, and my windshield washer fluid filled, all for around $200! Perfect value, and I *will* be coming back. Thanks for the excellent service

Very nice people didn t give me a hard time on anything I came in for an inspection I was in and out and less than an hour. Great job guys thank you. I appreciate you because I wasn t a hurry. Just trying to get some things done. I will be back.

First time here, I came in for an inspection. I did have 2 cars ahead of me, didn't even take long as most places. Was there less than hr. Very clean and professional. I would definitely be coming back. Great job guys!

Quick service! Got a full service oil change this morning. The guy who greeted me at my car was very professional and friendly. I believe his name is Jacob? Tanner in the lobby was also friendly and professional and explained everything without being pushy and trying to upsell me. They were quick and respectful of my time. I've come to this location several times and this is the first time I received really excellent service. The guy who cleaned my windows did an excellent job as well.

5 star performance by all. Technician recommended replacement of an air filter and showed me the old unit was indeed dirty; his pleasant, informative notice was favorably received.I came in for a required yearly inspection and was in and out very quickly. The shop was neat and orderly. Everyone wore a uniform.Very convenient location. I'm a satisfied customer!

If you want to get ripped off bring your vehicle here. I brought my wife s vehicle for the state inspection. The inspection failed due to faulty windshield wipers, which I checked before I brought it, and they were working just fine after they do the inspection they re magically ripped from the corners. It also failed because she stated the brake pedal went all the way down and they offered a brake service for close to $200 to fix that issue in order for my vehicle to pass inspection, I refused obviously. I waited a few days and went back for reinspection without doing anything to the brakes. Three different people drove it around the parking lot, slamming on the brakes as I could hear the tire screeching inside the building and it magically passed after I did absolutely nothing to fix the brake pedal issue . Definitely do not recommend this place.

Super super fast, friendly, informative staff. My regular shop is an hour away & I had a very bad (and costly) experience going in for just an oil change at another local shop. So I was skeptical about coming in, but was way overdue so I sucked it up and was very pleasantly surprised. 10/10 recommend !!!

I went to get my state inspection for my tags. There are 3 spots to get your vehicle looked at. 2 were occupied I was the 3rd person there, but they serviced a lady who got there after me. Wasn't pleased about it. Her oil change was longer than my inspection. The staff overall was fine there were 5 people working that day. I passed my inspection and the fee was less than $10.

My experience today was terrible. I mentioned my concern to the guy who rang me up. I arrived before the store opened. I was the second person there. They had me wait an hour and 20 minutes before they started working on my vehicle. A person arrived an hour after I had been waiting, And they serviced her vehicle before mine, and she was out within 25 minutes. They do not go based in the order the customer arrived. I was there for a total of two hours. When I addressed it to the guy who rang me out He got upset and was rude and told me that I should ve mentioned it to him before I paid or he could ve given me a Discount. He walked away from the register without telling me anything else I had to walk Outside to ask where my keys were. He brought my keys to me outside and let them fall in my hand. He walked away when I asked where my inspection paperwork was at. He yelled behind the wall that it was on my dashboard. I have gone to the Jiffy Lube for all my oil change services. As of today I will never return to the Jiffy Lube on Burke Road in Pasadena Texas. All they did the entire time was be on their cell phones., Vaping and drinking their beverages.

Great attitudes and very friendly. Only thing I don t agree with is revving engines up on the rpm s for a pressure check I ve been building engines since I was 16 and turning wrenches since 12. I m 44 now. I ve never had to do that but have had the piston rings blown by someone trying to tune a 350sbc and them revving and holding at 2000 rpm. Other than staying away from jiffy lube policy of revving. The workers were super cool. I give it 5 stars just for their good attitudes and friendly service.

Quick, excellent experience for my oil change and state inspection. Alyssa's customer service was better than almost anywhere you go these days - on par with Chick-fil-a service. The service rep manager type man who checked us out I think Mr Guzman was his name was extremely friendly polite professional and helpful !! The greeters in the back seemed tired and not very cheerful but it was ok
