I'd give zero stars if I could. Worst decision ever to have my car worked on at this place. I had to take it back twice because they did not properly replace my parts. And it's STILL NOT FIXED, my engine is now smoking, but I'm not taking it back because they obviously don't have anybody who knows what they're doing. There also wasn't any sense of accountability or proper customer service. They also tried to "accidentally" over charge me. Screw this place, DO NOT come here.

This is hands down my favorite location! Nick & the guys have really been good to me over the years! Every predicament I find myself in (and there's a lot of them), this location always comes through for me! This last one sealed the deal for me! Not only was it a Sunday, it was later in the afternoon & they close at 5pm. I had to have a flat bed wrecker tow my car & get 4 new tires. They got everything done in record time! I highly recommend them but don't go on a Friday... that's my day! Lol Thanks Nick! I still owe you a cake!

No one is perfect, which is the only reason I didn t score this a 10. Staff is always very professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. One of the best, if not the best, car service I have ever experienced. Gold Star !

This store serviced my previous vehicle, stayed open so they could fix the issue, then when I bought a new vehicle n received notices to have something on my vehicle serviced based on Chyrslers calendar but spoke to the manager at the location he informed me of exactly what needed to be done and exactly what the cost would be. I go to no other location, these gentlemen are worth the drive.

The employees were friendly and professional. They explained what all I needed done to my truck. I wasn't pressured to have all of the needed things completed that day. I was also given an estimate on the tires that I need.

They pulled my vehicle right in excellent service so far the staff is extremely nice this is the best experience at firestone that I've had on 3/13/24 I was at the firestone in Baytown Texas awful experience I don't advise anyone to go to firestone in Baytown on Garth road this will be my new place to bring my vehicle

Brought my vehicle to this Firestone cause the other Firestone said my inner outer tie rods and my struts are bad. After they told me the job is done I can pick it up. This Firestone told me the job is done come pick it up. Got their they printed the paper work left front said couldn't be aligned. I asked how much to fix it he said around $160 I need camber kit. It was supposed to be on my paper work and they should had called me. I'm only guessing since both shops never told me over the phone they don't want my service or want me to pay for another alignment.

THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST FIRESTONE I HAVE BEEN TO!! THEY WERE QUICK AND ACTUALLY SERVICED MY VEHICLE APPROPRIATLEY. LATELY I HAVENT BEEN HAVING SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THE FIRESTONE I NORMALLY GO TO SO THIS WAS A VERY REFRESHING EXPERIENCE AND I GREATLY APPRECIATE THEM SQUEEZING ME IN DURING THE FREEZE!

My mom went alone and since she didnt know how a alignment goes or cost they decided to tax her $80 more but she realized that it wasnt right and made them charge them what they had said at first

Let me start by saying that the service on my car is always good here, but the customer service is lacking. I went in a few days ago and was grossly overcharged for labor to replace a simple bulb by Tracy, who in my opinion should always be working outside. He was less than helpful when I told him the charge was outrageous. No customer service skills whatsoever. I always have a problem when I have to deaI with him. I complained to Firestone customer service and got a call today from Nick, whom I guess is the manager. He could work on his skills as well. I came in and told the lady at the counter I wanted to see him. She pointed at the guy at the other counter. I told him who I was and he just said "ok" and proceeded to process my refund. Never apologized. Never said much of anything except "sign here" and "here you go" when he gave me my receipt. I got a full refund and I told him I would have been happy to pay for what I got at a reasonable price. I'm hopeful that losing money like this will show him he needs more people like Marco, who is really the only person I enjoy dealing with. I'm glad Nick made things right, but I still may not come back here. Feeling appreciated for your business goes a long way.

We rented a car from a less than reputable company. The guys here at Firestone helped us get it all sorted out and back on the road. Than you to Tracy and Marco for all your help!! You made a horrible situation better!!

Went in to get my alignment redone after new struts installed on the truck, Alignment was good but a week later driving back from Katy the front end was wobbling. Got to the house and checked where it was found the steering link nuts were back out since cotter pins were not installed back. Luckily no damage was done that could be seen for myself, when the store was called nobody wanted to talk and hung up on me twice.

Had my whole AC done , compressor, condenser,etc parts in 4 hrs waited for my car.ExcellentService. great group of guys. Excellent job on my AC really cold air now.

I took my car there to get the AC fixed under warranty, but I was told that they would need to do an inspection prior to contacting my warranty company and filing a claim. I paid $562 for the AC Evacuate and Recharge plus dye test only for them to then turn around and file a claim so that I paid an additional $100 for my deductible. If they had called the Insurance Company initially (or I didn'tlisten to them and called myself), the cost of the diagnostic could have been included in my claim, but that's not what happened.Then it took 9 days to complete the job because according to them, the part did not come in earlier.Lastly, all of my electrical systems were rewired so that my headlights and daytime running lamps were not working properly. Also, my backup camera was disconnected, and the Tech stated that it was wired improperly, so he had to disconnect it, even though everything was working properly when I dropped it off to them.It took a week for the part to come in, so I paid $339 for a rental car for the week (not their fault necessarily, but adds insult to injury). What a disaster!

Service is ok, but work is AWFUL. My brake pads only lasted 10,000 miles and they charged me about $400. I got ripped off. Also pretty sure they stole my rim decals there. ALWAYS inspect your car fully when you pick up.

I had scheduled an alignment online the night before. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that it didn't go through in their system and that they were booked. They could have turned me away but Marco somehow squeezed my truck in and finished it just in time for a planned road trip that afternoon. Thanks again.

BEWARE: Went to get my brakes done after they put on my brakes my brakes kept going out. They forgot to bleed the system and it was packed full of bubbles. Also, when I got my car back the alignment was off. I took it back to let them know they said the brakes had nothing to do with alignment, but the alignment was perfect before. Now a year later I take the car to buy new tires at Walmart was told the front tires were the wrong size. So I get all 4 new tires. The alignment is perfect again . I bought the car 2 years ago and it had new tires I ve only driven the car 15k miles and my tires were falling apart. I can t prove they switched my tires but what odd sequence of events.Service: Brakes
