Excellent service. Very professional, polite didn t ask for a deposit or any $ upfront for parts or anything else. I gave him the information he asked for, got the correct part 1st time. Responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and cleaned up a few other things for me free of charge, car was shaking bad and after changing my coils, runs smooth, will use from now on and recommend to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic

Worst experience from a business i found on google ever. Very disappointed in the service I received.Everything went well at first, until he finished the work and my truck still didn t start. Said the spark plugs needed a few hours to dry because some liquid from a separate leak made it in there when he took old spark plugs out. Said he would come back in a few hours and asked if i would pay him. He had been there all day and it was his wife s birthday so i obliged. He did come back that night, but truck still didn t start. Said we needed to put more gas and replace the battery and he would come back the next day. Didn t come, didn t respond all day and said he lost his phone. Was supposed to come the next day. Said he got stuck at another job. Was supposed to come the next day, but i had things to do and didn t want to wait all night for him to not show up again so i told him he could come Saturday morning at 9am if that worked better. He said that was perfect. Saturday comes and I don t hear from him ALL day. He never responded. Never showed up. I still haven t heard back from him. Don t use this business if you value communication and respect of your time.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I had a great experience with Mr. Genaro. I needed a lot of work done on my car and he got the job done within 2 days (one day got cut short because of the rain). Very affordable 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend this guy! We made a deal days in advance. I sent the car inf and he never showed up. I called him aparently he forgot about the sppoinment and then hung up on me. Called him again, never answered...Not cool

Said he was coming and never showed up. I waitied hours for him and he kept saying he was going to show up. If he would of been honest i would of made arrangements with someone else .

This guy came out at first everything went well well 2 days later my car broke down I paid him nearly $300 down the drain when I called him he said he would go check my car but never showed up when I called him again he never answered I left him messages also but never heard back from him

The guy showed up 2 1/2 hours late, turns out the problem isn't what i thought it was, i schedule for the guy to come back a week later and he tells me he's on his way an hour and a half after he was supposed to be there and after more than an hour later he's still doesn't show up and his phone is off. waste of time and moneyEDIT: after i posted this the buisness owner threatened to come to my house and "have a talk"Service: Engine repair
