On a work trip from Dallas. Picked up a nail in my truck and it was too close to the side wall. I had the warranty on it so what did they do? Replaced it for free. Discount is the best and always get that extended protection. Definitely worth it.

I had my tires changed here and had to take my truck back because it was shaking while driving on the highway. They balanced my tires once again, but it is still shaking while driving on the highway. Discount tire started putting some weights on each tire and ever since then I ve noticed a problem with the balancing of my tires.

Had a bad experience the first time with a tire replacement. Came back and Roger fixed my issue and made everything right with no hassle. Very professional and excellent service.

Nice employees, very helpful, couldn't ask for better service. I'll throw this little story in there as well, a few years ago, we had a blowout on the highway and we had no money to get a new tire. We pulled into a discount tire and they checked our tire to see if they can possibly patch it up or something and the tire was totally destroyed there was no fixing it at all and we were totally broke. They said they would work with us on the price and we proceeded to tell them that we absolutely had no money, and long story short they ended up giving us a completely free, brand new tire. No charge. All they asked of us was for us to tell our friends. They really saved us that day, such a generous business, and I'll never forget the good they did to it for us that day. Everytime Discount Tire comes up, I tell that story. And I will continue to do that for the rest of my life. Thanks discount tire, y'all are the best.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They do not pressure you into getting anything you don't want and they are quick to find a solution or alternative if a problem arises. I bought four tires from here and they are very high quality with a warranty that didn't leave me broke. They also offer some free services like fixing flats and checking the air pressure. I'm not sure that making an appointment helped all that much, but they were very quick once I was helped!Also! If they do not have the tires you need, they are able to get them delivered sometimes even same day! I had to do that for one of my tires. It was delivered within an hour to the store and they got it in very fast.

I had a tire replace I asked if they could check all my tires just to make sure I don't have to come back again and make sure no other tire was damaged they didn't because I had to put air on my other tire that night. The check pressure symbol stayed on so i checked my tires and on was real low hours later now I have to put air every 3 days I took time off work to get this fix now I have to go back to get this other tire checked. I should off you went to I-10 location more professional and the manager was explaining that I need to be careful were I park that it looks like someone put a nail in my tire I park in the same spot since 2010 what a stupid comment to make I think it was the manager that assisted me it was a white male.

Called store and spoke to Robert. He was very courteous and friendly, pulled up my account and answered some questions I had. I dropped in to get my air pressure checked and Mario assisted with that task. He was just as nice and courteous as Robert.This store has a good team. You ate only as good as your leader. Great job guys, keep it up.

I went there and everyone there is awesome. I had a problem with my tires sensors that I bought and had installed at the New store on Fairmont and they took the time to resolve my problem. Amazing job. I will always go back to southmore store.

This place has always had great professional service, I've purchased tires for all my vehicle's here and have had repair and maintenance done. All the guys are very quick and knowledgeable about the tires and services performed. Of course sometimes there is a wait but if you go online to set an appointment, it makes things easier so you won't have to rush to try to be the first customer in the morning

Went for Tire Balancing and left with a different lug nut. Nobody told me anything, I don t know if they lost it or destroyed it, but now I have a sketchy looking lug nut. This is the second time I have had a lug nut issue with this specific Location, a while back I had taken a car to them, and the technician came in to show me a lug nut that he had destroyed. His response it looks like your lug nut is in bad shape, would you like to replace it?

The person who checked me in pulled up someone else s account and I told him that it was not me,he kept saying that it was the information that I added when I scheduled my appointment but then he found my account and he just kept rushing me with the process. At least the service was fast even though they forgot to get my wheel lock and I had to ask for it.

Worst experience at a discount tire. Technician couldn t tighten a screw on my center cap for my rim. And the manager took his sweet time getting a replacement to me. Took them 3 weeks. Very unprofessional, would not recommend this store.

The wait time for 1 freaking tire was 2 hours. Once we received the vehicle it was filthy! The steering wheel was black along with the door handle and the fabric on the door. How can someone be so careless with others belongings. The shifting gear was gross. They really need to be careful with people's vehicles. I understand moving fast to not have others waiting but take the necessary precautions.

Have been going here and only this location since I started driving as a teen. They re always so helpful and friendly. I ve never felt like I ve been unnecessarily up charged or suggested anything that isn t needed right away. They re very informative on what needs fixing now and what will need fixing later on.

Whoever runs this location is doing a great job! You can tell everyone is on top of things. Nobody slacking just doing the work. Every time I come here it's fast and clean work. I stopped going to other tire places!

Best customer service around!! Robert the store manager is very knowledgeable and very friendly to customers. I first noticed him a week ago and he was very kind. I dealt with him personally today got my new set of tires great pricing and best experience!!! I have to say that I did observe the rest of the employees and they are all a great team! Recommend this location 100%

I needed new wheels and tires before leaving out of town and Robert was more than helpful. He went through all options to find the best match for me, even overnighting the wheels I needed to get me in the next morning and ready for my trip. Really good experience and customer service. I will be back to bring in my other vehicle very soon.

Wonderful customer service. Service man actually came outside & met me as I was exiting my truck to find how what help I needed! Truly amazing to see in this age of poor customer service from almost every where else. I will definitely be back to this location even though there is one closer to my home. I was there to assist a friend with a ride. He didn't sulk away like "well drats, she's not spending money here herself" and turn his back to me. I hope he had a wonderful day.

I needed to purchase new tires made an appointment. Called and received help from Eliseo who answered my questions promptly and ordered the tires I was looking for and they were available in time for my appointment. All I can say is great job to all everyone including the techs who assisted with the installation of the tires. Friendly, fast and prompt service. I definitely will be coming back to this location and I recommend it . Very impressed with the friendly, courteous and prompt service. Keep up the good job everyone .

They probably would've been able to complete the work within their estimated time frame if they'd have quit putting other vehicles ahead of me.Watched several vehicles who arrived 30 minutes after I did drive off before they even pulled mine into their bay.I was about to say forget it and get a refund.Hour and a half for two tires.
