Never used them. Read their reviews and it seems like a decent towing service. My issue is that, on 2/April/2024 at approx. 12:50p, I saw one of their drivers, a breaded man, buy 2 large corona beer bottles while wearing a Cernosek uniform. Now, I will give him the benefit of the doubt and argue that those adult beverages could be consumed at a later time, but it is concerning that this driver felt the urge to stop and purchase alcohol while on company time. I shudder to think that he is consuming alcohol while on the road and could potentially cause an accident with his tow bed truck. This bearded man is a potential liability and if I were the owner, I would have a serious talk with him and see were his priorities lie.

On the way to the airport with only an hour and a half to spare to get to my flight the car broke down. Lance Cernosek from Cernasek wrecker was literally there on the scene within 30 minutes. Got the car ready to tow and dropped me off at departures and even helped jump up and get the bags out of the trunk of the car on the flatbed. I don t think I ve ever seen a wrecker service that kind and supportive. They really are like family to the client.Service: Car towing

A couple months ago I used cernosek and the experience has stuck with me.The tow truck driver was extremely courteous and I believe all of my complaints were out of his hands. Here's what happened.The tow truck broke down. The trucks transmission would not engage and the driver was stuck. He always remained polite and friendly. They were unable to unload my vehicle until the truck could run again. I had no issue waiting and assured the driver to take his time, but... Someone, I am assuming a supervisor by the way he acted, came to help. Every other word out of his mouth was a curse word. He was not friendly and just acted angry the entire time. Yes, he was the one to get the truck transmission to engage, but I, as a customer, should not be subject to hearing what he was saying. He was very unprofessional.Turns out they knew the truck has issues, damaged since the flood according to them, and the rude guy complained about how they wont repair it the right way.The driver was 5 stars, but the broken truck and unprofessional language is what I remember most.... and the woman on the phone lacks customer service.

I had to pay out of pocket for a tow unexpectedly when my brakes went out. These guys were extremely helpful and kind. They stuck with the price they quoted me and helped me stay calm. They arrived quickly and were much more affordable then the one my insurance recommended!

Johnny is AMAZING! Great conversation, many laughs, kept a smile on my face and I didn't even feel stressed about my car situation. Great service. He was there on time with a positive attitude. Will definitely use this service in the future!

Called Cernosek at 9:30 am , lady on the phone was friendly and helpful. Driver showed up within the hour (just as she said he would). Driver was professional and knew where the vehicle was going. Price was far to haul F250 on a tilt bed. Delivered truck to repair shop without incident.

The service was great. the driver who came out, name was Shaun. He was very respectful an polite.My car was running hot an it was late at night. I called the wrecker service at around 2am, The driver Shaun was at my location with in 15 minutes, i will use this company ever time i need a tow. thank you Shaun an Cernosek wrecker service for the great service.

Company towed my truck to SFI diesel in Pasadena as I had a bad fuel pump. Got my truck back made it 30 miles and my 40% tires turned into drag slicks causing one to pop. Upon observation there are chain marks all over my stabilizer bars because the driver hooked up to my truck wrong sucking in my suspension parts and bending 2 tie rods and my stabilizer bars. Had to get towed again and it s going to cost me another $1500 on top of what I already paid.Service: Local hauling

Office personnel was extremely respectful and helpful with information, the driver was ahead of schedule and as helpful and polite as anyone could be. I honestly do not like dealing with wrecker companies period! But when I need to, there's no doubt I will be calling Cernosek in the future.

Is it possible to rate higher than 5 stars? These guys were AMAZING and totally helped me out with some horrible dents and damage to my side mirror. I just got my car back and it's beautiful! 10/10 Would definitely use again personally and will highly recommend to all of my friends!

Worked with Larry and staff to offload 2 forklifts from a flatbed. Staff and owner Larry were super friendly and worked around the drivers schedule and were super punctual. If I have another job like this in the area I know who I will call!

Called pretty late with a couple of flat tires. The driver Johnny was there quick and made the process so simple. I couldn't thank him enough for his courteousness . The company even accepted credit cards. Best tow service I've come across. Thanks.

Larry is a snake and treats people like trash! If you want to be given the run around or have him waste your insurance time and resources then this is your place! Larry will either lie or get something wrong then either blame you or your insurance company. Better off getting fixed at Macco!

Great response time. My truck was on the flat bed with in an hour of calling for service. Shaun, the wrecker driver, was very professional and handled truck with care. Would refer to anyone who ask about wrecker services and will be using them again if needed.

Was stranded at a gas station on Underwood and X street with my three year old. Needed a tow down Underwood between Spencer and Fairmont. After the dispatcher told me the driver couldn t tow me due to my child needing a car seat. After I made arrangements to have my daughter picked up I called back and they quoted me $216. I guess they thought they could take advantage of my situation and over charge me. Save your time and money and call an honest business like Jumpman towing!!

Johnny the driver was very nice made me feel safe. I was not in a good mood cause my roadside assistance told the company he couldn't tow me no reason why now but he didn't tell me nothing didn't even stop and I was on freeway two hours waiting for them, so I had to pay out of pocket this company was so nice was there on time like they said.Thank you

I have used Cernosek several times and like that they use flatbed towing. However, I will never call them again. After a wheel came off my truck on I-45 in high speed traffic, they refused to come tow me, saying "Safe Clear" would probably arrive before they could get there. I immediately called Safe Clear when I hung up with Cernosek. I sat dangerously on a freeway for 2 hours before a tow truck arrived. Surely Cernosek could have made it from Pasadena before then. They clearly have no concern for the safety of their customers.

The guy who works and answers the phone is totally unprofessional he should be fired. He told me my brand new car that got crash that needed to be repaired that it was junk and all fords are junk and he I was very worried about my vehicle and I wanted to know if it was parked on Cement or Gravel for it not to be any more ruin underneath the car. and he just told me and mouthed off saying well if I'm so worried why don't I own. Rolls-Royce and I was like Is this man trying to mouth off and complain about how I'm worried about my Ford Mustang. That I only had the car for one month and of course I will be very worried about it and he didn't even tell me there a release foam/email I have to email them to release release the vehicle to the tow truch service who try to pick it up a few times before and I never got a call from this company to tell me they tow truck from other camp any try to pick up my car for repair but couldn't with out the release foam. the lady who works there who answered on the 3rd day that my car was there she told me I have to send her the release form/email. and this guy who works there he even said don't take it to the ford auto shop I choose to get repaired professionally he said don't go there to get your car repair and he acted like he was professionally with the dirty mouth and Disrespectful And I called him just now and told him. I don't appreciate you calling my vehicle junk and all fords are junk and that if I'm so worried I should own a Rolls-Royce and I told him by phone he was very rude and disrespectful and judgmental about my car and he even called me stupid. His name is Larry he don't need to be working there at all. he had a mouth that is so dirty and I Told him he should be fired and he should. people don't appreciate being treated so wrongly and judgement and always misunderstood.He don't need to be working or any where's at all. he needs lord Jesus Christ and to be away from a phone and people forever. like I said he needs to beFIRED !!!!!He is nothing but a hillbilly red neck stupid junk man no good for nothing,

Larry the owner is very professional. He's my go to guy when a need a Wrecker service. I heard he's running for Mayor, we'll he certainly has my vote.

I was warming up my daughter's car for her this morning because of the freezing temps and anow. I went inside. The car doors auto-locked with engine running...UUGGHH. I called cernosek they quoted me $50 to get her car unlocked and would be here within 45 minutes. The gentleman got here right on time and unlocked the car within about 3 to 5 minutes. I handed him $50 and gave me back $30. He only took $20. I thought that was so very generous of him. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Y'all are No. 1 in my book

Had a vehicle relocated and the gentleman was fantastic. They charged me less than they quoted and took great care with the vehicle. Would absolutely recommend for all your car moving needs.

your driving sucks, you tail gated me from 225 all way to red bluff and Pasadena Blvd. today Saturday, March 4 11:30amI would not hire you at all, bumper sensor told me you were following me at the range of 3 feet not leaving me any room to stop. I turned off my cruse control to clue you in to get off my bumper. You did not even get the drift then at 20 MPH. The max speed limit is 45 MPH I was traveling at that speed. I see your exempt from the law.You are a real mental moron, and I really don't know what you mental malfunction is. It is clear you need to go back to driving school because you are clueless when it comes to driving.it is clear al you no how to use it the horn

I had an employee by the name of Terry towed my truck .I thought it would be impossible to pick it up from without damaging my truck because my tire broke off and was stuck in such a bad angle .but this guy was worked with surgical precision and didn t cause any further damage .I recommend Terry to anyone in a tight spot . Had my truck towed from La Porte to Cloverleaf. The driver, Larry, was a very nice guy and really helpful. I'd recommend Cernosek to anyone looking for a tow service.

Do not let them take advantage of you; know your rights when dealing with this company. They will state they are complying with TDLR but after an illegal tow, I confirmed with TDLR that no such law existed. If you have state ID and proper proof of ownership the law states they are required to release your vehicle. I have an open complaint with TDLR that the prosecutor is assessing fines and damages. Don't get ripped off, be smart and know your rights!!

Used their services twice now very quick to respond yesterday my battery was totally dead driver attempted multiple times to jump with no success tow was actually cheaper than a new battery
