They replaced the windshield on my 2006 Chevy truck for a great price and in a timely manner. The ladies at the front were very nice and helpful. The guys working on the vehicle did it with care and did a great job.

The Beginning to the End..This was an outstanding display of customer service..concern and care..The order was very quick.. The awesome ladies worked with my schedule...The technician was professional..quick and an all around great guy..I hope my windshield doesn't need replaced soon...lol..but if it does...I will be going here for sure!!! Awesome Job Staff!!! Highly recommended

There was damage to the interior and they claim it was like that already.. blaming each other and no one took the blame to fix it or get a partial refund... very unprofessional.

I was looking for some place where they can fix my car window glass,but they send me to another place, I'm not sure if is the same owner but the other business put a new glass but they mess up some part of the elevator and just tide with tie wire

Someone broke into my car via drivers side window. Called around and this place had the best price. Jose was ready to rock as soon as I got there and it took less than an hour. Excellent customer service and efficient. Really saved the day for us! Thanks Gloria for being awesome! She is super good at her job. Her and Jose are a good team! I am a super satisfied customer!

Best Prices in the Pasadena/South Houston area Hands Down!! The service is Clean and Fast, the staff there is super nice. The men doing the installations are very courteous and friendly will answer your questions and make sure your car is ready in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place for all your Windshield and door glass needs!

Awesome and quick! I had to get my windshield fixed before the rain came not too long ago but with my work schedule every place was always closed. These guys were nice enough to come out to me and replaced it. It was very convenient and didn't take too long either. Plus I couldn't argue with the price they gave!

Amazing customer service. These folks have competitive pricing, in turn it didn't hurt the wallet. The facility is clean, very professional with an easy going atmosphere. I drove home with full confidence with service's rendered. I highly recommend best choice auto glass.

I have now had my front windshield replaced here as well as passenger front side window. The price has always been good and they have gotten the glass in the same day I called by lunch. So I usually can get them to install it over my lunch break. So far I am extremely happy with the service. However no one want to be replacing the windows in their car.

I recommend this place to all my family and friends as well as anyone looking for the best prices and the best service to go along with them. This really is the best choice. Very professional yet friendly, very quick service and the lowest prices around! I had a door window replaced on my truck today. It wasn't the first time I had a vehicle of mine here and should I need any auto glass work done in the future, it certainly won't be the last. Thank you!

I love small businesses because of outstanding customer support! Usually for you pay more money for the personal touch but not in this case. Called around to all the "big boys" and the insurance company's preferred auto glass retialer and they all wanted way more than I was willing to pay. One call to Best Choice and Miss Gloria quoted me a price ordered the windshield and had it installed the next day. I am a highly satisfied customer and will always return for all my auto glass needs!

Had rear window replaced on Tahoe. Great price and quality work all done in a few hours. Called one day in advance to order window next day inserted. Very friendly customer service as well. Will recommend to all.

Not only LOW PRICE but the most experienced team!Gloria, WOW! AWESOME! This shop is family owned, the techs are super, they did my new windshield in the time mentioned, Gloria was very specific on the scope of the work being done, how long it would take, and the price, SOLID!This was an excellent experience bar none.I had originally called on Monday, Gloria gave me the quote, super pleasant, I told her I was thinking on coming in on Friday. So I called Gloria in the morning, she remembered my name, how cool. She said stop by at 11:30. So I had a question, I called and I was on hold and decided to bounce. Then the phone rang, it was Gloria, she called me back!!! Wow, who does that anymore, I'll tell you, Gloria does!! Got the info I needed and I was impressed! So...if you need auto glass replaced, don't stress, Gloria and the guys at BEST CHOICE AUTO GLASS will take care of it!! I will be returning, if not for glass replacement, then to stop by and say hello....

I just got my 2017 VW jetta.. and while traveling, a rock hit my windshield. I called around for quotes on windshields and everyone else wanted 300 or more. So I finally found best choice and they had good pricing. And they were able to squeeze me in on their busy day. Very good customer service! :)

Best Choice Auto Glass was the best! They were very professional and shared with us the process of replacing the glass and the care needed to be successful. Jose was very particular and cared about how well the job is done. I appreciated the care he took to do the job right. Thank you Gloria and A.J. for doing such a great job. I would bring back any of my cars and recommend all friends and family to come see Best Choice first.

Highly recommended. We had two Honda windshields replaced here, and they were fast with a great price. My new windshield is even tinted at the top for sunlight, which is a feature my last windshield did not have.

Today I needed my rearview mirror to be re-mounted, it had fallen off a while back. With no appointment, they took me right away. Best part was the friendly customer service, very inviting and professional. Not to mention the price was very affordable. In the future, if I need any windsheild or mirror repaired, this will be my GO TO PLACE.

Had a leak coming through my windshield and needed to replace it.After telling them about The leak they replaced it and told me that they had a warranty. As soon as I took it home it leaked again.Took it back and they told me that it wasn't the windshield as water came down from it.They told me to go to a body shop instead.This was all going on while it was raining.It was obviously leaking from my windshield and they didn't want to risk taking the windshield off and breaking it so they could properly reseal it. Had to stop at an auto zone and buy a winsheld sealer to get it to stop.Windsheild sealer and fifteen minutes of my time = ten dollarsnew leaking windshield poorly sealed and installed= 150 dollars.I lost moneyService: Auto windshield replacement

Some kids off of school broke into my truck and shattered my windows. After the police came and made a report I called around and every single company and businesss I called gave me the run around. Called best choice auto glass and had windows for my truck and didn't have to special order , which would take a while to get. Had me out of there in about half a hour. Best part is that they have great competative prices. I Definitely recommend Best choice auto glass.

The worst experience ever. They are liars. They took in my vehicle to fix my window. They took 2-3hours and didn t even fix it. They are a shop but they told me they had to buy a part. They then still didn t fix it. Told me they needed a whole day to keep and fix it. My window was left open because the inexperienced personnel they have don t know what they are doing.They broke my chrome handle and tried putting it back so we wouldn t notice. Then a week later my husband takes the panel off the door and discovers they have torn and made holes inside and didn t even mention anything to us. I spoke to the manager who was extremely rude including the woman they have for a secretary. She s no help and is extremely rude as well. I m currently in process of a law suit against all the damage they did to my vehicle. Will not recommend this shop to anyone. Watch your vehicle and what they do it because you may end up with holes in it without them disclosing anything to you.

I was riding around with no window for 3 months a stray dog jumped in my car and ate my tacos so i had to spend some money and get it fixed. I called other places in Pasadena and they were too expensive and wouldnt have the work i needed done in the same day. I called Gloria at Best Choice Auto Glass and she proved to me that they live up to their name this was the best possible choice. Everyone was charging 165-200 she charged me 108 and got the window for me in the same day!!! Next is my windshield and im coming here you should too!
