I came to this establishment in tears cause my trucks belt broke while picking up my husband from work across the road (An hour away from home) we thought just to get it towed home but they had the technician Ben and the parts to get us back on the road in 2 hours. Great customer service, communication was above and beyond...the price quoted was higher than the price they actually charged me and also cheaper than if I got it towed. I appreciate these guys so much...I'm a big baby and cry about everything but I left there in smiles...they have a new returning customer

Trying to charge me 700 dollars to weld a o2 sensor on that just needed to be welded back on went down the street 50 bucks later problem solved...these people here are insane

Carlos is an absolute angel, I came in with a check engine light on. They checked the code and talked me through what it all could of been. Super sweet and caring. Highly recommend if you want someone to actually care about you and your vehicle.

My daughter recommend them and this is my second visit. There are no surprises, because they will let you know everything that needs to be done and give you the total before they even start. If it's something that they do, they'll let you know. Some places will work on your car and fix things that weren't added and surprise you with the cost. I would recommend Bass & Meineke to anyone that needs car repair. This will be my go to spot from now on!

Had to have a valve replaced and a sensor replaced. Took it in early morning and it was ready by 3:00pm. The team there is incredible, friendly and informative. Will definitely recommend and go back!

Friendly staff and top notch mechanics. Service writers accurately identify vehicle problems without padding the bill with a bunch of needless work. I've sent several friends there, and all have been pleased with the quality and price.

This is a pic of my alignment AFTER I took it to bass and meineke..... causing my vehicle to drift to the right. Took it back for a warranty job and they gave me excuses about how the recent shocks and sway bar links I upgraded are the problem and they couldn't fix it. Took it to a different place and I'm riding straight again.... Wow looks like it wasn't my shocks and sway bar links. Also both times I took my vehicle to get the alignment at bass and meineke it took about 6 hours. The place that did it right it took 40 minutes. I think bass and meineke cares more about the fleet vehicles contracts they have parked all over the place than the everyday customer...

Randall at the service dept. helped me over a period of two to three weeks with tires for my travel trailer. Didn't take the trailer and did the tires one at a time. He note recipte that I would come to get them mounted. My dad and wife did the running back with no hassle. Thanks guys for the exceptional service and hassle customer care. Highly recommend!!!!

Do not waste your time here. On Fri 1/27/17 I went in to get an alignment. I waited 2 and half hours just for them to tell they couldn't do it. They drew up a $523.60 estimate telling me my lower ball joint and both outer tie rods needed to be replace. The next morning I took my truck to my regular mechanic. Had him double check and give me his opinion. He told me yes, the tie rods do need to be replace. But there was noting wrong with my ball joints. I was so infuriated that these people tried to screw me out of $500. I will never be going to this place again and I suggest if you do not want to be screwed out of you money. I say go somewhere else.

Service Advisor Carlos goes beyond his call of duty....he is totally awesome and is the best thing at Bass and Meineke in Pasadena!!!! Kudos to Carlos for all his help and great job!!!!UPDATE: 2/1/22 Carlos does it again!!!! He is just an expert in everything including customer service... he's the greatest!!! Thank you Carlos for all you do

A great family owned business, second generation owners Carry and Fran Bass are certainly carrying on the good family name. Kind friendly and HONEST auto parts store with an awesome mechanic shop!! From buying a fan belt to needing a major engine overhaul, they do things the right way, not the cheapest way.

To align my BMW X5, they said "40 min" took over an hour, and that's because they took time to test drive it back and forth before handing me the keys. ( places I've been never did that). They take Pride in there work, and get the job done right. I saw the hole thing and he did it proper. Great place to take your vehicle.

Bass and Meineke Complete Auto Care is a locally owned and operated family business established in 1958. All the automotive parts and accessories you'll ever need. Fast friendly service is what you'll receive everytime you stop in. Their service center has room for something like 14 vehicles. Service ranges the full spectrum. No job too small or large.The second generation of the Bass family works daily at making sure their business meets the highest standards possible (I stopped in today and found co-owner Cary Bass pushing a broom in the service center). DeDe Bass-Wright is daily managing the books.Next time you're in need of auto parts or repair try these folks, you'll be impressed.

At first I thought I was special, then I realized they treat everyone special. Honest, really knowledgeable, and have never overcharged me or did work that didn't need it looking for the problem. Always go here first. You will be glad you did.

The slowest and most incompetent service in the area. Get ready to be seated for an hour to be asked what you need so you get seated for another hour. Meanwhile your order wasnt processes then when it gets processed no one knows where it is then nobody wants to do it.

I have tried to use their service shop 3 different times and each time I have caught them trying to sale repairs that are not needed. The parts department are good and no complaints about them.

Labor is a bit expensive but the service was great, people are nice, and it's surprisingly clean. Comfortable waiting area as well

I only found this place because of my sister but the place looks kept up and professional services. I came from Katy, Tx, and I being looking for a good mechanic place.
