I never write reviews, this is my first time actually! But I had to for this! At first, I was unsure because I m a perfectionist and I was afraid my car was not going to ever look the same after the wreck.Second, I was scared Sam & his team, we re going to kick me out from all the times I called and visited to check on my car.Not only did they wash my car & detail it, but he went an extra mile to buff it and REPAINT an existing deep scratch on the side of my doors and on my trunk. Every time I visited they walked me through the process & what they were going to do, all his workers were super nice & hard working.It took some time because Sam also wanted to look like new, which means a lot!I m so happy I can t stop looking at my car. Thanks Sam & his team! I will definitely be recommending y all from now on.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Auto Collision Experts has been my go to shop for body work for as long as I can remember. Sam and Rosa took care of everything... towing, dealing with adjuster, insurance, made sure good quality parts were used, etc. I m very picky about my wife s 2010 Camaro so taking it here was an easy decision. Very much attention to the little details that matter to a car guy like me. The paint color is considered very difficult to match and they nailed it. So pleased with the entire process and how good the car looks. I m very impressed. Period. Thanks Sam! Thanks Rosa! I know I m a difficult customer and hard to please. Keep it up. I d definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to have their car painted/repaired. Here s some before and after pictures for those who may be skeptical.

Yesterday a dangerous hit and run driver hit my daughter s car by passing on the shoulder of the highway! Thankfully, the only damage was the mirror and housing. She drives that car to UH every day, and needed a repair ASAP. I called this shop because of high reviews and Saturday hours. The owner, Sam, found a replacement mirror right away and fixed it while I waited! His price was very fair, and the work was excellent! Thank you, Sam!Service: Body & Trim

They do not fix your car correctly. They return it to you with lights on when they received with no car lights on. Took them a month and a half to repair a bumper. Do not take your car there!! They do not give you any paperwork stating what they repaired or warranty for repairs done. They opened things that were in my car. When I received my car after a month later my ac was not blowing cold it felt like fan was on. Don t know why light on dashboard relating to something on front end and ac not cooling if it was taken in for damages to rear end!! Sam the owner stated he would pay for rental on car for days not covered but I have yet to receive the 460.56 yet. I also have an internal camera??? Please do not take your vehicles there for any repairs!!!!!!!

I've been using them for almost 30 years. Many of my cars, from accidents or scratch and dents. They are the best and extremely affordable.

*****update 3 years later took another vehicle of ours to Sam. Gave us some pricing options after doing his research on part prices for us. Fixed everything in about two weeks time And looked back to perfect again. Thank you!!! ****Sam was great during my time of need. He is efficient, reliable, made the process very easy and fast. Even detailed the inside of my car the best it has ever looked. Very pleased with his service and will continue to drive an hour to his shop anytime I need service on my vehicles.

Ask for Sam because during the after collision stress he's great and treats EVERY customer with respect as does his staff. I've had several repairs here ( unfortunately due to bad drivers ) and ive had every repair here in the past 15 years. Great Work and attention to Detail..Prices for other bodywork was affordable.

Very pleased and impressed with my car service! I had obtained two quotes elsewhere that said my car was unable to be repaired or too costly to fix. However, Sam was very kind, helpful, and honest. He was able to fix my car at an affordable price and within a timely manner (less than a week) considering the extensive and severe damage. The rest of the employees are also super friendly. Thank y'all so much! I highly recommend- they will not disappoint!

Would highly recommend Sam and his services to everyone I know. Sam was very helpful from the start, always communicated with me in a prompt fashion. Sam did everything to insure I was fully satisfied, and I surely was. He was able to fix my car exactly how I needed at a cost efficient price. Sam is so nice and awesome! He took care of my vehicle while on my lunch break and gave me a great deal! I plan to do business with him again in the future to get more work done on my car! Totally recommend!

Wow! Fantastic service! They charged half of what I was quoted at other shops. Dropped off on Saturday was back in my driveway by Tuesday looking like new. Highly recommended!

Sam is very easy to work with and his shop did an amazing job. Very pleased, I had never been in a wreck so someone making it go as smooth as possible really made things better! I highly recommend Auto Collison Experts! Not to mention my windshield was replaced and car detailed when I picked it up!

I just picked up my van and the work was amazing!! Great customer service! Fast but very thorough!! I totally recommend this shop!!! They even washed it b4 I picked it up!! Thanx to Sam and his crew I'm back in my VAN in a week's time!!!

This place is great. They really know how to treat their customers and keep them coming back. They even went out of there way and replaced the front windshield and detailed the entire car at no additional cost. I will get all of my body work done here from now on. Thanks Auto Collision Experts.

Very unprofessional. I never will use this shop again and will gladly write this review on how they treated me.I had a scratch/dent on my work van, they said it would take a few days and I was about to be off for the holidays, they said they would work on my van on the 22nd, half a day on the 24th and full day on the 26th. I called on the 26th and they couldn t finish the job because they took a extra day off, didn t call to notify me the delay of my van. Rosa told me it would take a few more days but I told her I couldn t do that because I need to work and to have my van, then it changed to we ll we just need a full day to finish up I said I really couldn t take off an extra day so I would have to come back. I was glad to come back and I understand the circumstances so she said she would have her guys work on a Sunday for the 6th. I called on the 5th to let her know I was able to drop it off the night before for them, she said she had to get back to me. Rosa calls me back to let me know that her repair guy went home early because he had a baby and won t be able to work on my van this weekend, (how does a shop have only one repair guy) and that I had to schedule a day during the week to finish the job, so the guys helping out on a Sunday was completely thrown out the window, the effort she put to fix her mistake was gone, even though she made a mistake AGAIN. I told her that I couldn t bring it back on a day she wanted for weeks, so I would be taking my van part and going elsewhere. Then she called me back to say her husband could work on it till midnight. Her effort was way too late and there is clearly a communication problem with her, her husband and employees. I also when to pick up my parts and they closed early on me even though I said I was coming to pick them up before they closed.

If you are looking for great people, military friendly, as well as just an all around customer service oriented experience. Then this is the place for you and where you want a be at. Very poor service . Poor communication. They NEVER answer the phone no matter what time you call them.I would have to drive all the way out to the shop when i don't reside on that side of town just to have any communication on my vehicle. Had my car for over a month and could NEVER promise me a completion Date. Jus continued to get the run around and say that it'll be ready in a couple of days. Finally I get a completion date n when I arrive there the day they say it's ready i arrive just to find my car not finished and on top of that the owner Sam of this establishment tried to fight me and call me out my name when I never once raised my voice, called him out his name, jus implied when you think my vehicle will be ready. I receive a call 2 days later saying my vehicle is ready just to go pick my car up and the quality of the work on my car is horrible. Paint splotches here n there.unpainted pieces jus aball around experience. I wouldn't refer this place to my worst enemy

They did a fantastic job on the repaint and body work. You can not tell there was damage on door with how well they blended it. They were really responsive when I called for an update
