My husband, Rusty, for a while, referred to this automotive shop as a "second home," with a very comfortable couch where he could doze off while waiting for our vehicles to be ready. I know that my husband can be very impatient at times and often forgets that he is not their only customer.Despite all of that, the dynamic duo Alex and Ralph go above and beyond for all the customers who walk through their doors. The front desk staff are always professional, friendly, and you feel a warm sense of family as everyone refers to clients on a first name basis whether it be your first or 50th visit.Considering their age, they are not only masters at their trade, but they understand the importance of community and keeping their clients happy. This small business isn't out to gauge single moms with no mechanical savy or, sell you things you don't need.These guys and the staff are always working no matter how hot or cold it is outside. They are not keeping your vehicle for ludicrous amounts of time and will try if possible to have your vehicle ready the same day. Understandably, this does not always happen and that is perfectly fine with us. Quality of work overrides quantity of hours spent ensuring hat my vehicle is both safe to drive and fully operational.

This was my first time coming here and I am so glad I did. Jose works in the front and has great customer service and answered all my questions. To be honest I was a bit worried at first since I have never been here and really didn't know what was wrong with my vehicle. They diagnosed the problem and have really great prices. I really recommend you come here and they do a little bit of everything. I brought my car in because the engine light was on. They fixed it and labor cost was cheap. I took my truck to this shop because it had such great reviews. I arrived and was greeted immediately by a mechanic and Raphael. He asked me some generic questions and ultimately decided on running a diagnostics. I left my truck there over night, while Raphael kept me updated and when I returned early the next day, the issue had been resolved and my truck was running smooth. These guys are not only fast but VERY reasonable on their pricing. Highly recommended!

I took my M5 in because of multiple warning lights and it turned out to be a bad throttle actuator $$$. They got us a really good price on new parts and charged us a fair price for labor. I probably would've spent more than double at the dealership. They also got my car fixed days ahead of schedule. One of the owners (Rafael) has worked on our vehicles in the past and we've always been happy with his work and felt like we were treated fairly. Definitely a good place to do business with, thanks again!

Apex has been a true life saver for me and my 2003 Montero. The staff @Spencer location are very nice and professional. They tell you expectations up front and provide a great value with their pricing. They don't try to overcharge or take advantage. They have serviced several things for me from spark plus replacement, alternator and fixing A/C among other things. Extremely pleased every time!Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair

Where to start??? Due to a string of circumstances, I am now a "Raphael" customer for life. This guy is amazing!!! I'm a recently widowed school librarian who works locally. I desperately needed a mechanic I could trust - and I found him!! I don't write reviews often - it takes an "above and beyond" work & personal ethic to impress me. But Raphael has exceeded that bar a million times over just in the last two months! He has my total trust and loyalty as a customer - there's just no words for those like him.Thank you Raphael!! Friendly, good work and they don't overcharge. They have replaced my catalytic converter when I didn't pass inspection performed elsewhere. They have repaired my a/c. They have mounted a tire I purchased elsewhere and rotated and balanced all 4. I am going to need additional repairs this year in order to pass inspection. I will be returning to these guys. I trust them.

If I can give these guys a -0 or just nothing I would. I don t recommend this place unless you already know what type of problem your vehicle have and you go and have that one particular part repaired. If you are looking for diagnostics of your vehicle then run away from this place. These guys don t know anything and will claim you need a part to solve your mechanical issues with your vehicle and end up not being the main problem and still charge you for that work. My vehicle stayed at this place for a year while these guys played a guessing game on my vehicle adding parts I didn t need and charging me. I got fed up after a $3000 dollar bill and had to tow my vehicle from here to a certified professional mechanics that don t charge a dime unless they repair your vehicle. Most of the positive reviews I m assuming are from family and friends. Fake! Remember only if you already know what s wrong with your vehicle no problem. No diagnostic. I m in the process of suing in small claims court because the repairs they did worsen my vehicle and reporting them to the BBB

Apex mechanics have been maintaining and making repairs, when necessary, on my 1997 diesel F350 for many years. I wouldn't take it to anyone else. These guys are honest, reliable and reasonably priced. They only sell you what your vehicle needs. I most highly recommend them.

The name changed but the service didn't. Recently had to have my battery changed here because Dodge decided to put their car batteries behind the front wheel well. This was one thing that I was capable of doing myself but now have to pay someone to do. Task was difficult since my battery was almost dead. Lol.

We went there to fix their water pipes(my fiance is a plumber) so we weren't there for our vehicle but I noticed the employees r very helpful & friendly w their customers.

I take my truck and my wife car there everytime I need something worked on or done to them. Always friendly service when I walk in and have my truck or car back the same day. Been going there for many years now and never a problem.

Worst place I would never return they charged me a $100 to supposedly fix the squeaking of my brakes but my brakes were even louder I brought it back they said it was something else that they didn't notice at first and charged me an additional $90 something dollars basically they got $200 dollars out of me because they didn't know what was the problem at first so I paid them to play the guessing game and they had no remorse
