They tried to pull a scam on my senior mother, then threatened my life when I confronted them. They provided 3 works orders for 3 completely different vehicles. She paid it because she feared the worst ad she won't sue, but I would AND I posses every bit of evidence to prove you are a scam. I have the ENTIRE situation recorded of Aamco employee , Jefferey Yates threatening my life.

They called and proceed to argue with my husband (a mechanic) about my car not starting for them. The same car that I drive on a daily basis. It just having a slight transmission issue. Then they left my driver s window down in a rainstorm. If you value your car like I do mine. Don t take it here. Find a shade tree mechanic

Brought my car in 2 weeks ago to have a second opinion for a transmission shifting issue I was having after being told I needed a new transmission. After looking it over they were able to find a bad solenoid causing my problems and ended up saving me a lot of money. Highly recommend this location, very fair and honest and a pleasure to deal with! My car has been driving great ever since and back to normal thanks to them!

Today i was having an issue where my rpms were running much higher than what they should have been for my speed. I only had $100 so i was hoping some new tansmission fluid would fix the problem. I started calling around and the cheapest quote i got was $256. Finally i got to AAMCO, and spoke to Marco. He told me the flat rate for a Transmission flush for my car is $400. He then said Bring it up there and let us take a look at the transmission as doing a transmission flush in certain circumstances can actually hurt my transmission. He said they will do that for free. So i did. Come to find out it wasnt even the transmission, it was a dirty throttle body. $120 and 45 minutes later and i was driving off. 5 star service at an affordable price.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement

I want to say AAMCO At 4210 Red Bluff road in Pasadena I Highly Recommend I went there yesterday to Have my car checked out And the manager Robb Took very Good care of me He was awesome and went out of his way to take care of me He explained everything to me and called around to get me the best prices for the parts I needed And they are very Reasonable on there labor . they where very honest with me about everything and they had my car fixed the same Day. Ask for Robb He sure will take of his customers. I was so happy When I left. So thank you Robb and The Mechanic That work on my Car. If you want honesty and a reasonable labor That the best place to go. Thanks again Robb

I have an electric car, a Prius, was told by another shop I needed a new battery for $3000. I took my car to AAMCO for a second opinion and I am so glad I did. After a thorough diagnostic all I needed was a battery fan. These guys are honest, professional and trustworthy. It's hard to find a good mechanic that you trust. I went in to check my ABS light and the diagnostic was free! The mechanic called me with the results and an estimate. If there was a lower grade I would give it to this place. Rip off. Took my car in for transmission repair and it still screwed up for months afterwards. Had to take it to another transmission shop and had them check it out and repair what Aamco did not. Friendly when you take your vehicle in but not so friendly after you pay them and find out you got ripped off. Would not recommend this place at all. But your choice to take the chance when taking it to this shop.

I went back to AAMCO for a second time nd not only did Vinny fix the problem I got it fixed for free I m telling you if you need anything done to your vehicle AAMCO is the place to go I promise you won t be disappointed

Jay and Lorne were fantastic help went in for and oil change and loud noise check they noticed the problem quickly and were prompt to deliver honest advice and a solution for a affordable price. Called several repair shops about servicing the transmission on my 1963 1/2 Galaxy 500 classic car.I decided to use AAMCO on Red Bluff in Pasadena, Tx. just by how they responded to my questions and a gut feeling about them. They assured me that they would do a diagnosis on my transmission and advise me of the cost of repair. I asked them to do a thorough review on the underside of the vehicle and to let me know if other things needed fixing. Josh called me back the same day and covered other repairs that were needed. He advised me of the additional cost and requested permission to start the repairs. He gave me an estimate for the total job and told me that they could complete the job within a week. True to their word they did a fantastic job with all the repairs. I am extremely happy with the service they provided. I am 71 years old and had not had this kind of service in a long time. Everyone in Josh's team gave me excellent and courteous service. My total respect for the way they manage their shop. I have other projects pending with other classic cars and will not hesitate in calling them.

I m totally satisfied with the work. They were able to repair in one day. The part itself was difficult to locate but they found faster than the dealership. They are honest and reliable this is what a customer looks for. Thank you!

Great people over here, the experience was great. I liked that they were very straightforward and not looking to rip people off, they are also very helpful with financing and are willing to work with you on the price. Overall great experience, will definitely be back for future transmission repairs and services.

I had a lot of trouble with my vehicle, and had paid multiple mechanics to try and get down to the root of my problem, and with one call, and 10 minutes of my time, my vehicle was ready to go and problems were erased! Not only did they have the best price out of all the mechanics I'd gone too, they were also the friendliest and the fasted. My anxiety has been relieved. Thank you so much AAMCO! These guys are badass legit came in at 5:30 they were able to diagnose my vehicle and gave me a really great price for repairs. I even priced checked them with other repair shops in the area before giving them the go ahead. Not only they took me in 30 mins before closing but also offered me and my son a ride home. They even came to my house to pick me up whenever the repairs were completed. I highly recommend this shop the crew and owner is truly one of a kind!!!Service: Air conditioning

Best customer service from the start to the end! From the first time I called, they fit me into the schedule to get a quote within the next days. My car was really messed up (from a previous mechanic) and they took the time to show me which parts would need to be fixed/repaired. The owner gave me a ride to my job that day and explained more in detail how he runs his shop. Decided to do the repairs on my car with them and they did not take long with the service and even waited on me to pick up my car a little past their closing time. Sent my truck here for engine problems, Jay was very attentive the whole time. I was given updates regarding where they were in the process and cost I would highly recommend allowing them to service your vehicle if you have any problems! This is the second time we ve used them and each time it s been excellent customer service! Even though my vehicle wasn t able to be fixed (not there fault). Jay and his team were professional, honest, quick, and affordable. I had several services that needed to be done on my car and AAMCO quoted me the most competitive pricing (compared to 5 other shops in the Pasadena/Pearland area). Turnover time was fast, especially when I asked for a last minute rotor change. They were able to accommodate all my needs and I am very satisfied with their service. After dealing with multiple disasters vendors endorsed by my credit card company, I came to AAMCO in need of repairs on my 2015 Chevy Tahoe. I immediately encountered Josh and haven t looked back. Being a woman who handles her car repairs alone and is knowledgeable about the cost of repairs and labor from being raised as an only child to a car enthusiast who just recently passed, I m not easily taken advantage of. With Josh this was never even a concern. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and interested in saving his customers money first. David was extremely knowledgeable and educated me on how to prevent future issues with my vehicle. The team did a full diagnostics on my transmission and also checked other services. It is always nice going to a place that is knowledgeable about their services and aren t in the business just for the money. I went to other shops that charged over $400 to fix an issue that wasn t an issue. David truly cares about his customers and make sure each customer is properly educated on their vehicle. I def will recommend anyone to this location even though it is 25+ miles from me!

Jay and Chad were very professional and helpful with multiple issues my Ford Explorer had. Jay called, being super communicative, informing us on issues with the car and repairs needed to ensure it s overall performance. The vehicle went in, towed by AAMCO, and each day they worked to fix the battery, a fuel pump, and numerous issues to get the vehicle running. They went above and beyond to help us and were very cordial. I highly recommend them and will be going back.

The Red Bluff location is a clean and comfortable facility & environment.Aaron and his team have provided a reliable transmission replacement on a 2010 GMC Terrain with a great warranty & other services on my 2018 Ford F250 & 2004 Toyota Tacoma. I called and spoke with Aaron. He was able to get my truck checked out quickly. My truck needed a new transmission, they rebuilt my transmission at a reasonable price and Aaron kept me up-to-date through the entire process. I highly recommend!

Great experience with the company, been working with them for years and i've never been disappointed with their service. They had my engine out in 2hrs and after getting it fixed my car sounds better than when it was new. Anthony and the team were great.
