I came in for a transmission flush the service was excellent. Chris my advisor was friendly and informative. The shop had a clean and welcoming environment. I had appointment and they got to my service promptly and had it done in the time promised. I have come to this shop a couple of times and it has consistently been a pleasant experience. I would recommend this shop to any who needs it .

Chris Parrish, took my call, scheduled an appointment for first available service ... no fuss no mess. Just what do you need, well let me look at it, they inspected my van quickly and professionally. A Plus Transmission, helped me with my PM and it was painless. The facility is clean ... Overall a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company if you have any transmission needs.

Today I visited A+ Transmission specialist and they treated me very well. They did a free vehicle diagnostic on my transmission to make sure everything was good and the customer service was great. I came to get my transmission fluid changed and I will definitely come back again for future services.

Chris and his team have done a fantastic job anytime I ve had to have my transmission worked on! They have gone above and beyond what was required to get the job done, and Chris has explained any issues in great detail to make sure any questions I had were answered. I will be going back to A Plus Transmission with any future issues I may have.

If I could give this place 10 STARS I would. I have been through the worst with other shops here in Houston with my vehicle and Chris took care of everything and helped me understand exactly what was going on from beginning to end. I m sooo happy to have my truck back and driving wonderfully after being without it for months. This is the place to go to!!! You won t be disappointed!!

Chris is amazing and super helpful. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my transmission. He was honest and kept me updated with all the work. He was kind of enough to work with me on my payments. I would recommend this shop to all of my friends and family.

Wow this place was a recommendation from a place where I get my oil changed. I was really impressed how from the very first phone call all the way until the end it was super classy. When I arrived for my appointment the first thing I noticed is the inviting atmosphere and the super clean shop even in the garage it just looked immaculate. Chris Parrish is the manager and he will look you in the eye and treat you right. It is very hard to find this level of courtesy, integrity, and knowledge so I would highly recommend A+ transmission to any and all!!

Chris was great to work with. He diagnosed and repaired the 10r80 transmission on my daughter's truck. The work was completed sooner than expected. Great overall experience dealing with A Plus transmission. Definitely recommended!

Shout out to Chris he was very professional. I went in for transmission slipping and figured that I needed new transmission fluid and a flush. The tech test drove it and they were very honest with me. It was the transmission but flushing it would not help it. They let me know it was still under warranty and needed to take it to the dealership. They could have still performed the transmission flush service but they were so honest to state that would not fix the problem. Thank you Chris. I have a wiring issue with my 05 Silverado.. talked to Chris about it an they checked it out even tho they don't do electrical work there he took a look at it an pointed me in the right direction appreciate that a lot!!

It is truly an amazing service I ever received, complete diagnostic for my 2018 Subaru forester. My vehicle made loud-noisy sound when driving. I searched Google and it might cost up to $4k to fix. After talking with Chris, he encouraged me to check in to make sure that is transmission problem. The issue is my bearing. They took time to help me out without charging any fee as Chris promised. Thanks Chris for his excellent and professional service. He is the man of his word, towed the car and had the car checked out without charging any fee. Excellent place and would recommend it to family and friends as top choice to stop by for any transmission issue. Thanks Chris for great service.

I brought my Hummer here to get a transmission fluid change and add a larger external cooler. I will be putting on a larger lift in the next few weeks and with bigger tires I was recommended here by 4-Wheel Parts to get some needed upgrades. I was pleased with the attentiveness and customer service Chris provided. I look forward to doing business with A Plus in the future!

Chris and his boys went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience. I brought my car in today to get my transmission fluid replaced. Due to circumstances outside their control, it took longer than planned, but that didn't stop them from making sure I left there with a smile on my face. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get any work on their transmission done.

Brought my 2012 cadillac cts performance for a transmission fluid and filter change. The all around experience was excellent. From being greeted to the honesty when it comes to the diagnostics on the car. Chris was welcoming from the phone call setting up the appointment to me walking in.
