DO NOT GO HERE!!! The original owner did a good job but since he passed away whoever took it over is not trustworthy. They told my husband he needed a new radiator which was a complete lie, then today he discovered they never replaced the cabin filter they charged him for last time. They literally took out the filter and didn't put ANY filter back!!! The original owner is probably turning in his grave and the worst part is I think his son took over the shop. Shame on you!!!

The owner is honest and knowledgeable. Reasonable prices. I have taken both my cars there for repairs and been pleased with the service. Recommended this place to family and friends for car repairs.

Quoted a price ... it was on the high side of the quote, BUT within the range quoted. No unexpected additional charges. The required repairs were done correctly and within the time quoted. I have no problems highly recommending them and will be using them again!

I came here a month ago to have them diagnose if my AC compressor had refigerant in the system because it wasn't working properly. I don't have manifold gauges at home so I couldn't do it and refigerant is pretty harmful, so I wanted a certified mechanic to check it out.They recharged it (which is nice, i didn't expect them to) but they then told me that my alternator was bad and wasn't charging the battery. I've driven the car for 1k miles and did not at all have a low-battery light on my dashboard, so this seemed wrong. Further, they told me that its urgent and I should go to another shop to get it fixed. I have a multimeter at home and confirmed with it that the alternator was not bad and that the battery was being charged.I'm rating 3 stars because (a) they recharged AC system when I didn't expect them to and (b) they did refer me to another shop for a suspected electrical problem because they mentioned they don't have expertise there. However, they still told me that the alternator wasn't charging the battery when a simple multimeter test confirmed otherwise. They're good people, but morale of the story: Always confirm what they tell you or get a second opinion.

The honesty, professionalism and quality here are top notch. I have been a customer for the last 4 years and cannot praise this business enough. I always recommend them to anyone in need of services. Great trustworthy company to do business with.

Went in for a four wheel alignment and told them the issue was it pulling to the right, was charged $120 took about an hour. Guy came in and said the truck was done, got in the truck and drove about a mile down the road, truck was doing the exact thing I took it in for. Took it back gave me the run around and said oh sorry we will align it again, waited another 45 mins and the truck was done and I was told it was fixed properly this time. Once I drove off it is doing the exact same thing I called and guy basically said it is what it is we did everything we could. Terrible way to run a business would not recommend.

Visited first time, awesome. Was told he assist a lot of teachers and he totally took care of me.Would never want to destroy any business. Sorry if caused any problems.I know nothing of cars and battery was needed.God says what is done in the dark (window) will come to the light.Be Blessed.Everyone deserves second chance.

Unfortunate review to all Dark Tint vehicle peeps Do Not go here to get vehicle inspection. I m not from TX so I really didn t know window tint had anything to do with passing or failing inspection..legal or illegal tint w/cops of course, we know what we putting on our vehicles, so shame on me for not doing homework on inspections. But shame on this business for taking my money knowing right off the bat it was going to fail..but money comes n goes no big deal what I m really pissed about is you drove my vehicle, drove it out of business parking lot into street traffic putting my truck and your business at risk of accident. $100k vehicle but even if it cost $5 its a tremendous risk to drive a vehicle off lot knowing you will fail it easy $25 but could ve turned into unnecessary bull for us all but especially customer and all for $25 just not right & unnecessary. Would it hurt you to be honest n say it won t pass take your biz elsewhere. Don t put hard earned money vehicles at risk like that. But you do you however dark us tinted peeps want to roll, will do us do your homework people ask around lots a places will pass dark tint vehicles. Other than that I don t know how good of service this place is try it out give em your money but I won t.

Was my second time going there. The first I got oil changes for both my vehicles. Best Take 5 price and mileage warranties. The second time got inspections and oil changes. Vehicles were driven off property without notice or permission. When I inquired of why my truck was being driving off the property I was told for the road test. I responded you should inform customers of the need to drive their vehicles off the property. I have never before had any inspector to drive the vehicle off the property. The truck failed because of windshield wiper blades and front tires. My problem is I waited for the inspector to tell me if I needed any additional parts. When he started the oil change I walked to Auto Zone to purchase a air filter. I could have purchased the wiper blades then. I will continue to do oil changes, but not inspections. Poor customer service.Service: Oil change

Good mom and pop sort of mechanic shop. Fair prices for the most part, very affordable for oil changes. This is my local go to.

Was charged $41 for a simple oil change when I was told it was $19.99 for oil change. The employees should imply the price before the repairs not after it s done and when you re checking out And then lie on top of it. I paid for it . Not the problem but the problem is the employees and this business. Will never return. And neither should you!Service: Oil change

I have had several issues with my late model diesel truck over the last year. On each occasion, the staff has taken the time to explain what and why the issues have occurred and things that can be done to resolve it. The manager was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. At first some of the pricing seemed steep BUT you do get what you pay for. All and all, they have proven to be my go to shop when I need work done.

I've gone to Raul and his people a few times and always receive great service! I recently had some work done for my car and was very pleased! The guys did a great job and Raul does a great job explaining exactly what is wrong and what they will do to fix it. Definitely recommend these guys!

I was almost charged $1,990 for a full break replacement and calibers at another shop. I called Raul and he was very responsive and helpful over the phone (which rarely is the case when calling auto shops). They concluded that half of the items the other shop wanted to repair/replace didn't need to happen. I ended up paying around $580 in the end. They don't BS you here.Service: Brakes

Stumbled upon these guys for an oil change this year, they noticed several maintenance issues that were legitimate given the hard use and 110K on the car, but no one else had ever pointed out to me. Gave me honest and fair quotes but were not pushy when I said not right now. I went back to have brake pads and rotors replaced on their recommendation *and could hear them going out* and once again, quick, honest and good work. No nonsense, good sense of humor. Definitely recommend.

Rated there other location with five stars as well. Great prices on oil changes and a local repair shop with integrity that has been in business for 17 years. They have a new manager, Justin, who is very knowledgeable and excellent auto techs.

I skipped out on a free state inspection from down the street to come here. I've been going to A Autoworks for about 3 years and this place is amazing. Great customer service and they are fast, greeted before I can get into the office and I was in and out for my state inspected before I could finish 2 games of candy crush.Thank you guys for running your business the way you do.

I went to a Autoworks to have inspection done. I have been going to them for the last 7 years and I'm very pleased with the service. Raul took care of me this year.My car passed the first part of the inspection; lights, horn, blinkers, and brakes. My car failed the second part of the inspection with the reading of the exhaust emissions. Apparently my computer was down and Raul's computer could not read mine neither could Austin. Raul told me where to go to get it fixed. The dealer or an Electronics shop.My mechanic looked at it and reset my system. I brought it back and it passed inspection.Raul could have charged me for half of that inspection but he didn't. He waited so I brought it back again then I was charged. He was polite and professional all the way.

This auto shop prices are reasonable compared to others I've visited. The manager Sean is very knowledgeable & worked for the company many years. His crew, at various times, have done oil changes, replaced brakes, fuel system flush, & inspection on my vehicle.

Well I have never had a problem and have used them a few times. But I had three things that where undone and my engine light came on 10 miles later after a simple oil change! The guy was all over the place. Looking around my car. Be careful and mindful of people. Guess he was to busy working on the other car.

Place is a RIP off. Have been to this place for an oil change told me I needed a belt replaced. They were going to charge me $250 Took it to my regular mechanic and paid$ 45 parts and labor. Went in today paid $50 for them to NOT align it tell me I need $525 worth of work done. I'm getting it repaired elsewhere for $240 parts and labor..

Paid for an brake inspection, and right after as I drove away I heard scraping sounds I have never heard before in the 4 years I ve had this car. Scraping sounds that just got louder and louder all the way home.

This is a really great place to go to! They are straight to the point about anything wrong with your car. I also like there location, if you have to wait you can always walk to a nearby restaurant and eat while you are waiting. There mechanics are very effective at there jobs!

awesome!this is my 3rd time here! (different vehicles and services) this time i brought in my Mazda tribute for a coolant flush and started talking to the older gentleman about my Honda. has a maintenance required light and how oriellys told me it was a code about my transmission. he said they were waaay off. told me to bring in my Honda and he'd show me it was just needing a simple inexpensive oil change! thanks for saving me a heart attack and my pocket book!
