I would give them 1000 stars if I could! I cannot recommend them enough! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Rick is the one who handled our service and Glen the general manager covered the cost of our deductible and the cost of our drainage and recharging of our a/c system. I mean who does that? If you are looking for a vehicle and your hang up is service then look no further and visit toyota of Paris today!Services: Auto A/C recharge, Auto A/C replacement, Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

Scheduled a service appointment online. Traveled 2 hours to the appointment and was told we were not on their schedule and that the online system is not reliable. They were not able assist us and asked us to return on a weekday.

I set an appointment and they were able to get me in early. However it was an hour and 20 minutes to get an oil change. Found a problem with the ac and they are fixing it under warranty. Service department is very friendly and helpful. There are coupons on their website for services. It is worth the drive.

Got new tires and oil change. Tires are outrageous in price but they beat the nextdoor price a little. I would have rated 5 stars but it seemed like I waited in the lobby for half the day.

Staff not as friendly and paid $30.00 more for my oil change. Usually pay about 60.00 but paid $93.00 last oil change.
