The buying experience was great as always. I called Clint McMillan and we basically made the deal over the phone. The only thing that had to do was test drive and talk with the finance manager. This is the 3rd Tundra that I have owned and the second that I have bought from Clint.He is the best salesman that I have ever dealt with and you should be ecstatic that he works for you. i recommend him to anyone looking for a new truck or automobile.

Great place. Vehicle 4 purchased from them. Great service friendly and upfront. Stacy was knowledgeable about the truck. Fair price for the trade in. Just watch out for Will. No just kidding, he did a great job as well. Go visit them and see for yourself.

This dealership is the best in North Texas. I spent 3 days looking for the right truck. Visited 4 different dealerships. Every dealership had a different approach to trying to sell me something I did not want. When I finally settled on a vehicle, it was all about price. I could not beat prices in Paris. Could not find better customer service anywhere in North Texas either. There was no haggling. No hidden fees. Shawn had all the paperwork done when we arrived. He offered to deliver it as well if we needed it. Top notch customer service all around from this dealership. They have earned business for a long time. About 75min, a few handshakes and some signatures, exchange money and keys to my truck. Easiest buying experience I've ever had. Go see Shawn.

Toyota of Paris made purchasing a car fun! They were our first stop, Clint McMillan found exactly what I was looking for. I seriously did not want an "impulse buy" so we went to several other dealers in Paris to see what was available. After being pressured to drive a vehicle we were not even interested in, we turned around and bought the Toyota! Toyota of Paris has the inventory to find exactly what you need, and the sales staff to ensure your needs are met. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we truly appreciate all you did for us. Our driveway has never looked better.

Great overall experience. I looked at several dealerships, talked to a few. Stacey McCleskey was excellent to work with. She sent me various vehicles, stayed in touch, but wasn't pushy. I could of bought the same vehicle elsewhere; but chose Stacey and Toyota of Paris because i felt she earned the business. Job well done!

Staff made everything as simple as possible. Stacey was awesome, anticipating what we would need before we even knew it. She answered every question and worked to provide everything we needed. Made a long process (buying a car always is) better.

Personnel were welcoming and friendly. Service was completed as expected. Premium cost of a dealership oil change did not come with premium service. Quick Lube is less expensive and typically washes windows and vacuums carpets.

Everything was great! I was able to do a lot of the communication and stuff over the phone and it saved time not having to spend all day in the dealership. Especially when it came to my trade. Shawn Burns was a great help.

I bought my RAV4 at the Paris location 5 1/2 years ago & have returned there every 5000 mi for maintenance of this vehicle. I have always been taken care of with superb kindness & efficiency! Everyone there is very knowledgeable & helpful. Thank you Paris Toyota! You re the best!!!

By far the best salesman and sales manager Ive ever dealt with!! Robert No Hassle Castle performed his job flawlessly, with respect and integrity. The sales manager worked for me for a nice change!!! That doesnt happen 95% of the time. So hats off to Paris Toyota for making buying a new car exciting!!!! Best dealer ive ever worked with including the finance guy!!!!!

We drove over an hour to test drive a few cars and it was a great experience. Stacey was honest and didn t push me as I sat there for about an hour going back and forth between 2 different vehicles. Everyone was patient and it was such an easy process for something that I squally fee overwhelmed with. In the end I drove off with a car I love and assurance that I can go back in the future for any vehicles my family needs.

We took our Toyota Camry in for service yesterday and were amazed at how quickly Gracie worked with the service department. Gracie was able to get us in and out in about 25 minutes without an appointment. She and Robert (head of service) are always happy and helpful to take care of our needs.Thank you Gracie.

Robert Castle is an excellent salesman . Very helpful and went above and beyond to take care of us. Financial manager Joseph Liggins was rude. Tried to make me take out a warranty on a used car that I repeatedly told him I did not want. Also told me that my mechanic wasn t capable of servicing and working on my car if needed because not just anyone was qualified to work on a Toyota and that I could not afford it. Not going to let one rotten apple keep me shopping at Toyota of Paris in the future though. The dealership itself is great. Thank you!

Toyota of Paris has a customer for life. After having not great experiences with big metroplex dealerships, we found our way to Toyota of Paris. Our salesman, Clint McMillan, took great care of us and got us into the perfect vehicle with absolutely no hassle. We'll definitely be back. Check them out and ask for Clint!!

I have been a long time Toyota driver and have yet to find a better dealer than Toyota of Paris. Clint McMillan has serviced my family for years and will continue to for years to come. He is always prompt with his communication, he pays attention to the details and ultimately make sure that you are getting exactly what you want and can afford. Even though I do not live in Paris and there are a lot of dealerships to choose from I choose to continue to refer people here because of Clint and his team.

Recently took delivery of a 2023 GR Corolla. This was all made possible thanks to the wonderful people at Toyota of Paris.I have been daily driving a 2016 WRX since 2019. Had hopes Subaru would bring back the hatchback body style with the new generation that I could upgrade to. Sadly the current gen WRX is still sedan only. Been following the GR Corolla ever since I saw teasers for it back in December 2021. It ticked all the boxes I would want in a daily driver, the biggest being it is a hatchback. Since this is a low production model, being able to get one would definitely be challenging.One morning I was checking Toyota's inventory website. Saw that this dealership was just allocated a GRC. Called once they opened and spoke with Shawn Burns. He was quick to get me their full pricing for the car. I felt their pricing was pretty fair, considering the market conditions for a GRC. Unlike most of the Texas dealers I've contacted, there was no ridiculous $5-20k ADM, nor were they overcharging an insane amount for their dealer add-on of window tints/nitrogen tires.From putting my deposit to taking delivery of the car, Shawn has been amazing. He kept me updated on the status on the car every step of the way and was quick to answer any of my questions. Joseph was prompt with all the financing paperwork and everything was done in an hour. All of this was done remotely, from the comfort of my home in College Station. They were even able to deliver the car to me, despite living over 250 miles away from their dealership.My overall experience car buying experience at Toyota of Paris has been nothing but a smooth and stress free process. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a car purchase to go and check them out!

I would like to state how impressed I was with the service department at Toyota of Paris regarding my new Toyota. They were the bomb. I want to state right here that I did not buy my new Toyota from them. I bought it from Classic Toyota in Tyler Texas which has lousy service.My appointment in Paris was on time and very prompt. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less.My time is very important to me and I will NEVER take my car anywhere else to be serviced.My only regret is that I wish I had bought my new car from Toyota of Paris!!!!Robert, the service department manager and everyone else in this department were awesome to say the least.Thank you all for a very pleasant experience.Looking forward to doing business again with you.

Got my tundra service and recalls looked at, Lakika was wonderful, she is always polite and helpful. She seems to always be in good spirits, and she is great at what she does. Don t hesitate to go to the service department and let her help!!!!

I fell behind on servicing my 2008 Corolla and have been playing catch up for the past few months. Toyota of Paris service people are excellent at helping me choose the most important things that need doing. They also offer the option of financing repairs. My son in law mentioned how happy he is with both of the Toyotas they drive and that using Toyota service for oil changes, they never fall behind on required maintenance. That little conversation made me think about how long it had been since I had my oil changed at my dealership instead of a quickie place. I'm 74 and my daddy told me many years ago that if I kept up with maintenance my car would last forever. Of course he was right!

Robert the sales guy went above and way beyond the call!!! We left a very expensive tool in our car and he searched until he got to the bottom of it!!We got it back!!!!!! We also had other good experiences.I wanted to add that last time I came in for service my appointment wasn t correct and I had driven 50 minutes to get there. But.., Grace QUICKLY made it right for me! And I went again and received another service but my daughter was very disturbed by the tv so GRACE AGAIN .., fixed it!!!!!!
