We were traveling to Oklahoma for New Year s Eve and our alternator went out. Another place in town turned us away because it was close to closing time, but not Stephen s!! They stayed late and fixed us up. I can t tell you how much we appreciate you guys. We were hours away from home and you guys helped make our trip. We appreciate you very much!! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!!

We own 2 F250 trucks and we had to replace the transmission on one and then a week later the suspension needed work on the other.Stephen's was extremely responsive and had the new transmission in and ready to go in less than a week.The suspension issue happened on the weekend and they answered my late night text AND let us tow the truck directly to their shop.They diagnosed the issues on each and called us ASAP to discuss the issue, price to fix, and timeframe before they started any work.I will continue to bring our trucks to this location.

Made a appointment to have a manifold stud fixed and gasket replaced and they said they would have it done same day and they did! Very professional and good work! Highly recommend!

Will recommend this place to anyone!! Only shop in 50 miles that could help me during my emergency, they fit me in their busy schedule and fixed my alternator so I wasn t stranded away from home. Excellent customer service and care!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Amazing customer service! My husband took my car to them and Harvey was so nice and helpful. He made sure to inform us about everything that was going on and he explained everything to us. The mechanic did a outstanding job. Everyone there knows what they are doing. We for sure will be back in the future.

Went out of their way to get my son s truck finished the same day & met me on a Saturday morning to give it back. Reasonable price, too (less than I thought it would be). Very good customer service & friendly even though I could tell they were slammed with work to be done. Finding a good mechanic that 1) gets it done right, 2) for a reasonable price, 3) on time and with a smile of appreciation for having you as a customer is hard to find sometimes. Stephens exceeded my expectations & that s not easy to do.

The most amazing employees, customer service, prices, and level of excellence I have ever seen at an automotive shop. My family and I were just passing through Paris, TX when we started experiencing car trouble. We still liked four hours from being home and thought we were going to be stranded. However, we called this place and were seen in less than 30minutes. The staff invited my one year old, wife, and myself to stay in their A/C office while they worked on our car. They worked with diligence to get our car up and running again, all for an excellent price. Also we were given frequent updates and educated on the process of our car being fixed. We were up and running in no time and were able to get back on the road. We even received a call later that evening from this place just making sure we made it back home safe. These people are a blessing and a God-send! If you live in or around Paris, TX or if you are just passing through this is the place to go for your automotive needs!!!

Brought in my old Buick that was running rough that I inherited from my dad and they had it running smoothly within a week. Harvey was friendly and helpful but the real hero is the auto mechanic TS. My dads Buick is running better than ever. They replaced the valve cover gasket and fixed multiple vacuum hose leaks. They also installed the battery. Thanks guys, your help is greatly appreciated.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were headed home from Broken Bow when my battery light came on. I drove into Paris and headed to the nearest Chevy service center. The sevice rep tested it and told me it was the alternator. But they were really backed up and suggested Stephen's Automotive right down the street. How lucky for us that they did. Harvey and his mechanics were absolute lifesavers, not to mention the nicest people. They had my alternator replaced within the hour and we were back on way home. I really wish they were closer to us (we live 2 hrs from Paris). This would be my go to spot from now on if we did.Service: Battery

Very nice people but the mechanic work needs to be processed with a licensed mechanic. They completely misdiagnosed my car and they even hooked it up to the computer, then when they thought they knew what it was they told me the issue was caused by my key fob being broken and said they was gonna charge my 453 for new key fob for my car. So I went and got my car from them and ended up going to Toyota to buy a new key and it wasn t much cheaper it was $345 and that still did not fix my issue. So I ve wasted money on my car Bc I listened to what they told me cause I thought they was right I thought they was real mechanics. So I m still driving around with my gauges in my dash acting up they didn t even look more into it. I m stuck with the way my car is acting until I get some more money to go order a part that I THINK it could be and hopefully that fixes the issue.

There is nothing better than piece of mind when looking for a place to get repairs done to your vehicle. I live all the way in Valliant Oklahoma and have found piece of mind in Paris Texas. Stephen's Automotive and Diesel Repair is definitely a winner. The first time I had a whining noise and brought them a new AC compressor to install, within 5 minutes they found out it wasn't my Compressor it was only the Tensioner that needed replacement. They did not let me get unnecessary repairs done just to make money. What they did get was a repeat customer. They are very fair and do great work. My car and wallet are happy

Worst place to take your care total rip off my care was sent back and forth 4 times within 6 months paying total $3000 just to end up putting a new motor end up having metal shavings from them pulling apart parts on and off

my car was in shop for two weeks, they kept telling me they couldn't find any thing wrong, try ed to tell them what was wrong, finely they put it on the machine to fine out what was wrong with it. They took to long I had to keep calling, never has that problem before.

I wouldn't recommend ANY other repair place in Paris, TX! These automechanics do not take advantage of women and they go above and beyond what is expected for the customer. Very good prices and quality work. Jacob is an outstanding automechanic that works there and helped me fix my chevy! After my experience there, I'll never go anywhere else for my truck!! GO HERE FOR YOUR AUTONECHANIC NEEDS, YOU WILL GET TREATED LIKE FAMILY!!
