Some say there is no good customer service anymore, well if you are looking for service on an RV/Trailer or parts let me tell you customer service is still Spencers #1 priority. This man has saved me on more than one occasion. If I have any issues or questions, all I have to do is call Mr Spencer and I am taken care of. I will always be a loyal customer to him and his crew. THANK YOU!!!!

Brought in a used camper for an issue, took time to explain A LOT about the rig. Ended up wasn t a trailer issue but the truck brake controller had an issue.

Can t say enough about these guys. We committed to ordering a camper with a big dealer chain, but then found the same unit for 4K cheaper at Spencer s. Family owned, so thorough before and AFTER the sale. I can literally text the owner and his son questions. The nicest people and a great experience. Justin Miller.

Safe place to spend a night. No showers. Level sites. A bit too plain for the $30/night fee. But not much choice near Paris.

I called 3 minutes before they closed on a Saturday (on a holiday weekend) and he didn t rush me at all. Even stayed open to wait while I rushed out to buy an electric cord. Super customer service!Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Ice storm buildup on trees fell and busted my sewage line. Spencer's had several of all configurations, fixed me up in less than 15 minutes. Very nice people to do business with.

We called him very last minute to see if he could fit us in for a trailer inspection. He was so friendly on the phone and as soon as we drove up, he walked out to greet us. Amazing customer service! He was quick and polite. Thank you so much. You saved us from having to drive 15 miles in the opposite direction. We will definitely be using him for future travel trailer needs!

Very knowledgeable staff especially over the phone in the parts department.Was able to email pictures of what I needed to see if he had them in stock. Went 40 mile out of my way just for a roof vent.Highly recommended.Small to medium lot for parking but the road they are off of does not have a lot of traffic.Follow Google maps closely, I missed the turn going south bound.

I am sorry, but the owner does not stands behind the workmanship.The job was promised to be done in little over the week, it took them almost 1 month to be done. At pickup time, I have seen that the floor was not done right, but I had no choice but to accept the repairs as is, since it was time to take my long time planned trip.Even later more faulty craftsmanship start showing up. Mistakes happen, but as an owner of the business you need to be fair and recognize that your employee didn t do good job and honor warranty. I have even offer to pay for the materials, as long they re-do the work. It was not accepted.Past that, this little store has plenty of parts, and its staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

We experienced an urgent need for a critical part (an adaptor for our 5th wheel hitch) and Spencer s was the only place in an 60-mile radius that had one in stock. John (the owner) held the part for us based on our word that we were headed his way to pick it up. He was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure we purchased something that would work for us. Thanks, John! :)

Called and spoke to John Mark at Spencer s RV Repair. During the night I had a limb fall and break my skylight over the bathroom and water was leaking in. He checked his inventory, and what a surprise, thought he had one in stock. I finally make it over to him, and every repair bay was filled up. It s still raining outside and he climbs up there and puts a cover over the top and says if it stops raining he will have a look at it. He calls me a few hours later telling me, to come pick it up, it s ready to go! He also checked the roof for tears, and pin holes from the limb. He made the necessary repairs as well. I don t know many places that could provide the service that I received there today, I brought my fifth wheel in at close to 11:15 am. They were completely full, no bays even open, and they managed to not only have the part in stock, but had it ready to go in less than 5 hours. Highly recommend!!!

I have been here for over 1 year now. I really enjoy it. Some people have been here longer than I have. Everyone is so very nice. Very little if any mosquito, ticks, etc. Reasonable pricing. Best around in my opinion. Concrete pads, staff, and store if needed for RV. And covered storage for RV.

On a holiday weekend I had an issue with my AC while staying near here. When I called he thought he had the part but was closing before I could get there. He stayed open late to allow me to get to the shop. It turned out my Dometic AC had the opposite fan from all the ones he had in stock. So he was willing to forward me to his largest competitor in the area in order to get the part.He did have a used shroud that fit my A/C that they sold me at a decent price.

A really nice RV Park located just north of Paris Tx. Has concrete spaces for parking RV on with mostly pull-through spots. Assisted a gentleman to move his RV here and it was a pleasant experience. Hubby said he wouldn't mind living in our RV there yet, I enjoy the bigger space we have in our mobile home. There is storage there as well for RVs and smaller units. Next to it is a repair shop that works on RVs as well.

Had a new roof installed with some miscellaneous repairs. John promptly informed mw when my input was needed. My RV was completed on time and his rates were very reasonable. I will not hesitate to trust him again for any future service or repairs.

We are very pleased with Spencer's RV Repair Service. Since we are not familiar with Paris, we had no idea where to go for repairs. I choose to believe that God sent us to Spencer's RV Repair. They worked hard, on the spot, to fix our problem so we would not have to spend a night in a motel. They were professional and informative. The financial charge was less than I expected. They have my business when I am in this area. Thank you, John and Jason.

Excellent customer service! John Mark goes out of his way to help. We are RV newbies, and he made sure we knew how to install the parts we got, and he helped diagnose the plumbing issue we had. Now everything works like it should!

I had what I considered to be a very unreasonable request. Oh I needed to have a second AC unit installed in my coach the same day that I arrived they accommodated me. If this had been Camping World or a Gander Outdoor RV they would ve had my coach until December. John is really cool to work with.Thank you

John took care of us! We had a major repair to the roof, caused by storm damage. Roof looks great. He answered all of our questions and gave solid advise. Definitely will go back.

Day before Thanksgiving. The guy stopped what he was doing. Helped me check out my part. He gave me screws and tape for the install. We had a couple laughs. I was out of there in 5 minutes. Stand up service Top rate service! 10 star service. Thanks!

Had an issue with my hydraulic leveling jacks and fridge in my 42' 5th wheel. I had stayed at Spencer's RV Park in the past (nice place) so I called to see if they could look at it. Their tech Jason met me at my place right when he said he would, was very knowledgeable and figured out the problem right away. He had to order the part for the fridge and he came back out and replaced it a couple days later. EXCELLENT customer service, great tech, and timely followup! I will be for sure using these guys for any problem I have in the future!!!

We arrived on a cold rainy night. Welcomed warmly by Ray and Bill Spencer and their friend,Vernon. Entrance has potholes but our site was a level concrete pad. Arrived needing repairs. Jason 1 & Jason 2 we're on it first thing. Did a great job for reasonable price. If you are weary and need some refreshment, take a walk down the country road north of the park entrance.

We will always bring our LQ horse trailer here for any future needs. Called there about an a/c issue and said what I thought it was. The owner John Mark agreed and told me where to look and what to do to save me from lugging this big thing in. He said he d hate to charge me for that and walked me through such a simple and less than 5 min fix. Sure enough, it was what we both thought thought it was (a dobber nest) and just like that, our a/c was quiet again. Thank you guys! You have our business from here on out!

I was camping in Oklahoma over the holiday weekend when I needed a part for my RV. I drove an hour to get to Spencers. Once I arrived, the repair/parts store was closed. I went next door to Spencer's RV park and talked to them . They were able to get me in and get me the correct part! They went way above!!!!!!!!! A big thank you to everyone for helping me out,

My husband stayed there for about 3 months while we was working in Paris! They are extremely helpful and was very kind! They worked with him on many situations and we would recommend this place to anyone. Great place to stay at a very great price!

Not sure basic even covers this park. The front half is a repair shop and the back is storage. Road in and roads in the park are okay. Check in was quick. Almost all sites are full timers, most are kept up. There are a few sites for overnighters. The entire park is gravel and sites are pretty close together. We were in a pull through, unlevel, end site that ran along the edge of a cement run-off which made stepping in and out of the RV interesting. The site was just barely long enough for our 37-foot Class A and tow-dolly. The car was parked kind of in the run-off. We had full hook-ups, no issues and 50 amp electric. It is quiet. WiFi was poor, Verizon signal was okay. There is some area behind the storage for dog walking. We stayed November 2 - 3, 2017 and paid $30 a night cash/check. $33.00 if paying by credit card. There is not a lot to do in Paris but there is an Eiffel Tower!

Very tight spots no grass or trees dirt road all throughout the park all sites do have cement pads 30 50 amp hookups owner is not very friendly. staff is great price for the spot is good no Cable or wifi real close to Paris city tx park is clean no shower or restrooms on property
