Highly recommend. These folks kept me up to date on everything and also helped me with dealing with another insurance company. Car looks brand new and we are happy. Good job Scott s Collision!

Honestly, I have never left a review before. This tells you how horrid my experience was at this shop. I would have given zero stars, but I have to give a star.I have been a dedicated customer at this business for 18 years. Since the transition of owners, the service at this business has drastically diminished. The current owner David Norris never showed his face nor did he return my calls. I only had dealings with Johnny Green which has poor business practices. My car was kept for 5 weeks 4 days because the lack of quality service.The services that were being rendered was hail damage and fixing my bumper.I was told by insurance company that the emails were not being read properly, and they were not processing paperwork correctly. I DO NOT recommend anyone to take their car here for anything. A simple hail damage repair took over a week because of towing issues is what Johnny stated. I even offered to have the car towed myself. Johnny and David were not able to get a tow truck sent to the dent repair specialist .that s what I was told. The hail damage specialist did not know about the issues that Johnny was expressing to me. Which is concerning because once again lack of communication between parties. I repeat this not a place you want to take your car!! I had to make several phone call and to contact the insurance company to insure the process was occurring, which wasn t in a timely fashion. I basically had to be the secretary because the 2 secretaries they have are not informed or well versed of the business aspect.When I returned to my destination my car DID NOT have any oil in it. I drove over 3 hours without any oil. Which is very unsafe. I just had a recent oil change prior to taking my car to Scott s Collision. I had to place oil in my car because there was no oil in it, and my car was leaking oil. I took my car to the shop to check it out. There was no oil leak. Someone drained the oil out of my car, and did not close the plug correctly. My car was not only unsafe for me, but others on the road. My motor could have locked and easily caused a wreck.

Scott's Collision Repair really out did themselves!!! You can't even tell my van was involved in an accident. I highly recommend using them. They turn this whole experience from a nightmare to a daydream. I was kept updated and informed the whole time. I will definitely be using them again!!!

The people were very kind and understanding. Each person I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable. My car was totaled and I was very upset. I would recommend Scott's Collision Repair to everyone.

David walked me through what to expect before we even started the process and dropped our van off, then went over it again with my husband when he got there to bring our van to him to get our extensive damage fixed. He stayed in contact with us throughout the whole process, handled our insurance company and their hassles, and had our van ready for us to pick up looking better than when we had bought it!Thank you guys so much!!! David and his crew are some of the best people around to work with. No matter who you are or what you're bringing to them, they'll do the best job possible. On top of all this they did some of the best collision repair service I've ever had!!

My experience with Scott's Collision Repair was definitely a positive one! I hit a coyote at 70 mph in a Cadillac CT6. Johnny assessed the damage to the vehicle and walked me through the entire process of getting it repaired and looking good as new! The communication and discussions with the insurance company were timely and seamless given the circumstances. I would definitely recommend Scott's Collision Repair for all of your "Get you back on the road and look better than ever needs!'

Unfortunately I've had to use Scott's Collision Repair 3 times n everytime I was very pleased with their work. I didn't even have to think about which body shop I wanted to repair my car. Great people that done a great job. They will go to bat if there is anything wrong on the insurance side. Nice people working front desk, but the owners wants to make every dime he can. He wanted to charge me extra on TOP of what insurance would pay him. I left. I got used door and front side fender at Cass's salvage yard, and found a guy who did a great job for $550 total!

I had to have my bumper replaced and they got everything done in a timely manner and kept me updated on what was going on. The staff was nice and they even had a loaner vehicle available that they let me use. I got my car back and the inside was detailed and they washed off the outside as well. I highly recommend Scott s Collision Repair! My Explorer was hit and I could have taken it to a number of shops but had heard numerous good things about this shop. I m am super picky when it comes to my ride! When I dropped it off, I noticed how clean their lobby and shop was and I gained confidence that my vehicle was going to be repaired to the highest quality. Not only did they bring my vehicle back to new condition, their service was outstanding! The owner, David, even contacted me himself on multiple occasions to give me updates. I was blown away! It was obvious that they have very high standards and truly treated my vehicle as it was their own. I can t thank them enough!!!

These guys have given us the best experience. When insurance was being difficult Scott s stepped up and did everything they could to help us out. The vehicle was repaired timely and it looked like nothing had even happened to it. Scott s knows how to deal with the insurance system and their customers. I d give more stars if possible.

Rarely do you find a company that cares as much about the client and the client experience as Scott s. David the owner is meticulous in his approach to collision repair and kept me updated during the process through continuous communication along the way. The final product was superb and considering this included several custom items that were damaged on my car and I could not be happier. They truly earned my business and trust enough to refer my friends and family.

Scott's did a !professional job replacing my bumper and splash guard. Everyone I had contact made me feel like my business was important to them. I especially appreciated the loaner car I was allowed to use at no cost. I recommend them highly!

After a small accident, I took my car to Scott s Collision Repair in Paris; and I m glad that I decided to take it here due to their reputation even when there were closer options. My vehicle was returned in like-new condition in a shorter period of time than expected. They handled everything with great care and kept me in the loop the entire time. They seemed to handle everything with great care and importance. I wouldn t think twice before taking a vehicle here after any type of accident!

Unbelievable customer service. I took our truck in to get an estimate and make an appointment; we had another vehicle trade paint. Fifteen minutes later David pulled the truck back around, the paint was gone, the scratches buffed out, AND they had was and vacuumed the vehicle!!! Then David told me no charge.... Wait, what? While we did "settle", we'll be back, if necessary.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
